The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The surrounding view is gorgeous due to the high position of the house on the hill. As a result the steep and long driveway can be a problem in the winter with snow or freezing rain, though we didn't have any. The house is very clean and well equipped. Pleasant bonus: a nice hi-fi system in the main area with a tuner, CD player, and a headphone jack for an MP3 player. Be aware that the TV does not have any channels, but you can watch your DVD's or video tapes (a small collection of tapes is present); however, a satellite dish would be a welcome addition to the house. The cell phone service is perfect for both AT&T and Verizon.

Thanks Boston! Yes, snow tires and/or 4WD are recommended for winter up there. Unfortunately our neighborhood does not allow satellite dishes and cable is difficult to connect because of the remoteness. Enjoy can still enjoy a good movie, read, play one of our many board games, or chat and relax after a full day. So much to do!

| Great views from the living room and deck. The house sits high on a hill so even in 90 degree weather during the day, the house was nice and cool at night. Comfy beds which is great to have after a full day of outdoor activities. |

| We rented your house for seven days in July and had a great time. As a builder, I have been involved in the building of post and beam houses, and can truly say that this is a very nice house with good craftsmanship. Very clean!! I loved the fact that there were more board games than t.v. stations. Great family environment!!It was a pleasure to visit, and we hope to come again next year. Very accomidating owners. Thanks |

Very nice house, in a beautiful area of Bartlett.
Stayed for a week, enjoyed skiing at many of the local
mtns. Nice place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation.
Owners are very nice and friendly to work with.
We look forward to returning in the future.

| We stayed at this lovely home for a long weekend after Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with everything. The views are amazing. We could see the beautiful mountains from every window. The house was new and clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house to others and we are looking forward to staying there again. |

| We stayed at this home during Columbus Day weekend and had a fabulous time. The views are incredible. The house is new and very, very clean. We were comfortable here - the kitchen was well-stocked, the linens and towels were adequate. We even had a crib. The main living area of the house is spacious enough to accomodate a large family. We were traveling with another couple and we each had a floor to ourselves. The loft would be perfect for older kids. The house is centrally located with an easy drive to Mt. Washington, the North Conway Village and hiking. |
