| My family and I stayed at this house the week after Easter, 2008. When we got off the ferry, it was 70. Went to an awesome fundraising concert that Sat. evening. So much talent. The house was perfect for our group. Nice large, sitting dining area. Very large screen porch with a picnic table, swing, and chairs. I worried we would be too far to walk to town, but the kids walked up there often. The day I took my bike back, I walked from the museum to Sweet Tooth (great soft serve) and then back to the house. Everything was very comfortable and we felt right at home. One of the most relaxing vacations I have had and I took three teenage boys with me. They had a blast riding bikes, walking around, flying kites, playing frisbee, and they truly (to their surprise) enjoyed the concert too. Ihad fun reading, visiting Books To Be Read, taking nature walks, and just relaxing. One day we went to the bead shop and one of my son's made me a lovely bracelet. The other one made earrings for his girlfriend. I want to come back each Easter vacation. I don't think we could have found a better house for our family. |
