| What a great place to stay with (or without) pets! Our dogs loved the private yard in Villa #3 and our family of 7 was comfy and happy during our stay. Sandy is warm and accommodating. The kitchen was much better equipped than most - good quality pans and utensils - everything we needed and more. |

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here along with our two pups. Sandy and Greg are two very nice people who are willing to answer any question you may have, especially puppy/vet. questions. Sandy even came by to visit us the next day to see how the pup who had to visit the vet was doing. I would recommend this property to anyone with or without a pet. The property was very clean and well kept.

An excellent accomodation in New Smyrna area. Greg and Sandy live on site and treat you as if you are one of the family while giving you the privacy you want on a vacation. Accomodations were very clean with attention to detail and were as good as or better than described in the advertisement. Our little Westie Mandy enjoyed here time there and we felt very safe and comfortable leaving her while visiting local establishments. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate on returning for a longer period of time in the future. Thanks Greg and Sandy, you are a credit to your industry. Barb, Bob and Mandy will be back!"

| We spent a week (10/20-27) in Villa 2. The place was comfortable and very cozy. We had a private courtyard for our 2 dogs. This was a great vacation most because we felt secure in leaving our pets. We will definately return!! |

| I want you to know - that this trip was probably the most enjoyable we've had!!! From the moment we walked in - our Sassie was at home - and we were too. We so enjoyed the condo/apt and when we had to go somewhere there was no worry about Sassie as she was so at home. Thank you both for such a nice place to stay and such a feeling of home. We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Eastwind Villas. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to stay for a family of six, let alone a place that welcomes dogs as well! We found Villa # 6 and the common areas to be very comfortable & relaxing and it all suited the needs of our family very well. Thanks for allowing us to view the other villas while we were there; we will definitely be back and it was nice to check them out first hand. We also appreciated the flexibility in our checkout time when we needed to have our van looked at before the long drive home. The two of you were wonderful hosts and I enjoyed chatting while the dogs "explored" the backyard.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet get away prior to having our first born. New Smyrna Beach turned out to be the perfect place. Greg and Sandy, unit 2 was more than we could have asked for to get away for a few days. The place was spotless. It was equipped with everything we needed. Finding your condo was a gem. | My daughter was getting married in Aug. or '05 and we needed somewhere that all family could stay. This was PERFECT. The entire wedding party and family members from both sides stayed here. The condos are huge, immaculate and come with everything you might need (except your own bathing suit) and while the owners (Greg and Sandy) may not be from the South, their hospitality and graciousness should put many to shame. You will not find a better location or experience a more relaxing vacation then at Eastwind Townhome Villas! |

| All I can say is we and the dogs had a wonderful time for the month of January at this relaxing oasis. Not only is the unit #3, well equipped and so clean, the owners Sandy & Greg make your stay even nicer by living here so any problem you may have they take care of. You can even have coffee with them in the morning around back where everyone is welcome to sit and enjoy the greenery and calm of the garden. We will be back..... :) |

| We had such a nice stay. Such a comfortable place and we loved listening to the ocean in the evenings. To sit in a courtyard under a big tree and sip a cool drink on a hot afternoon was really a pleasant experience. A refreshing change from the noisy resort hotel. |

We acquired this 6 plex piece by piece as it came available for purchase. It has been a very fulfilling experience taking this "Frank Lloyd Wright" type building that had deteriorated to low income subsidized housing and bring it back to it's original beauty and quality. It's an ongoing project, which is not completely done...But we have come a LONG way. Our five long-term tenants along with ourselves consider this our "quiet little paradise by the ocean" which we all cherish and enjoy. And when our family and friends, or those of our tenants are not using it we enjoy having new people come and spend a little time in our world.
