| Had a great time! Perfect house, perfect distance to Disneyworld. Grandkids loved it, and so did Grandma and Grandpa. Looking forward to going back. |

Ten things we love about Casa Grande:
10: Keyless entry: no fumbling with key
boxes and playing “who’s got the key”
9: Tables and chairs so everyone can sit
down and eat at the same time.
8: Lots of room! The rooms are much
larger than they appear in your photos.
7: It’s quiet! Never heard a peep from
neighbors, the street is quiet, and the
house itself is very quiet. We couldn’t
even tell when others in the house were
up or getting showers.
6: Full size washer and dryer (not
apartment size)
5: Full size kitchen with necessary
appliances
4: Wireless Internet works like a charm
3: The pool is nice and the spa is
fantastic! Great for the feet and legs
after a long day of walking. We loved
the table and chairs on the lanai too.
2: Location: so close to Disney! An
easy trip to the parks via Sherberth
Road.
And the #1 reason we’ll be back…
The beds! Ahhhh, so comfortable.

| Our family had a great time staying at this spacious home. This is our second time and if possible will stay again when we return to Florida. The ability to stay all together yet have enough space to spend time alone, if wanted, is great. We also love that you do not need to overpack since there is a washer and dryer. I would and have recommended this home to friends and family. |

| I wanted to send you a huge thank you for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home in Kissimmee. My family and guests enjoyed the luxuries of home during our stay and that is something you truly can not get from a hotel. It was very very nicely decorated and we couldn't have asked for a nicer home to come back to after a hot day at the parks. The pool was a big hit with everybody and I felt much more at ease with the little ones since there are security systems on the doors leading to the pool area. I would definitely book another stay with you as you are a very understanding person and quick to respond to any need that arises. |

| Our stay at Casa Grande was perfect! We are a family of seven adults and the layout gave all of us our private space. The spacious common areas had all we needed for meals and game playing. It rained quite a bit during our stay so we didn't do much swimming but enjoyed sitting around the pool during the evenings after returning from the parks. The beds were super comfortable and the area quiet making for great nights sleep (to recharge for the parks). We will definitely contact Wayne for reservations when we set the date for our next Disney trip! |

My Wife and I brought our children and their families to CasaGrande and had a great time. Extremely comfortable and large enough for our big family. We've been to Orlando many times, always staying in motels. This was so much better. Thanks Wayne

| This house was amazing! There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and well furnished. Not far from Disney World and restaurants. We would enjoy visiting again in a few years for another trip to Disney. Thanks for a nice stay!! |

| I stayed at Casa Grande 1/3-10/08 with my wife and 11 children. The house was perfect. It was beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We went in the pool every night after spending the day at the parks. Our hotel bill would have been triple the rent we paid. Also, the hotel could not provide the comfort that this home did. It was the best vacation we have ever been on. I have told family, friends and fellow employees that we could not have found a better place to stay. |

| We stayed for 11 days over Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. There were 5 adults, two small children and a baby. The house was beautiful. Easy to get to Disney or other areas. Highly recommend this to anyone. Having a pool to yourself makes a vacation! |

| Our family of 10 rented your gorgeous home to spend my 60th birthday at Disney World. The house was like sonething out of House Beautiful Mag. The kids LOVED the pool when we were not at Disney. And having so many TVs helped to keep everyone satisfied. |

| This house was absolutely wonderful. Much better than we had ever imagined. I would recommend this house to anyone who was looking for a place to stay in Orlando. Basically it took 10 minutes to get to Disney at 30 minutes to Universal. It was wonderful because we could go to the parks in the morning and then come home and throw the kids in the pool for the rest of the afternoon. Thanks SOOO much! |

This was a wonderful home. Everything was just as stated, it was very close and convenient to the parks, shopping, and site seeing. The development was prive and quiet. Most of the all the home gave us the comfort of being home and we really enjoyed this vaction home. We will be using this one again.

| We just returned from a 6 night stay at Casa Grande. The house was beautiful, convenient to the parks, clean and comfortable. It really beats staying in a hotel, and gives you that "comforts of home" feeling. We look forward to going back some day, as their is so much to do in the area, and this gives you a reason to want to come back. I highly recommend making your stay at Case Grande if you'll be visiting the Kissemmee or Orlando areas. |

| The photos do not give justice to this lovely home. Every room has its own theme. There is PLENTY of space and amenities to keep everyone in the household occupied without bumping in to one another. The neighborhood is quiet and clean plus the house is close to everything! I can't wait to stay there again. |

My family and I stayed at Casa Grande in early July and were really able to appreciate the difference between life in a hotel and life “at home”. It was great to be able to come in tired from the parks each day and have a personal space for everyone to recover. My family loved the house, especially the size of the kitchen and bedrooms. My nephew had to be forced out of the pool. We were even able to see the fireworks from the pool area on the 4th of July. The owner was great to deal with and did a great job addressing all concerns. This is definitely a home that will be on the top of my list when I visit Disney again.

| Eight of us stayed at Casa Grande when we came to Orlando to visit the Disney Theme parks in June. There is plenty of space for a large group and the house has very lively colors and nice furniture (just as in the pictures). It's best feature is it's proximity to the Disney parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Even the airport is not that far. It's the best way to go if you want to save money and enjoy some privacy while visiting the Orlando area. The owner is wonderful and is on top of everything. This is a great value! |

This Property was far beyond all our expectations !!!!
We saw photos before we went but they did not do justice for what is there.
The entry opens into the living space in perfect form. The already spacious home feels even larger with the cathederal ceilings. My 7 year old son said, "Dad, I didn't know we were staying in a castle". All the decorations are in sync with the setting and enhance the feeling of rest & relaxation. The whole house was immaculate. The bedrooms were very large and our children appreciated being able to watch their own TV when they wanted. 2 of my sons put the pool table to great use during our stay and we all very much enjoyed the spa & pool.
I have stayed at homes in the Orlando area before, but this was by FAR the nicest place I have found and we all highly recomend staying here |

| We recently stayed in this gorgeous home. The home was very clean, as was the pool and pool area. The rooms were all spacious and would accommodate multiple families. We loved the open floor plan. With having children, the alarm system for the pool area was a definite plus! (so was the pool table!) We will certainly put this home on our list of places to visit in the future. |

| We had such a great time. My friends and I stayed at Casa Granda in October. It's so close to restaurants and theme parks. It only took us 10 minutes to get to Epcot. The house is fully equipped. Even the kitchen has everything from plates,and cups to pots, pans, and even a wine opener. The house was so great that we opted out of going to a theme park just to stay at the house and relax. The very private pool and spa was fantastic. What a treat! I think one of the great things about renting was that the transaction was so smooth. The rental company is right on top of everything. They answered my inquiry immediately and accepted "paypal" for payment. This was a very last minute trip but one that could not have been better. On my next trip to Florida I will definitely be staying at Casa Grande. Thanks again for a great vacation!! |

| What a great find! I had an amazing vacation while staying at Casa Grande. I was beyond impressed. The pictures on the website just do not do it justice. It was spacious, elegantly decorated yet comfortable and homey. It was a tremendous value for the money. You have an entire luxurious 5 bedroom home with a private pool and jacuzzi at your disposal for the same money it would cost to stay in a cramped hotel room. It was so close to Disney World and other major attractions that it could not have been more convenient. I am a single person who went on vacation with some friends but I can see what a great value this would be for a family. There are tennis/basketball courts, pool, jacuzzi and a pool table. Each bedroom had a TV and the living room had a TV, playstation, dvd player and vcr. On my next vacation to FL I will definitely be staying at Casa Grande – you just can’t go back to staying at hotels after you have experienced the luxury of Casa Grande. |
