We are more relaxed and at home at your condo than any of the others we have stayed at in over 20 years of vacationing as adults with my parents. It is impossible to beat watching the sun rise over the water from the patio or watching a shuttle launch from the beach/walkway and patio.

We had an easy drive over from Tallahassee and the rain ended as we arrived. It's been a lovely weekend and so relaxing. This is such a nice location - a quick trip to St. Augustine, golf, shopping, etc.
St. Augustine Beach is a favorite destination for our family and we will plan to stay here again. You have a lovely condo and the little extras are much appreciated!
We love the Oasis for breakfast and Salt Water Cowboy and South Beach Grill for dinner.

A perfect February in a room with a view. I sure will miss the walks, the birds and the ocean! Lots of starfish this trip - first we've seen.

Your condo was exactly as billed. It had all of the baby gear we needed which made packing and unpacking so much easier. For the second week of December, we had incredible weather, with sun and temps in the upper 70s Sunday thru Thursday. We will recommend your condo to any friends making a trip to NE Florida.

Had great weather - spent every minute we could on the great patio. Lovely place, would love to return. We recommend La Strada Italian Restaurant, right down the road on AiA (toward St. Augustine). Great food & comfy atmosphere. Also had Thanksgiving buffet at 95 Cordova (Casa Monica Hotel downtown). Pricey, but elegant.

We had a GREAT time at your condo...we left on Saturday. Mostly the weather was fantastic...a little cold and windy on Thanksgiving and the following day. Just want to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. I was pleasantly surprised by all the towels, etc. - it certainly made our stay more enjoyable.
In past years we usually stayed in smaller complexes, thinking they would be nicer. Staying in your complex changed my mind. It is very well maintained and always has someone working around it (Your maintenance fee must be very high).
The biggest plus was not having to check out (early) - we left around 2:30 PM. (We tried to leave everything as we found it, except for the dirty laundry.)
Can't thank you enough for making our Labor Day special.

We went to the fort (Castillo de San Marcos, ed.), the Alligator Farm, and palyed putt-putt. We ate at our favorite place - Barnacle Bill's. This was a first family vacation for us with Gibson and we enjoyed every minute. The condo has a great view and is extremely convenient to the beach and the "big pool," as Gibson likes to call it.
The weather was beautiful while we were here - just a little hot, but it is July!
Gibson enjoyed seeing the rabbits, turtles ... outside and did not want to come in.

We had a wonderful time. We have never stayed in a place where so much was provided for us. Having three little ones, the washer and dryer was a godsend. You expect towels and soap, but you went out of your way to anticipate our every need. The stocked kitchen was a blessing as we did a lot of cooking. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time at the beach playing with the toys. Sitting on the patio playing cards, reading books and watching the ocean was a favorite pastime.

We have stayed at several condos in the area, and yours is by far the most spectacular - from being so well appointed to the gorgeous view. The end out here in the grass is so nice & quiet - no people to even walk by! Sophie is out there feeding the rabbits as I write this.
Weather is so-so, very windy, too windy for the beach, so we are thankful for the indoor pool, but enjoy listening and watching.
The artwork is pleasant & a few are quite interesting. Can't decided on the favorite, but maybe the dining area ducks. You have to look a few times to realize what they are. Neat effect. If I ever do some paper prints, I will send you one. I have the cutest water color I did w/two little girls on the beach. It is at mom's.
Speaking of my mom, she recently passed away & this was the perfect contemplating place to be at this time. We almost didn't make it because of that. But I'm so thankful we decided to come on. Not one thing about your condo is a disappointment.
We will most definitely hope to book a whole week with you next go-around. I finally got to watch the whole movie FINDING NEMO. Now I know what all that "hype" was about! ha.
Too cloudy for the telescope, but "we'll be back..."

We had a grat time in your condo this week, and some uof us were out each morning to enjoy the marvelous sunrises. We found everything we needed and really love the views, the sound of the surf and the warm indoor pool.
We did enjoy our stargazing, and the moon was spectacular. I left an article I copied on the "calibrated telescope" with your other material.
Unfortunately the shuttle launch on Thursday was scrubbed, as we were really looking forward to that highlight on our last evening there.

You were right about it being equipped with everything we needed, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures look good, but they are no comparison to the real thing. We had a marvelous time. The whole family enjoyed our vacation so much more because our accomodations were so fabulous! I spent a great portion of the week on the patio chaise, and wouldn't change a thing about the entire trip. You were right about the rabbits. They were our morning and evening entertainment each day, and we appreciate the tip about the carrots. We also made friends with a huge turtle and a family of ducks and ducklings. We took a family vote and unanimously decided that for any future trips we make to St. Augustine, there is only one place we want to stay, as you certainly made us feel spoiled and pampered in our beautiful vacation condo. Thank you again for everything, and if you ever need testimonials, just let us know.
