We had a great time at your beach house!!! The sleeping arrangements were perfect as we had lots of family members with us! The natural lighting is wonderful in the house! We didnt spend a lot of time in the back because it was pretty sunny but the 2nd floor deck held us all perfectly and stayed shady all day and the breeze was great. We ate most of our meals there.
The kitchen was stocked with things to help cook and serve and everything we needed was available. The use of the Country Club pool was wonderful. The kids loved it and we all met some really nice people there. It was a little longer walk to the beach then we thought BUT we had a great golf cart and with all our "junk" that we had with us we always had to bring a car anyway so that was not a problem. =) I put the Golf Cart guys business card in the refridgerator book for you. Hes really nice and the rental fee was very reasonable!
We would definitely stay there again! The decor was so nice and simple and the kitchen and floors and cleanliness of the place was excellent. . . we made great memories sitting on the deck having some drinks and catching up with family that we dont get to see but a couple times a year!
Thank you again for allowing us to rent your wonderful second home! It was a pleasure!

The sleeping arrangements with the double in some of the rooms was great.The kitchen was totally equipped which my mother appreciated alot. Our guest were able to enjoy a home cooked meal. Every thing was very clean .I would definitely rent this home again. It was alot more homier than having my family stay in a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Our children seldom get together as they live in different states. We were able to stay together and spend time visiting. The three grandchildren loved the porches, back yard and of course - the beach! Our youngest grandson is autistic and needs routine to stay grounded. We were able to provide him some quiet space, his special diet, and yet include him in all activities. I am proud to say his behavior was wonderful, even at the wedding - a new large location with lots of strangers. . .

We had a wonderful time; cataloged some good memories :) We had 3 different families together, so having separate areas to sleep everyone worked really well. The house really does accommodate large groups well. I was skeptical, but it worked out really well. The kids had such a wonderful time having picnics and stretching out on the front balcony. It is a nice spot. We found a turtle in the road, watched it for a day and set it free in the back. That was pretty special. . . Thank you! You have a lovely spot. We have been on cruises with several members of our family, this was our first “everyone be there” vacation and it was GREAT!!!! We will definitely plan another summer vacation like this, although it may be a few years before we return to Galveston. We did like being outside of the sea-wall area where there are fewer tourists and hotels. And we all had so much fun sharing our days and evenings together.
Everyone seemed to have a great time, even the kids. We have 6 grandchildren and all of them were there, ages 4 months to 6 years. The living room was big enough for them to play, watch TV, and even nap a bit. The dining room table and bar area was large enough for almost everyone (especially the kids) to eat together and enjoy each other. . .It was wonderful to interact with our children, their spouses, and all of our grandchildren for a full week. When we all get together during the year, it is for a day here and a day there and this was a great experience. My daughter and daughter-in-law are in charge of planning next summers trip. We will be back to Galveston in a few years and we will be checking to see if your house is available.

Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful beach home. Our family had a great time! The house is beautiful and well furnished. The yard is great--we had a luau in the backyard one evening--what fun--perfect setting!
Our family group had a great time at your beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for visiting inside and out on the decks. The sleeping arrangements worked out great for our group of 18. The distance from the beach was not too bad--when we were lazy we just drove to the crossover and unloaded everything. There were plenty of linens and towels. Lots of beach toys--we added to the pile! The yard is beautiful with the palm trees, flowers and bushes. We had a luau in the backyard; your backyard was great for that! We all wore Hawaiian shirts and leis and grass skirts, played Hawaiian music and hung laterns and decorated--we even carried out the theme to our meal. It was great--I suggest everyone have one night and do this; the backyard is just great for this. We took a group picture.
The house had everything we needed--even small details and items we never thought about being in the house.
I would not recommend this house to anyone who has problems going up and down stairs--there are three flights. Main area is on the 2nd floor. . . .
We would definitely stay at your house again.
We felt like it was also a great value, compared to other beach houses we checked out. Thanks so much again for renting to us. We loved it!

Our ladies group loved your home. The open floor plan was perfect for cangrigating. The back yard was the site for our luau and provided us with every thing we needed. Plenty of linens, loved the convenience of the washer and dryer! Nice dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.....everything needed was there. The house is clean, modern, and within a short walk to the beach.
We needed this get away badly. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

The water toys there were really nice, and the house was very clean. The big living room was very nice as well as the upper outside decks. The air conditioning was good and cool and the ceiling fans were enjoyable.

Our family had another great cousins reunion! Three generations played together all week.
We enjoyed the beach, riding horses, Moody Gardens, Ashton Villa, Bishop's Palace, Moody Mansion, Schlitterbahn, mini-golf and bungee ride, Kemah, Rainforest Cafe and the Strand.
All 18 of us were accomodated well in your house. We especially liked the large back yard and wrap around porches.

We enjoyed the house very much, especially with our large family. The four bathrooms, plenty of hot water and linens are far better than some houses we have rented over the years. The refrigerator was better than adequate and all applicances, including air conditioning, worked well. . .
We didn't use the very nice outdoor dining furniture downstairs due to the mosquitos, but it looked really nice. . .
We really appreciated the guest membership at the Country Club, both the golf and the pool. Very convenient and the food was quite inexpensive at the pool.
Your hospitality and welcoming messages were much appreciated. We would rent from you again.

You beach house is loads of fun and we had a great time. Our kids, ranging from 6 months to 17 years, had much fun spending time with each other and so did myself, my two sisters and our families. We went to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, boat rides, fishing, carriage tours at the Strand, mini golf and of course the beach where we went every night to fly kites.

The house was great. The balconies were great for just relaxing in for taking photos and video of the wedding (which was short, sweet but because of the arrangement of the back deck, JUST PERFECT).
We WILL be staying with you again. We hope to make this an annual family gathering (without the wedding of course). Everyone enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much.

We did have a nice time, thanks, and the house worked out well for our honeymoon. We both enjoy the beach in the winter, partly because relatively few people share that enjoyment, so we especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. . . .
The open kitchen/dining/living area worked well for us because that is what we are used to at home. We also appreciated the nice yard and landscape plants. We wanted a hot tub on our honeymoon, so we used it most days. . . .
Unfortunately, we forgot to sign the guestbook, but I intended to write that Ralph and Camille had a nice honeymoon in this house.

What worked well for our group was the space. Enough beds for everyone, and full bathrooms was the big selling point for going with this property as was the outdoor hot tub. Garages for the cars was nice, and the hot tub was a big hit. We loved the firepit, as well, and used it a couple of nights. We really liked that there was a movie library, and the stereo system was helpful too! And the bbq grill was good. We liked the openness of the house, and the fenced in backyard was great-especially the hammocks. If it wasn't rainy, my little nieces would have loved to run around the backyard for sure. The laundry room was perfect.
The house had pretty much everything we needed. . .
Would we consider staying here again: Yes, definitely. Maybe in the summer or the spring, but the winter was fun, too. And we'd recommend the house to our friends.
Thanks for a GREAT holiday! My family loved the house and the time we spent in Galveston. The beach was beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely. We are definitely keeping the beach house in our vacationing notes, because we'd love to stay again!

Rooms are very accomodating and the yard with the palm trees is very relaxing in the evening. It's amazing how you have paid attention to details. We loved it here and we will leave with emotional feelings but we will be back soon and tell others about it.

The pictures online don't do any justice when you see the place in person. . . The group was very impressed with the place. The amenities as well as games that were provided made it so much easier for visitors because it lessened the amount of things we needed to bring and also made for more activities during our stay. I would definitely recommend the place to others. . .
Shiju and I along with our friends and family had a great time. The house was great, ideal for the group we had. Everyone loved the space and the backyard was perfect. Sleeping arrangements and amenities were great. We appreciated everything already being there, i.e. kitchen supplies, games, movies, and the grill. . .
We would like to come back for another vacation. Thank you for letting us use the house for the weekend, it turned out to be a weekend none of us will forget. . .

Super place for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary - with 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law and 5 little granddaughters. Plenty of bed space for all. Well furnished house. So convenient to the beach. Everyone enjoyed it all.
We found it clean and the beds comfortable. The towels and sheets were plentiful and the washer and dryer were a real plus.
What worked for our group? The closeness to the beach and the number of beds. All the ammenities, tapes, dvd's, player, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us for vacation. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the breeze. We had a wonderful time and came away very relaxed. My family is in the process of looking at the calendar to see when we will be able to return. Galveston had so much to explore, I don't believe we came close to seeing everything. :)

Amazing place. Very roomy and spacious. We had quite the adventure exploring the house. Madison and gavin enjoyed the movie Kangaroo Jack on the beach house entertainment center.
My cousin Terrence and I went biking via the beach on our mountain bikes to Jamaica Beach. Nice ride with many interesting people on the way.
