| Stayed in the Lighthouse Suite at Casa Del Mar. It was just like the pictures. We had a good time. Stayed there so that we could be on the beach before taking a 5 hour drive up to watch my Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Too long a drive for just the game from Michigan. If anyone comes from the east, make sure you use the directions supplied and take the ferry, forget the GPS instructions. |

| I just want to compliment CasaBling on their property. It was gorgeous,clean,the decor was up-to-date and the view of the gulf was awesome.I would recommend this property to anyone that appreciate sitting and watching mother nature at work. By the way we stayed at the property that was called The Tuscan Sun. The two pools that it offered was nice as well.The property was close to all the activities we had on our agenda. This place would be the ideal spot for families with children.I rate this a top pick for whenever I return to Galveston. Thanks also goes out to Jay&Taz for making me and my family feel welcomed. |

Jay saved the day!!!
We almost had our entire vacation ruined because we booked a "beach house" with another rental company. The original place that we had booked was a complete dump and unsafe. We were basically stranded and considered scrapping our vacation and driving back up to Dallas.
Thankfully I found CasaBling and Jay! Even though it was not super convenient for Jay he got us into the Island Dream house for a wonderful six night stay. He even worked overtime on a Sunday to help us out! Our family was so thankful for his hard work and for the great vacation rental.
Island Dream house is a great place to stay, the inside is very nice and cozy. I enjoyed all of the fun art and quirky touches of the decor. It was the perfect location for us--3 blocks from the beach, a couple blocks to the Bishops Palace and then a few more blocks to get the most delicious cinnamon rolls ever--Sunflower Cafe & Bakery.
I highly recommend CasaBling and the Island Dream house. Next time we come to Galveston I'm calling Jay! |

| We just stayed at the Palm Suite at Casa Del Mar and it was wonderful. Jay worked a miracle for my family, we had booked somewhere else and never received cofirmation so at the last minute Jay came to the rescue and saved our vacation with the grandbabies. The condo was clean and great & the kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The view was wonderful along with the pool. You could not ask for a better location. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for making our vacation possilbe and fun. |

The house is exactly as it appears on the internet...cute, clean, nicely decorated, and working appliances and within walking distance of the beach! Jay and Taz were very nice and so flexible it made our vacation even more enjoyable. The Casa Del Mar people were very nice and kept the whole place very clean. There are 2 pools which made it nice at night when it was to dark to go on the beach. Great time here! Nice pool, AC blows polar! Super service! great price, gonna rent with them again. Do Sunday bruch at the Hotel Galvez! Clary's is an institution at the causway! Stay away from Mcfadden Beach it is full of undesirables! Strand for fresh seafood to go as well!
