| Banana Cabana is a wonderful vacation rental! Clean, beautifully decorated, located in a nice safe community. The walk to the beach is a straight 2/10th of a mile walk to Scenic 98, cross over two lanes of traffic on 98 and you are right at the private entrance to the beach. The beach was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Rick and Debbie. |

| The Banana Cabana was the perfect vacation retreat for our family of 12. Everything we needed was provided in this beautifully decorated, well laid out house. The private pool and short walk to the beach provided our grandkids everything they needed for a wonderful vacation. | This property was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids)! The space inside was more then plentiful - we never felt crowded. The pool area was also spacious. The house is in tip top shape. The short walk to the beach was no problem. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a 5 star vacation thanks to the Banana Cabana! |

| Dear Rick and Debbie: Our vacation in beautiful Destin was absolutely capped by having the Banana Cabana as our home base! The kids and grandkids LOVED the pool, I loved the house and every thoughtful thing you put into it. We had all the room we needed, in a convenient location, and just hated leaving to go home! | The Scali's have really thought of everything. They are gracious and attentive. This property is beautiful, perfectly clean, in superb condition and in a fantastic location. To all who visit the Banana Cabana...
You will not be disappointed. There were three families in our vacation...4 children ages 4, 3, 2, 1, plus two very rambunctios dogs. We had a great time, even with red tide and a day or two of rain. We played in the pool and shopped, and cooked, and ate. It was a very relaxing time, with very little to worry about. I highly recommend Easy Street Rentals. Rick and Debbie are very "easy" to work with!

| We, once again, had a great, relaxing week at the Banana Cabana on Easy Street. Rick and Debbie have created such a lovely home decorated with beautiful and modern decor. The private pool was a plus for us; and they even have all the pool toys for us too! The comfy wicker furniure on the front porch made for some very relaxing early morning reading. The men LOVED that big screen TV. |

We really enjoyed a fantastic week at the Banana Cabana! The location was great, the house and private pool beautiful, Rick & Debbie very friendly and accomodating.
The covered back patio with ceiling fan and grill - and the front porch with rocking chairs were great additonal features.
Would highly recommend the house and would have confidence in renting Rick/Debbie's other properties.
Hope to head back each year.

Your vacation home was a wonderful retreat for the whole family. The home was close enough for a quick walk to the beach and off the main road enough to enjoy some peace and quiet with the family. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the bunkbed room, and the gazebo out front. Having the home stocked with all the necessities was a big convenience! We'll definitely be back.

Banana Cabana, Destin, FLA, was our vacation destination for our Family Get Together. We were 3 separate families with 4 children (ages 7,4,3,2)
between us. The accommodations were PERFECT, lovely home nicely decorated, very clean, walking distance to the beach and to top it off -- our very own pool to cool off after a hot day at the clean white sandy beach with clear ocean water. WHAT MORE COULD ONE ASK FOR!

From the moment we pulled up to the Banana Cabana at 10pm, and found the porch light on for us, we felt very much welcomed and at home. Rick and Debbie have "the touch" when decorating and knowing your needs. We truly enjoyed our visit on "Easy Street" and appreciated the thoughtfulness that Rick and Debbie provide.
Our plans were to visit Disney World in the fall, and when we asked our kids ages 7 and 6 where they wanted to go, they said to the Banana Cabana! So we will be returning and very much looking forward to it....you make it so nice, that no one wants to leave!

| What an amazing vacation on Easy Street? You have truly thought of everything to make a vacation special. The privacy of the pool is terrific and a great place to relax while the husbands played golf. The house is so well equipped that we found ourselves way over packed (just like you said we would be). As you know we rented the Banana Cabana sight unseen while it was being built, we really didn't know what to expect. You have so far exceeded our expectations it's not funny. This place is like a resort, you thought of everything. You never know what to expect when you rent over the Internet but this place is absolutely wonderful. We know we're the first guests in your new house and it's wonderful - Hope we can return, my family had a great time in the new house, you have done an EXCELLENT job. This was our son Jacob's first time to the beach and he had a lot of fun. This was Dana's first time to Destin and she was amazed with the color of the water and the whiteness of the sand. From Ryan's parents, this has been fabulous, the house is so well furnished it's like a home away from home, you should be commended. I am totally amazed at how you have thought of every convenience both for our grandson Jacob as well as the adults - we were truly able to relax on Easy Street.
