| This has been an excellent place to stay--the finest I've found after several stays on the islands. An extensive rental property search prior to staying here found this condo to be among the best values in the area, especially given the quality location and amenities. The condo is very clean, nicely appointed, and is well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. Things like a beach cooler and snorkeling gear are nice touches. Excellent location a short walk from shopping and a few minutes walk to the beach. Easy driving access to nearby highly rated beaches such as Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and Makalawani. Seth has been extraordinarily responsive to questions and is genuinely enthusiastic about Hawaii. Mahalo Seth for a great one week stay. |

| My wife and I have just returned from an 8 night stay at this condo. In real estate they say that value is determined by location. Well, this is a million dollar plus property. A short walk across the fairway, ducking an errant shot every now and then, through a parking lot, and you're at the best beach on the island at A Bay. What's not to love. We spent whole days without even starting up our rental car. The condo is immaculate---not a speck of dust, dirt, or sand. It's fully stocked. The only thing we needed to buy was our food. (probably best purchased at the Kona Safeway, if you can get up the courage to go down there)Located on the ground floor, it is an easy access "home" for the holiday. Tons of towels, a washer/dryer combo, movies, music (we love Iz, by the way). A short walk to the pool and the community barbeque area. We found the other visitors quite friendly and had some great conversations. In addition to a short walk to the beach, there's also a short walk to the shops at King's and Queen's. Great places to window shop or stock up on last minute items we forgot to buy. Since the condo's in Kohala it never rained and the weather was a perfect 82 every day. This is the bargain of the century!!! Would I return? In a heartbeat. |

| Seth, you've been great throughout the process of renting your wonderful place --- clear and prompt. We've stayed in many places, usually for a month or two, and your place stands out in comfort, location and safety. The new gourmet market in the Queens' Shops made dinners very easy for us at the end of a long work day (yes, we actually go to Hawaii to work). That's the measure of a place --- how happy are you to get "home." It was home away from home and restorative. Thanks for making your place available. |

| Your condo was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed a few times in Waikoloa and this one was the best. The Lanai was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and we loved the fact that you walk to a lot of places close by. |

| We booked Seth's place for the week of Christmas 2008 and we had a blast! The condo is in a wonderful location with great amenities, shopping and beaches. Seth is a wonderful person to deal with...he's responsive, professional, pleasant and honest. I highly reccommend this desitnation and this unit. |

| Booking for the first time via the website, Seth has anwsered all the questions, everything from payments, arrival information to condo usage. The condo is just as pictured, convenient to walking to the beach, browsing the King shops,and shopping for groceries. Pictures don't reflect how beautiful it is sitting on the lanai and enjoying the moment. Thanks, Seth we will always refer friends, hopefully it won't become overbooked!!!! |

| We loved our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything was smooth and organized from the booking to arrival and our stay. We have stayed several times in Waikoloa and this unit was the best. We will try to book again on our next visit if available and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. |

I would highly recommend staying at Seth's condo if you are interested in vacationing on the Big Island. The condo is very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and laundry. The location is exceptional and we felt very safe being in a gated community. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the restaurants and shops. The lanai was great to sit at each morning with coffee. We even had a Nene bird with her small babies visit us one morning. Seth has been very friendly and easy to work with. Very affordable for families. We hope to visit Hawaii again and would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

| Awesome! That is how I would describe our stay at the condo. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures. Nice and quiet and clean. Seth was wonderful to work with and so responsive. We would definately recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Big Island. |

| Mahalo Seth! From our first e-mail contact to our departure, everything was magnificant! Your condo is beautiful and convenient for what we chose to do. You provided everything from amenities to detailed local information. Our teens loved hanging out at "home" and thought having a TV in their room was the best. This was our first condo stay and much better than a hotel. We liked being able to cook and use the nearby grill. The best! |

Seth,What a great unit you have. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning having our coffee and watching the birds try and build a nest. The 3 weeks went by too fast as always. The turtles at "A" beach, the boogie boarding at Hapuna and the golf were all wonderful. We enjoyed our long walks and watching the sunsets.
Thanks for the opportunity to let us rent your home away from home. Soon I hope we will have our own unit to visit.

We just got home yesterday from the 2 week trip to the islands. Had a wonderful time - including the newly active volcanoes (the park closed the day after we were there due to the 300 earthquakes and new lava flow).
We enjoyed all the islands (Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island) but I enjoyed the Big Island most. Less crowded, more diverse things to do, and quite a contrast with all the lava reaching to the blue sea. And especially, your condo. It was truly wonderful. We had a nice condo at Grand Champions on Maui, and stayed at the Royal Hawaiian (the Pink Palace) on Waikiki which treated us well, but neither of these compared to the relaxation and comfort that your condo provided us. Lura, Christopher (10), Thomas (6), and myself would like to send our appreciation and thanks for allowing us to stay there.
The amenities - pool, barbecue, wireless internet, movies, stereo and the peacefulness of the lanai were just great - and even though I had my laptop for work, sitting on the lanai early in the morning was much better than being at the office.
So again, thank you. When we can arrange for the next visit, you can be assured I will be contacting you.

Your condo at Waikoloa was fabulous. Thanks for renting it to us.
We stayed another week at the unit directly above yours on the third floor, and I must say your unit was far superior. The third floor unit was "professionally" managed, yet it was dirty with many fewer amenities than your unit. Your quality linens on the beds was great; high thread count with fitted sheets. Smart to have tile everywhere in the main living areas.
We would definitely rent from you again.
