| We stayed at the Barcelona home from March 25-April 2 2006. We absolutely loved the home! The pool was perfect for the kids. We could be anywhere in the house and be able to see them in the pool. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 8! Thank you Julia and Nick for sharing your wonderful home with us! We will definitely be back. |

| Our stay at Barcelona was very nice. There was 4 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. the upstairs 2ed master bedroom made it nice for our group also. the house was very well laid out, and just the right distence from all the busy things, but not at all to far away. Thank You, Nick for everything. |

We stayed at the Barcelona house May 7th thru 14th. There were 8 of us at the house including 4 college students ages 20 to 21. The house was terrific. We had never rented a home before and were not sure what to expect. The pool, the weather, the house layout everything was great.
Dealing with Nick was simple and a pleasure. We are going back to the new house in 2006. Can't wait! |

| My family had a wonderful stay at the house on Barcelona. Nick was great in asking any questions about the house and was quick to respond to my e-mails. I would recommend the house to everyone. My family is planning on coming back to stay at one of Nick's homes in the future. |

| The Barcelona house is very spacious, well maintained and just what was described on the website. The pool, with heater, was so nice to have right in our back yard. The kids were swimming by 8 a.m. everyday. Nick is great to work with during the rental process (and after), he is remarkably quick about responding to questions and very helpful with general Marco Island information. We would rent for them again without any hesitation. We've seen the outside of his other homes and they look equally impressive. We want to try them all! |

| The house was comfortable and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We loved the pool and the thoughtful extra equipment and even added our own - a volley ball net! Also, the way our booking and any subsequent queries were handled, with quick, helpful responses gave us full confidence in the whole process. |

| My husband and I just spent a week, Dec. 5 through Dec. 12, at the Barcelona. The house is amazing! It is so comfortable and we really enjoyed the heated pool. You will love the large master bathroom, too! Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The location was great and within walking distance to some shopping, movie theater and a restaurant. Nick was so easy to work with and responded very quickly to all my emails, before and after our stay. Highly recommend this rental. |

Nick, I just wanted to thank you for sharing your
wonderful home! It was our
first experience renting a house and visiting Marco
Island, and we were very pleasantly surprised!
Everything in the house was just as you
said it would be, it was very spacious and
comfortable. The kids had a great time swimming
from dawn to dusk. The boys enjoyed fishing on
the canal every day. We hope to return to Marco
some day, and you can bet, we will be contacting
you then!

We were all very happy with the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out with a maximum amount of privacy.
The kitchen was particularly well appointed. We were well able to cook a large feast for our friends one night. I think my favorite spot was the lanai. How relaxing.
The house was exactly as advertised. |

Our stay at 483 Barcelona was magnificent.
The house was very fit for our 2 yr. old and 9
month old. Our 2 yr. old just about learned to
swim in the pool. The beach was only 5
minutes away and we went almost every night
to watch the sunset and pick up sea shells.
There were plenty of toys for the kids to be
entertained with. The house was very clean.
We hope to visit again soon, |

We stayed at the Barcelona House June 14 through June 21, 2003 and had a
wonderful time! My husband and I have 2 boys, both seniors, 1 in high school and 1 in
college and this house was great. We were all able to enjoy each others' company but still
have privacy. We used the pool every evening after a day at the beach or shopping. The
kitchen was a joy to cook in and I loved the pans! I never felt like I was missing anything
with the way the kitchen is located and I even had help from the boys! My husband was also
lucky enough to see a dolphin in the canal one morning while enjoying the view from the
balcony. We had a great time.

This was our first visit to Marco Island! We all had a great time. We all enjoyed the beautifully decorated house everything you could ever need and in a great location. There was so much space we all had room to unwind in our own way after a very hectic year. The whole family enjoyed the heated pool and toys every day! We are already planning a return trip in 2004 --A week at Disney followed by a week at Barcelona!

What a WONDERFUL home. Thank you for sharing. My kids love the pool and so did we it was so well heated, like you said it would be.
There is a canal in the back yard and we saw the dolphins which even added more excitment to the home.
If any one is looking for a home to rent you have found it here. Just minutes from the beach and shopping.
My family and I are already thinking about 2004 vacation.

| This is the second year that we stayed in this beautiful home. It has all of the amenities that anyone could ask for. After renting a home we would NEVER go back to hotel or resort stays. There is so much freedom to either go out on a junket or simply enjoy the environment provided by this fabulous home. The pool was a huge hit with our 2 children and we spent many hours relaxing poolside. You can't go wrong with this rental! |

| We spent Christmas 2002 at Nick and Julie's beautiful home and it was wonderful. Our family has grown from three children to the original five plus two son-in-laws and 2 grandsons. Everyone enjoyed the house and Marco Island. The little boys (5 & 2) loved the heated pool and so did the rest of the family. Nine people in the house for a week and yet there was plenty of space. Marco Island is wonderful and we do intend to return. |

Your home on Barcelona is BEAUTIFUL! It is well equipped and furnished very nicely. The home is a great place for a family ( heated pool - TV's - nintendo
games - crib, etc)
Marco Island has wonderful beaches, shopping areas and chrurches of almost every denomination. A great place for a
complete family vacation.
Have been there before and will return again! |

| Maybe the BEST vacation ever. Started as a golf trip with friends and ended as the best trip possible in every way. The home is perfect and Marco is very relaxing - everthing you need is handy - restaurants, grocery stores and activities. It is a great home for a multi-family vacation - lots of room to enjoy each other AND to get away from each other! We will be going to Barcelona Ct again! Our vote for best restaurant - Snook Inn - great relaxed atmosphere, good service and wonderful food. |

Two weeks in Nick and Julie's house was a real pleasure. The house is spacious and airy, well furnished and equipped and a joy to enjoy.
Marco Island is unique with a range of restaurants at varying prices from cheapish to expensive. We particularly enjoyed the Snoook Inn and Cathy O'Clarkes. For devotees of burgers there is CheeBurger. What is particulary nice was the friendly welcome we received wherever we went. It seems that people in the USA believe in service and good old fashioned courtsey, Do keep it up!.
The tram ride round the island is however expensive and we didn't think good value for money.
This was our second visit to Marco Isalnd and we expect to return if not to one of Nick's house perhaps to one of our own. |

After a week in Orlando, Marco Island was the perfect place to stay and recharge the batteries. For the ultimate in relaxing experiences go and watch a sunset on the South Beach. Great choice of restaurants....but visit the Snook Inn, Fat Pelican and try Mike's Slam Dunk at the Taste of Chicago.
Having said all that, sitting by the pool at the end of the day with a cool beer takes some beating. |
