An absolutely superb condo for us. A condo that met all our needs - - neat, spotlessly clean, well appointed and right in the heart of Kihei. What made it even better was how nicely we were treated by Steve and Lyn. The next time we visit Maui, we will make only one call to book our accommodation and that will be to Steve and Lyn. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of
the condo when we arrived. Stayed for 7
days and loved the location. Great owners

| Stayed for only 1 night at the end of my vacation after staying for a week at their KKN unit. Beautiful condo, fully stocked, great location! Have made reservations for condo again in January. Steve and Lyn are great hosts! Mahalo Biskis family!! |

| Wonderful place - conveniently located close to the beach and the stores. I honestly say this is the best place we stayed during our two weeks trip to the Hawaiian Islands. The house was clean and well maintained. Thanks to Steve and Lyn, you have exceeded our expectations. |

| We really coudn't have asked for anywhere better. Having moved out of a dirty, bug filled apartment further north in Kihei we found comfort, cleanliness and solace in Steve's Kihei Ali'i Kai apartment. It has everything you need and want - and if you need any help with anything Steve is more than happy to help (even coming to pick you and your bikes up from Walmart where you just purchased them because they won't it in the car!) Thanks so much Steve - we really can't think of any way in which you could improve your apartment or service xxx |

What a great spot and Steve & Lyn really care about masking you feel welcome to their condo. Everything you will need and then some awaits you and you can easly see that they care about owning a clean and nice (newly renovated) place. Close to the beach and central to Kihei. Thanks agian Steve & Lyn for your hospitality and making our stay a very relaxing and memorable one. We would recomend you to anyone. Actually we already have!

| BEST MAUI TRIP EVER! Ali'i Kai was exactly what I was looking for at the best bargain to be found: spotless, perfect size, great price, fabulous location for days/nights wandering to the beach or feasting about town (or feasting on the beach) _and_ oh-so peaceful and comfortable for lazy afternoon naps and quiet nights in. On the "and then some" note: tons of fun beach equip provided, a shower to remember, and Steve and Lyn are wonderful human beings who want to be sure you have a lovely paradise island experience. I'm going to check here ~first~ for all future Maui stays, no doubt about it! ^_^ |

| Outstanding, affordable accomodations! Clean, comfortable unit with super hosts!! Wonderful location - super beach just a hop skip and a jump away. We appreciated having beach toys, chairs, coolers etc being available for us to use. The unit is very suitable for families and we thank you Steve and Lyn for the extras you provided to make travelling with our little one easier. We found residents, vacationers and condo staff to be kind and friendly. |

| Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Steve and Lyn were great, they took time out of their day to give us some info about the island and the activities we were interested in. The condo was exactly as it appeared on their website, totally redone floor to ceiling and very clean. All the extras were great too, the beach chairs, cooler, computer, etc. We definitely recommend the Biskis' and of course their beautiful condo to anyone who may be looking for a relaxing vacation in Kihei. |

| A great place to stay. The Biskis are excellent hosts. When I arrived early, they accommodated me and allowed me to check in as soon as it was possible. The unit is just remodeled and very tastefully decorated. The Biskis hosts were genuinely interested in making the stay in Maui as enjoyable and as productive as possible. The personal attention they provided was truly exceptional. A very good value. |

If you were looking to find gold in a river, you just found it. Steve and Lynn offer a fantastic accomodation for a stay in Maui. The condo is completely renovated from top to bottom with very nice furnishings and appliances. The condo offers everything you need for a great stay. We really felt fortunate to find this place among the many offerings in Maui. You won't go wrong by choosing them!
