A perfect getaway for anyone wanting studio accommodation. Great location, close to the beaches, swimming pool and the amenities of Kihei. Lyn and Steve made our stay extra special.

| We stayed here for 9 days in september and it was exactly what we were looking for! The room was really comfy and very clean. It is also in a great central Kihei location, it is a two minute walk to the beach and health food store. It was nice and quiet, and right next to the pool too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui! |

| My sister and I stayed in the studio for 9 nights in June. We had the most perfect vacation. The huge bed was plenty big for the two of us and the bathroom, while small, is very crisp and pretty. We cooked on the barbeque at the pool (they provided us with BBQ tools) and also used the lounge chairs and beach towels they provided. We used a great audio tour CD they provided for our Road to Hana...cheesy but so much fun! The best part was being so close to the gorgeous beach. This was the perfect place for us at such a reasonable price. |

This place was fantastic! Having lived
on Maui, I am familiar with the area and
have visited many other condos. This is
definitely a great place to stay. The
common areas are pretty quiet, which is
fantastic when you want to take a nap by
the pool. The location is choice; you're
nearly across the street from some of
the better beaches, good food is nearby
and you're not too far from anything
else. Lastly, the unit was exceptional.
I loved being greeted by fresh fruit.It
has everything you need to survive. You
can't really cook much in the unit
(although there is a microwave and mini
fridge- which is very handy),however,
you can do most of your cooking on the
grill by the pool. The pool area closes
promptly at 9pm and the residents are
very strict on enforcing ALL the rules
posted. The bed is huge! The pillows
weren't the most comfortable but the bed
was fine. High quality beach towels, a
cooler, umbrella and other beach
necessities were supplied. There was
also cable in the unit which was nice
after spending all day on the beach.
Overall, I would give this unit 5 stars!
I had a great time and can't wait to go
back. |

| The place was great, small but cozy, close to everything that you could want to see. Immaculately clean, perfect for a couple or one person. The kitchenette made it so eating out was an option, but not a necessity. Great complex, I had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you for everything!! |

Stayed for a week in the studio in January 08. It's
small but immaculate - has all the basics for two
people. Great location, close to beach, shops,
restaurants, bus stop, pool, tennis courts. Can
make breakfast and lunch in the studio, eat out for
dinner, or bring in food and eat on lanaii.

| The room was immaculate, and close to everythinhg....beach,shopping, food. The complex is well maintained and discreetly patrolled. Pool gets am sun only..hot tub is delicious. This is a lockout unit so it has limited space/ no sink in bath .. no cook top so expect to eat out. well equipped for outings. Lanai is very private.Unit could be improved dramatically by addition of clothes/towel hooks and reversing drape opening to lanai since it does not allow access to the sliding doors. |

Mahalo for the positive remarks and constructive criticism. Reversing the drapes would make them consistent with how the slider opens but would then leave them in the middle of the window area when open. We think that we chose the lesser of 2 evils. We have already added more hanging options, good advice.

| My husband and I stayed at the condo for our honeymoon and it was perfect. We were very close to the beach, good eateries, and great local ambience. The condo provided us with all the necessities and more (welcome gift, and beach items). There's even a pool and jacuzzi nearby. The one item missing from our trip was an iron, but we managed. The condo was clean, comfortable, and modern. We also appreciated the security aspect. All in all, this reasonable priced condo was just the right accommodations we needed for our modestly budgeted honeymoon that in the end was superb. We hope that we can return on another occasion. Five stars and many thanks to the Biskis family for their professional handling of our stay and for helping us have a dream honeymoon. |

Aloha,
My husband and I rented this space back in December '06 and we could not have been happier. The condo was updated, clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there (plus more...we used the
beach chairs and boogie boards everyday)! We also realized that Kihei was a great place to stay (Taco
Tuesdays at Fred's and great food at Da
Kitchen...both within walking distance). We recommend this condo and the beautiful island of Maui to anyone...we will be back!

| This condo was FABULOUS! We stayed at the studio, which was recently renovated so it was very clean, comfortable, and ultra cute. The location is great, very near to beautiful beaches. The price was reasonable and the accomodations were excellent. Highly recommend! |

My friend and I booked the condo super last minute because of the cheap inter-island fares. We had such a great time staying here!! The condo is very clean, cute decor, nice location and definately worth more than what we paid for it! Plus, the hosts are very accommodating and super friendly. We had a great stay and will definately be coming back for future trips. I love Kihei!!!!

I was pleasantly pleased about the mini-suite I
