| We stayed here a week. The place was charming,comfortable and quiet. The back patio was outstanding--private, quiet and sunny. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Great neighborhood--walk to lots of things--a special pleasure in LA. |

My husband and I stayed a week here while visiting
our son. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a
great location. It was wonderful for our son, who was
able to bring his dogs.

We do allow renters to bring a pet. If someone chooses to bring a 4 legged loved one, we thoroughly clean the unit and steam clean the carpets.

| Absolutely fantastic property to rent very close to the fantastic Santa Monica Blvd shops and restaurants. Perfect too if not hiring a car but still want to be close to everything. Beautifully decorated and everything you could need. Clean and amazingly presented, I would highly recommend this property...Vicky form London, England. |
