| I have stayed at the Summerlin before but this is the first time in your unit. Even though it rained off and on during our stay...the view is perfect and then such a close walk to the beach. It makes one feel like the sun is shining even when it isn't. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much. |

| We had an absolutely wonderful time in your condo and in Ft. Walton. It was truly a wonderful condo. It was very comfortable and was equipped with everything needed to relax. The decor was great and nothing could top the beautiful view. We enjoyed the sunrise,sunset, watching dolphins,and the paradise view. It was a very romantic setting as well. Your condo is beautiful, comfortable, perfectly equipped, gorgeous view, nice and quiet-all the things needed for a great week in paradise.
We represent 20+ years of owner/rental experience-this is the first time we've ever had recliners in a unit-Great-just like home.
It was a wonderful week and we'll be back.

Had a great time as usual. Love the new decor. We wouldn't stay at any other place. Enjoyed watching the dolphins off the balcony (what a view).
The water was so clear, beaches so clean and accomidations wonderful.
I had better quit writing or it will be booked up two years in advance.

| What a wonderful time was had by all. Your condo was like a home away from home. It was just lovely! We saw sharks, stingrays and dolphins, ate wonderful food at the local restaurants, golfed, and shopped till we dropped in Destin. Okaloosa Island and your condo is the perfect vacation! | 1/15/07 My husband and I stayed here for two months and although the weather was unseasonably chilly the first month, we had a relaxing respite. Ray sat on the beach, fishing most days and caught two Red fish...32" and 35", approx. 10-15 lbs. each. Had to throw back because they were too large to keep. We took advantage of the nicer weather and played golf several times at Shalimar which is only 15 minutes away. Beautiful course and only $39 green fees. Our son, wife and two grandsons, 5 and 8 joined us for ten days and they had a ball. The beach toys came in very handy. The condo is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and found great fresh sea food at the Publix market nearby. |

This is a great place to stay. We love Okaloosa Island as it is much quieter than staying in Destin with less traffic and yet it is only a short distance from everything. The condo is the perfect spot for relaxing, sitting on the balcony, watching the dolphins and seagulls. Everything was as described on your website. It was very clean and well stocked with so many things. We loved the recliners for watching tv and reading. It is a short walk to the beach and a great place to watch the sunrises and sunsets. It was cool so we were able to open the patio doors with no a/c and listen to the waves. What a treat! We look forward to returning in the future.

We have stayed in Ft. Walton/Destin area many times. This is by far one of the BEST units we have stayed in. The views and short walk to the beach were great. All accomodations were well suited to our needs. The weather was great for October and we couldn't have asked for anything more than we got. You all are very easy to accomodate and we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect! The weather was very nice and our two year old granddaughter loved the beach. Thanks so much for all the extras (beach towels, umbrella, chairs and toys). It sure saves on packing! We highly recommend your condo. This was our second year to visit and we will definitely be back next year!

You were a life-saver! 34 hours before we were to leave for vacation, I discovered my revervations that I had made somewhere else had been lost and we had no condo. I called you and you were very quick to get us taken care of, and we could not have been happier with your condo. The condo is very nice and comfortable with plenty of room. The beach was great and so very close and the view was spectacular. It was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back. Thanks again for all your help. |

What a great condo! I loved the spaciousness of the rooms, especially the kitchen. The view was great,and the beach was not crowded.
We have stayed in Destin every summer for the last 10 years, but that will be a thing of the past. There was no traffic congestion in this area, and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable.

We have just returned this Sunday from our visit to your condo.The overall experience was simply-GREAT! The weather was superb,the water clear as ever, and the condo itself was more than I expected. The decor was warm and tropical.The mattress in the master suite was better than my own,and the girls said their bed was perfect also.I was VERY impressed with all the extras that you provided,from the beach chairs (4)and the beach umbrella,to the beach towels and toys.The kitchen was better supplied than my own from the spices to detergents and etc etc. I could go on and on, but I want your future clients to make their own positive findings. I again graciously thank you and your wife for allowing us to utilize this wonderful beach home. I have been coming to the Gulf Coast for 20+ years, and this is the best experience overall. | Due to Hurricane Ivan, we didn't think we'd find a place to stay in Fort Walton this past Fall. We really got lucky when we found this condo. It has lots of space and all the comforts of home. The furnishings, artwork and décor are perfect. We normally don't like to cook on vacation, but in this kitchen, we were willing to make an exception! There are two bedrooms, both with king size beds and walk in closets. The master opens onto the balcony facing the gulf. It was incredibly relaxing. It's been over a month since our stay, and we wish we could go back! Thanks to the Embrys for making their home available to us. |

| We have been going to the Destin/Ft. Walton area for 10 years and this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Unlike most, it felt like a home. The view was perfect. The beds were more comfortable than my own. The unit was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The complex was very nice and quiet. We had everything we needed (except maybe a beach umbrella). I would definitely rent from the owners again. Everything was exactly as we had agreed upon. My only regret was being unable to stay longer. Thank you for the use of your home and for being so nice. Our vacation was full of happy memories. |
