Thanks for a great beach getaway! I am one of 5 girls to turn 30 years old this year. We celebrated here with our families. The backyard and hot tub were awesome. The weather was amazing and the house was comfortable we loved it. However we had to add a few more wine glasses to the home.

Our family had an awesome time in this little house! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with such quick access to the beach and boardwalk. We had a lot of fun making numerous trips to the beach and downtown to the mall for shopping. The kids enjoyed playing smash ball in the backyard (be prepared to find a few spare balls in the hedges) and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

I had a graduation party here for Nadia Michalak. I am now UCSC alum and have spent 4 wonderful years in Santa Cruz and grown to love it here. If you want a good place to eat go to Seabright Brewery on Seabright Ave and Murray and the best beach is definitely sunny cove by 16th Ave. Hope you enjoy it here as much as I do!

We've had a wonderful week. Our sons wedding, boardwalk, mystery spot, train, dog beaches, french bakery and more! Loved the house and backyard. Your best compliment came from my 13 year old grandson. He said that he could live here forever- even if he had to share a room with his sisters!

July 30th- August 5th
Our families from Sacramento and Fresno came together for a fun filled week spent hanging out at the Boardwalk, the beach, Monterey Childrens Aquarium, shopping, eating out and and BBQing.
WE all had a wonderful time and would love to return again here next year. Your home is beautiful. Everything is decorated with such detail and we found all of the comforts of home. Cable TV was also a treat for some of us. We enjoyed watching a variety of shows. Some of the guys took a new glider to the park and lost it in some very tall trees due to high winds. Couldn't get it down.... Lots of memories. Thank You!

found it to be charming with no detail spared.
