| The unit was very clean and comfortable. We really liked the two suite feel of the place. I would have liked a little more light for reading in the bedroom and perhaps a few kitchen amenities such as spices and salt and pepper. Other than that we loved the place and would return in the future. |

sorry about the light issue, We nerver had any complaints but will definately
try and address that issue. Due to health reasons we are advised not to leave any food items in the kitchen and prefer the guest supply their own.

| We had a very pleasant stay at our condo. Everything was fine, clean, and in perfect condition. The only drawback was the amount of cleaning and tidying up required when leaving the condo, with a very limited time to do it (had to leave the condo at 10.00 sharp). |

Enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hils. Had originally booked a 2 bed apartment but when arrived we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Has its own security gatehouse and is very quiet and private - we felt very secure during our stay.
I would highly recommend this to family and friends. The location is excellent. Only 5 mins drive to main gate of Disney.

| We just got back from our vacation at the Windsor Hills resort and it was absolutely wonderful!! Two adults and four children fit very comfortably in the 3 bedroom condo. My only regret is that I spent most of my days at the Disney parks and not at this resort! (Yes, its that nice although Disney is a short 5-10 minutes away.) Clean, and safe. I had no problem letting my teens walk to the game room at night. I am recommending Windsor Hills to everyone and plan on returning soon! |

| These were WONDERFUL accomodations. Clean, GREAT condition, EVERYTHING you need for a pleasant stay. The pool was AMAZING!!! Especially for small children. This was our first time and we would definitely recommend. Only complaint was how locked down everything was. It is a gated community (which was nice), but you still have to give $10 refundable deposit on an entry key to the clubhouse and pool. You have to use the key to get to the bathrooms from the pool. The playset has a different lock mechanism (key code). Guard keeps gate closed on exit, so you have to wait for someone to open to let you leave. Just a little inconvenient, but worth it. |

| Just returned from another great stay at Windsor Hills. As last time ('06) the place was great and had everything we needed. Very clean and as nice as it was 3 yeas ago! Love the new wall-mounted TVs in the bedrooms. It really felt like home and a great place to unwind at the end of a long day. If I could make one recommendation it would be to have two full beds in the 2nd bedroom instead of a king and a twin - just because I have two teen boys and twin is a little small for them but I'm sure it's highly suitable for other families. Everything is there for your needs in the kitchen from the dishes to appliances to plastic bowls etc...There were plenty of towels. The community pool is just as fantastic as I remembered it to be, did not use to spa - way too hot for that lol...the boys loved making new friends again at the clubhouse. The condo was Great, Big and roomy, my family had a wonderful time at the pool, the clubhouse and the kids enjoyed the game room..
Parking was nice since the back door was right there to unload all of our luggage..
The condo is very very close to all Parks and Downtown Disney area..

And that was only in regards to needing a high chair and playpen. You couldn't ask for a better location than Windsor Hills, everything was just minutes away which is so convenient. I would absolutely book with Windsor Hills on a return trip to Florida and have already recommended it to a co-worker who will be travelling in a few months. |

| Diane & Jerry, I wanted to say that we stayed at one of your 3 bedroom condos in March, 2009 with another family, there were 8 of us, and your condo was magnificant. We certainly did not feel overcrowed or that we were stepping on each other. The condo was beautifully decorated it had everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The only small issue I had was that there was only a small bistro table & chairs(2)to sit out on the lanai, which were not all the comfortable. Overall, I have recommended your website to other people and we are booking again next year through you. Windsor Hills as a gated community is just awesome. I have 2 teenage daughters and they loved the pool, waterslide (which I enjoyed myself) and the hot tub area. I ran in the mornings and felt very safe. Windsor Hills and your condo(s) are just beautiful. Thank you. |

We are renting your 2 bedroom condo this summer & taking our grandchildren with us. Your place was well cared for and met our every expectation. The only issue we had was with the lock on the patio door. When we complained, Diane & Jerry, themselves, came that very day and checked it out. I have recommeded them to anyone I know that is going to stay in this area in Florida. I would not rent from anyone else.! Windsor Hills itself is a great place to vacation. |

Diane & Jerry - Your condo is WONDERFUL and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We traveled with two 5 yrs olds and Grandma & Grandpa and the first floor location, near the pool was perfect! We weren't sure what it would be like staying outside of Disney but it worked out fine....simply a matter of preference and the condo location was great. Our kids absolutely LOVED their room with the disney decor and stuffed animals! We enjoyed the beautiful master suite also - the bed was so comfortable, especially after days of walking the parks!!! The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the playscape.

| Everything about our stay at Windsor Hills was fantastic. The 3 bedroom apartment had every convenience we could think of. The little touches, like Disneyworld pictures in every room, a different Disney character soft toy on every bed right down to the towels in the main bedroom folded into the shape of 2 swans. All these things added to our stay at Windsor Hills. The location was perfect we hired a car for the 8 days we stayed & drove the 10-15 minutes (approx) to each of the Disney worlds. The facilities at Windsor Hills were A1 - being a gated community gave us security plus for down time there is a lovely resort style swimming pool complete with slide plu a games room and movies showing every night. Alot of the local restaurants also deliver to your door and there are a number of supermarkets and a Walgreens a 10 minute drive away. We would not hesitate to recommend Windsor Hills to anyone looking for quality accommodation with the benefit of a full apartment. The complimentary teddy bear left for us to take home completed a wonderful stay at Windsor Hills. |

Our stay at the condo was very nice. The dollar value for what we got was certainly good. The unit we stayed in was set up very nicely, although I would like to have seen the kitchen a little better stocked in the way of dishes and cooking utensils etc. I have the same sort of business in CAN and have it totally stocked(incl. essentials like coffee, sugar, bottled water, etc)This would be the only thing that I would suggest to make the stay a little bit better. We were very disappointed in the weather while we were there because we so wanted to use the pool. It was so beautiful. Unfortunately the temps were just too cold. The grounds were so nice!
Overall I would say this was an excellent place to stay, would definately come back and certainly would refer my friends. In fact I already have referred friends.Thank you again! |

10-16, 2008, We had a wonderful time, the place
was just like the photos, everything was clean and
nicely decorated, the pool was so nice for the kids
to have anytime they wanted to swim! The resort
pool and other activities were excellent. We felt very
safe knowing the entrance to the resort was gated
and guarded 24 hours a day. A short distance to all
of the attractions was a plus! We will definitely

| My husband and I, along with our 2 small children really enjoyed our stay. I couldn't believe how beautiful and clean the property was when we arrived. After viewing the website, I was wondering if everything was going to be too good to be true and then I saw that everything was EXACTLY how it is described in the website. The pool was fantastic, the 3 bedroom condo was perfect for the size of my family and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was quiet at night (a big plus when you have small children) and I enjoyed running around the neighborhood in the morning (felt very safe). I would definitely stay again and I hope to very soon. | As the date approached for our trip to Orlando I started getting nervous about booking a condo on-line without a personal recommendation. As I reviewed the website again some of my fears left but I was still a bit cautious. Well, everything was wonderful. The condo was perfect, clean and just what we needed. | Had a great stay. Very clean, great amenities, close to everything. We had a problem with the lock on the door that leads out to the screened in sitting area and it was fixed within the hour. It was 8 o'clock on a Sunday evening, that's service! Our only issues were the pool was cool, would have been nice if it were heated. Also, the water slide has a height requirement of 48 inches. Our son was 47 and 1/2 and our last day he was not allowed on. Difficult to explain the lack of consistency to a six year old, so we packed up and went to Typhoon Lagoon instead, which we loved! Thanks for the memories! |

Sorry about the slide , our insurance, which in Florida is sky high as it is, is absolutely fanatical about the height requirement. Therefore the pool attendant is given strict orders to make sure the height requirement is enforced. He should not have been allowed on but I can't explain the lack of consistency We really apologize for this but we really have no say in this matter.
The pool however is heated, or should have been. We have checked into this matter. The only possible explanation is that if it was a day that there was a sudden drop in the temperature from the highs we have been having. If that were the case the heating can take a while to catch up . I don't know if this is the case but we were assured by the manager it is working at this time. Sorry for the long winded response but we wanted to try and help clear up these issues

| Our family stayed in the condo over Halloween with our 3 little girls. The girls liked the added Disney extras around the condo and I liked the washer/dryer, kitchen and all the space! We did have a problem with the dvd player progressively getting worse, but we were able to play our dvds in the PS2 console. Internet access was so helpful. It would have been nice to have a dvd player in the bedrooms as well, but not a big deal. I've already recommended you to others and would definitely come back again. Having the condo really made our vacation great! |

| The unit was absolutely immaculate, nicely decorated, and well-equipped, especially with TV's. It lacked absolutely nothing, and overall it was more than was expected. The pool was quite nice and large, and the grounds in general were very attractive. Very nice property! Enjoyed being on the 1st floor. Very spacious and felt like home. Was sad to leave. Only bump was AC froze up, but was our fault due to some confusion about instructions. Called management company and they came out same day while we were at a theme park and fixed it.

We spent a most enjoyable holiday in Florida, summer 2008 and your accommodation was clean, comfortable, well equipped and generally excellent.
Our children aged between nine and sixteen enjoyed all the facilities and were kept busy on the days we were too tired to visit the theme parks.
It would have been nice however if afternoon snacks, other than crisps or ice-creams had been available at the club-house and if there was somewhere to socialise after ten at night. That said, we still had a brilliant holiday.
I would like to thank you for your wonderful hospitality on what was our first trip to the U.S.A.and all the family look forward to returning in the future.

| We had a great time and the condo was perfect. Just as described, it was very close to the gates of Disney, and the entire property was beautiful. We thought it was a great idea to stay "off property" and have our choice of restaurants, stores, etc. We checked in and out using the lock-box at the rental office which was convenient and easy. Our kids loved the pool. It was very clean and fun, All-in-all Windsor Hills was a great place to stay, and Diane and Jerry's condo was fantastic. Having such a spacious place made our time there much more restful than if the five of us were tucked into one room at a hotel. I would recommend this to any family planning on enjoying a vacation at Disney. |

The two weeks that we spent at Windsor Hills were truly remarkable. The accomodation was superb and could not have been better situated. It was close enough to all the main attractions that if things got to much during the day you could return to the comfort of your apartment or stay round the pool and still have the option to return to the parks later in tha day. Everything that you would need to make your vacation enjoyable was on site. The apartment was clean spacious and was like a home from home. | This was the second time our family stayed at Windor Hills. We've stayed in both the two bedroom and three bedroom units. The condos were very clean and well equipped. The pool is fantastic. My grandchildren played in the enclosed play area which was very nice. The location is great--close to Highway 4 and Disney World and all other Orlando attractions. There are stores and places to eat close by. I have recommended Windsor Hills to several friends. We are defintely planning to come back again. |

| What a great place to stay! We had a great time there this past week. I don't know why anyone would stay at the park hotels when you can get a 2 BR, 2 BA condo WITH laundry and full kitchen for the same price as a hotel room. Plus, it's so close to Disney. The pool area was awesome with the water slide. We probably saved over $100 by being able to buy stuff to pack our lunch thanks to the full kitchen, rather than buying lunch at the parks. My only recommendation would be to leave your guests more than 2 rolls of toilet paper total and make sure there's actually enough dishwasher soap left since we have to run it when we leave. |

It was centrally located between the clubhouse/pool facilities and the basketball/tennis/volleyball/putting green facilities. | The condo was very nice for the price. We were there for Thanksgiving and enjoyed having the kitchen to use for making meals during the week. It is conveniently located near Disneyworld, MGM, Epcot, etc. It took maybe 7-10 mins to get to any of the parks. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I would make it the directions to the mgmt office. It should be more detailed that it is located in one of the many strip malls along 192W and that CiCi's Pizza is a better landmark than Quizno's (larger sign on the street) as we passed right on by it the first time. |

It was a pleasure staying at the Windsor Hills. The pool was amazing! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. One small thing was that I was on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators. Not a problem for me but my 80 yrs old parents had a tough time walking up the stairs. Apart from that I only have great memories of the place, I am highly recommending the place to all my friends. I also plan on returning to this wonderful place.

Definately the closest rental property to Disney and an abundance of dining opportunities. The only comment would is that it would have been nice to have been able to lock the keys in the unit upon checkout and just make a phone call to the management company to finish the check out - not that the management company was that far away - it would just be a little more convenient. Will definately recommend your condo to anyone traveling to the Orlando area. |

The beach towels provided in the condo were a nice extra, as was the washer and dryer, free internet, and game system for the kids. I was amazed at how easy it was to get to the Disney parks and how close it was. I also liked that the resort is a gated community with 24 hour security. The resort ammenities were wonderful. We loved the swimming pool, game room, and movie theater. I do wish that when we left, we could drop the key at the office on property, or leave it in the room. Will stay again if we come that way. Although a few weks since our return it would be remiss not to contribute towards all the positive comments. We arrived late in the day (it was dark) with our son, daughter in law and 2 tired grandchildren after a 20 hour journey. We opened the door and WOW! So nicely presented and welcoming and worthy of 4 stars we felt relaxed and homely immediately and the grandchildren fell in love with the characters and overall holiday theme. Great location within the complex on the ground floor so that the children could play outside. The complex itself is smart and very well appointed for Disney etc. We will return to Florida and when in Orlando will certainly be reserving Diane & Jerry's. We completely enjoyed our stay in your condo at Windsor Hills. The surroundings felt luxurious and were very comfortable, like home. The community was impecably clean and landscaped beautifully. I loved all of the flowering trees and bushes and rich green fauna everywhere!
The only down side was the time in which the community closed their pools in the evening. It closed promptly at 10:00 p.m. which sadly did not allow us much time to enjoy them after a long day in the parks.
Other than that, we loved the pool and spa and enjoyed the casual "florida" atmosphere as we lounged poolside watching our son's compete in an olympic ping pong match.

Play station didn't work, outlet where toaster is plugged in doesn't work, shower cleaner machine didn't work in master bath and hot water ran out after 2 showers (and we were hurrying). Other than that it was awesome.

Sorry, We have been having intermitent problems with this play station. We have replaced this with a NEW unit. The outlet problem was a triped gfi breaker that is repaired. Sometimes pictures make places look much better than they really are, but I don't think the pictures do them justice. It is beautiful. The condo was fully stocked with pool towels, swim rings, cooler, etc. It was extremely clean. I can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend. |

Great resort as well although the pool was a little on the shallow side for the two boys who are 13 & 16. After our 10 days with you we certainly missed the two bathrooms and big beds and walk in wardrobes during our last three days at the Marriott on Clearwater Beach. Oh and thanks for the Hairdryer - if you've ever tried using a 240v UK dryer on 120v US socket you'll know what we mean. The kids loved having the broadband connection so that they could keep in touch with their mates in the UK on my laptop. |

| We loved our 3 bedroom condo. the little extras such as snack basket were nice. I do however have a suggestion. I think you should have a key for the locked bedrooms available in the condo. Our small children, who are not use to locked doors, accidently locked us out of one of the bedrooms. The management company would not let us come and pick up a key to unlock it ourselves. We were charge a $25 fee and had to wait an hour. This is my only complaint. Will definetly recommend this condo to our friends. Gina |

| Beautiful and very comfortable. Great price for what you get. There was even a PSP player for the kids. Pool area very clean and the water was warm and inviting on Christmas evening. Check in and out was very easy and I would definitely stay here again. We went to Orlando for the Holidays and it was nice to stay in a place that felt like home. | Our family visited Florida from Oct.31-Nov.8. Diane and Jerry were so friendly and helpful to us when we were making plans. We were very pleased with the accomodations as well. There was a lot of room and it was so clean. The beds were so comfortable; we had to take a peak at the brand so we could keep that in mind when it comes time to buy new mattress for ourselves. The resort itself with the pool, slide, the game room, movie theatre and playground were amazing!! We couldnt believe how nice all of this was. We really enjoyed these things. Another great thing is the location of this place, it is so close to all of the parks. After a long day at the park it was nice to get back to the condo in only a few minutes. We surprised our 3 young children and my mother with a trip to Orlando Nov. 4-11, 2006. We have always stayed at hotels, so I admit I was a bit nervous about using a condo and working with people I didn't really know. Diane & Jerry made me feel very comfortable about making the decision to stay there, though, with their prompt responses to any questions or concerns I had.
After picking up the key and arriving at the condo, I became nervous once again as the key didn't work; however, the management company was very courteous and quick to respond. In less than 2 minutes, the matter was solved! We were in the condo and didn't even have to return to their office.
The condo was decorated even better than we expected...Beautiful decor, lots to occupy the kids, and it was immaculate! The adorable welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch! Thank you!!
We had a wonderful time at Disney & Universal, and the convenience of the condo made our trip so much more enjoyable and allowed us to make the best use of our time. I regret that we didn't build in more days to actually enjoy all of the condo ammenites, but we will next time!
Diane & Jerry, thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We felt as though we were visiting family! This is certainly the best kept secret in Orlando and I'm so glad we discovered it! We'll be telling everyone we know about your places and can't wait to stay with you again!

My family and I stayed at this Condo Oct. 25-27. We had spent the first part of the week at a Disney Value Resort and were very excited about having some extra leg room. The Condo met and exceeded every expectation that we had. It was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. It was great to be able to do laundry in the evening and return home with all clean laundry. The washer and dryer were large capacity and the dryer seemed to dry things quickly. That is awesome -- I did not have to do many loads. Although we did not fix any meals while staying there the kitchen was fully supplied with anything that we would have needed. The condo was decorated beautifully - very neutral but still nice. The grounds are beautiful and the gated community gives a real sense of security, which is always a concern when on vacation. I would highly recommned this condo to anyone.
The only down side to our experience was that the management company was missing in action. We arrived around 4:00 - 4:30 so we expected there not to be anyone around when we checked in. We took the paperwork back to their office the following morning around 10 or 11:00 and they were not there. They were also not there when we returned the key at the end of our stay (around 9:45 am). I am unsure how easily we could have reached them if we needed to. Fortunately, we had a great stay and everything was perfect.
When we arrived there was only the toilet tissue that was on the roll, no laundry soap and no dish soap. We purchased some at the local Wal-Mart and left them in the condo. We also brought wash cloths with us because I had read that they were not provided.

Please note that one of the reasons we believe we have been successfull is that our management company is extremely responsive to our guests needs. My family and I would like to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely Condo, it was truly everything you said it would be in your website. . The ammenties were wonderful and having use of the pool which was just walking distance was great! This resort is exactly how we expecited it to be and more, also child friendly. (Our Boys 2, 5).
I would not stay in a Hotel...That's for sure!
The weather was wonderful, not one rainy day. Our children enjoyed Disney World which was only 5 mintues away, we also went to Universal Studio’s. The shopping was great, we found the Florida Mall, Wal-Mart and other stores.
Your Condo is absulutely beautiful and the location is ideal, close to the pool. We will definatley rent with you again.
I will mention Windsor Hills to our family & friends.

We returned Friday from our week-long adventure to Disney and wanted to thank you for the wonderful accomodations you provided us!! I can't say enough about how comfortable, spacious and, frankly, luxurious we found the condo to be. We have 4 kids (ages 8,9,10,13) and found the condo to provide more than enough room for us each to have our own space and allow for down-time. We took advantage of the pool and the boys enjoyed a movie at the theater on Tuesday, our 'day-off' from Disney. Again, it was terrific!
I have continued to share your best-kept Orlando secret with all of our friends who are planning Disney trips. We found the advantages of staying at Widsor Hills far outweighed what we 'thought' we'd be missing by not staying at Disney and were far more comfortable. And being a mile from the park made our "commute" a non-issue. If anything, it built our anticipation every morning!
