| This was our first time ever staying in a vacation home. Joe was so good to answer all my questions on the phone and my e-mails. This was a very special "family vacation". I was taking my 3 grown sons and my daughter-in-law with us. I wanted us to stay in a "home" and be together. The house was wonderful. Everyone loved using the game room,pool,and hot tub. It was so nice to cook on the grill and to get to eat out on the lanae. The kids hated to leave the house. It was a truly awesome experience for all of us. Thank you sooooo much:) |

Our second stay at Villa Fantasia was a great as our first..even a few years later! Thank you for keeping it so well maintained. As always, the total experience from the rental process to the quality of your home was perfect and easy. We don't live too far away, but your "home" is our GETAWAY...Thank you from the Lucke's!

We absolutely loved our home away from home. It made the exhausting task of bringing four children to Disney possible. It was so nice to come back to such a beautiful home. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when in FLorida. Thank you! Thank you!

Joe,
I just wanted to follow-up with the email to thank you for the use of Villa 3 which we (the Virginia Crew) enjoyed immensely as well as Villa 1 which the California crew is still enjoying as you read this email.
Everything was so wonderful. We have no complaints. Being at your rental made us wish we had planned to stay longer also. Had we known it would be so relaxing and accommodating, we would have.
We try to vacation together each year and we were planning to all meet here in Virginia in 2006 but we think it may be in Orlando again.
I realize that the Villa 2 is already booked for the same week next year so we may have to plan around other dates.
I attached some photos just so that you could see how happy we all were. I also attached the Family Reunion Photo we took at Arabian Nights so that you could see the number of people who actually did come to make this reunion such a success. Next time, they all want to book rentals. We took over 1200 pictures collectively (724 of which I took).

| We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. The kids didnt even want to spend the whole day at the park. They just wanted to go "home" and swim and play games. The weather was a little cloudy and cool, but that didnt stop them from swimming in the heated pool WE LOVED EVERYTHING! Again thank you for everything. |

The house is absolutely wonderful! We want to let you know that we got there just after Hurrican Charlie hit and everything was in perfect condition.
The kids loved the game room and the swimming pool. Wonderful location, excellent amenities! We immediately missed the house during our stop at a hotel on our way home! Looking forward to coming back!

| We just returned on Monday after a awesome week in orlando. Villafantasia far exceeded my expectations. The home was immaculate and very close to Disney. We made it into all the Disney parking lots in 15 minutes or less. The home is also very close to tons of shopping, restuearants, and other attractions. We went to the parks in the morning, relaxed in the pool and hot tub in the afternoon, and went back to the parks for dinner. The home is a perfect size for two small families or one large one. For those hesitant about renting privately, don't be, the entire process was very easy and conveinant. Add to that an incredible value and it adds up to a perfect vacation. We have recomended this house to our friends and would love to return in the future. |

| Villa Fantasia is a wonderful home!!! We just returned from a fantastic vacation. The game room and pool were HUGE hits! I love the fact that the game room is sooo sound proof from the rest of the house. This came in handy since the kids were waking up at the crack of dawn. The kids ... and adults .. also enjoyed playing PS2 ... I only wish my house was as well equipped. I HIGHLY recommend this house. I hope to be back on a future vacation. |

| This house is great. Our family of four stayed with our extended family. There were 6 adults and 4 children. The house was very comfortable. The kids(and adults!)loved the pool and game room. The access to Disney was great too. Would love to come back!!! |

Your house is fabulous! We went in early October and everyone had a great time. After a full day at the parks with a toddler it was great to relax at home. And babysitter grandma didn't mind hanging out (in the hot tub) while the grownups went out for the night! Great location too! Will be planning to return again next year. |

| The house is gorgeous and well-stocked with everything you could ask for. It truly is a home-away-from-home, only better. We shared the house with another family (4 adults and 4 children). A great value and very comfortable, not to mention FUN. We used the hot tub and the game room which further enhanced our enjoyment. The furnishings and decorations are fabulous as well and the location couldn't be better. What more could anyone ask for? |

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you regarding your Florida vacation home (Joe I'm sorry I missed your call and that you got to speak to my son). We had a great time! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures on the internet do not do it justice.
My family had a wonderful time and it was so nice to have all the amenities of home and to be able to relax in the hot tub and pool after a day of sight seeing and walking our legs off. We did use one of our days just to hang out at "home" and swim and relax - something you don't usually get to do in a hotel.
Everything was great and we will probably by visiting your "home" again in the future.
