| My family and I had a great experience. Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved having a place that overlooked the beach and the pool. We were less than a mile away from local stores and restaurants, and it was superb! We will definitely be back! Great job Mark! We loved it! |

My husband and I along with another couple recently stayed at Mark's condo.It was great. The location was near some of the best places to eat, very clean,close to the beach and a great pool. | Our stay at Mark's condo was great. It's right on the beach, and has beautiful views. I went with 5 adults, and 2 kids, and there was room for everyone. The washer and dryer came in really handy, and there was a full kitchen with everything you needed to cook a good dinner. The condo is also conveniently located to everything. Within 5 miles, you have a grocery store, banks, souvenir shops, the pier, and restaurants. There is also a boat tour we went on that is about 13 miles away. Our stay was awesome, and the condo is very moderately priced. If you're looking for a nice place on a beautiful beach, this is definitely the place for you. |

| We enjoyed our stay at Mark's "second home" condo. The condo had everything we needed and had a great view. Since the condo unit was small it worked really well for my mom. The walk from the parking lot, to the elevator, and to the room was short and made things easy for her. We would stay again! |

The reference to small is not a reference to our specific unit, but to the overall complex which has 4 rooms per floor with a central elevator and parking right underneath so it was convenient for our guests.

| We were so impressed throughout our entire experience in renting this condo. Mark was very informative and gave us tips on where to eat, shop, and buy fresh seafood. Upon arriving at the condo, we were even more impressed after seeing the condo. It was nicer and more spacious than we anticipated! Also, the view was absolutely beautiful. We would like to make another trip to Gulf Shores soon and stay in this same unit. Thank you for making our stay so convenient and comfortable! |

This is a great place that we will return to every
year. The location and view are perfect and it is in
close proximity to EVERYTHING! I was also
impressed by the view out of the side windows.....
You can sit at the breakfast table and still see the
beach..... Not something you would have in any of
the other non corner units. It was cheerful and

| For 13 years now, we have been vacationing in Florida. We decided to venture to Gulf Shores for a vacation this year. We loved this condo! It has all the space we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and the view is fantastic. It's in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Looks like we have found our new vacation spot for many years to come! |

| Of all the condos we haved stayed in while vacationing in Gulf Shores, this is our favorite. Mark was kind and accomodating as we discussed possibilities for our trip. Because of its location close to the state park, the beach was not crowded and offered plenty of room for the kids to play football and other games with friends they met while there. The condo itself was pleasantly docorated and offered all the kitchen amenities desired. My parents enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the mornings. THANKS for a great experience!! |

There were four of us and we had plenty of room. It was a very relaxing vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, sipping our coffee and enjoying the view. We recommend this place. |

| We had a great time on the beach, they were full of shells and the waves were fun to play in. We were close to shops and a very short car ride to most anything you need. The condo fit all 8 of us just fine and it was nice to sit out on the balcony and look at the water and beach. All and all we loved it. |

The entire process is flawless from the initial contact to the final closure. Mark is great to work with and has a wonderful sense of humor. What a treat.
The condo pictures don't do it justice. There is more than enough room for everybody. The balcony view is better that you can imagine and beach area is very close and not crowded.
Out of the twenty years I've been going to Gulf Shores, this one was the best.
I lucked up on this condo and now I'm sold on it. I will be back every year my budget allows. |

| My daughter, five of her friends, and I just returned from a week-long stay at this wonderful condo. We were celebrating a very special occasion--my daughter's 18th birthday! Every one of us had a great time. The girls loved being right on the beach, and I loved the beautiful beach view and the sound of the waves from the balcony. The condo easily accomodated all of us with room to spare, and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes and applicances; All we needed was to buy some food, and we were set for the week! The bunk beds, which we had thought would be too small for us because we are all tall, actually provided plenty of room for our two tallest girls (who are both 5'10") who won the argument over who got to sleep there. The only bad thing about the whole trip was that our week was over before we were ready to go home! |

| Our stay at the Clearwater Gulf Front was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our granddaughter was with us and really enjoyed having her own room w/TV. The condo was clean/quiet and fit our vacation budget. We enjoyed being beachfront and only minutes away from other activities. Staying here was a lot easier than a hotel room. |

It was great having a private washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen. The keyless entry was a great idea! We couldn't have asked for a better week! We have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for the past 11 years and we generally stay in Orange Beach but staying in you condo this time has changed our minds. And the location is perfect for getting anywhere within 10 minutes. The shopping in the area was great and the local coffee house had wireless which was convenient. | We enjoyed staying in your lovely condo. It has a very lovely decor and I love the way you color coordinated the walls. It just make the whole condo very cozy and relaxing. Your condo is also very well equiped with all the applicances and just make cooking so enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the balcony is just breathtaking.
