| Having looked through many hotels available on Asiarooms the Baywatch Tower hotel caught my eye, both as it looked nice and it appeared to be good value for money. Well, having spent 10 nights there i can thoroughly confirm that it was both nice and value for money!!! The room was great and aircon worked well in both rooms. The TV, stereo, internet connection etc were all as advertised and the staff were both friendly and helpful. very clean very nice and already planning my second visit..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |

I've stayed at Baywatch Towers, for 45 days from the middle of December 2008 to end of January 2009, with my mother and my father. we all enjoyed our stay very much. The 1 bedroom condo was very comfortable, it just felt like home, with modern furnishings. The view from the balcony is great, you can see Manila bay in front of your eyes, not to mention the fire works at New Years Eve. There are two main malls that are in opposite directions which are like 5 mins by taxi, or you can just even walk there. The Hospitality was great, thank you Oli, Leandro, Jenny and Annie. I enjoyed myself so much, that i am planning to come back this year in December 2009, for a holiday and i will be calling to make a reservation to stay at Baywatch again. I would recommend this place to my friends or anyone that wants to come to the Philippines. See you guys soon. Thanks once again.

| I've lived at Baywatch Towers for almost two years in all the different kinds of units. From the Penthouse, two bedroon,one bedroom, down to the stuido style. All were very comfortable with great morden furnishings and appliances.Baywatch has all the trapings one needs for a great relaxing, restful place to stay long term or just a short vacation. All the malls and American resturants are with in walking distance or a short ride in a taxi.If you are coming to the Philippines? Then Baywatch Towers is the place to stay!!!!! I have never rented a condo from Oli but I do know him personally and I can say only GREAT things about him. So come on by and visit the best place to stay in all of Manila at a very afforadable price. Aloha or in Manila Salamat Po, Uncle Sam |

| I stayed at the hotel during mid-May for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay tremendously because of the location and rates. Hotel staff was great. When travel plans call for a return to Manila I will stay again at the Baywatch Towers without hesitation. |

| Had the pleasure of being the first guest to stay in unit 1605 and must say it is a very comfortable place. There were a few items that Oli and Eliane didn't have in place when I first arrived, however they took care of everything very promptly. Every morning of my 20 day stay I woke to the dragon boats practicing in Manila Bay. Thanks Oli and maybe we will see you in January! |

| I had the pleasure of spending a few days in Baywatch Tower. The unit itself was great, the building was great, the location was great, and the help and friendliness of the owners were more than great. All in all, a great stay in Manila and Baywatch Tower. It is definitely recommendable! |
