I told him about it and he said i should go ahead and make the booking, that is how come i got your contact.
I would like to book the place for two and half weeks, that is from the 30th of this july to 20th of Aug and payment is going to be made by him upon his arrival but if you want us to pay some deposit in advance i will contact him and we will make some payment before he comes.

However, since we will have to move out from Villa 3 now that it is booked up by the 20th, we would have to move anyway and therefore we might as well move to a guesthouse closer to my workplace.

We had a fantastic holiday in Ghana. Sylvester was the most helpful person and guided us through any difficulties we might have had and Marion looked after us very well. Joseph too
Thank goodness we had the 4x4 as there are potholes that families could live in and not be found for years.
The size of Accra was amazing, looking down from Legon Hill and Aburi is just unbelievable. Despite the size and the traffic we felt at home and visited our old haunts, sometime Conor (13) had his brain go on overdrive but we just enjoyed ourselves.
Ada Foah, Akasombo, Legon and Aburi. Fiona and Conor visited Ghana International School where she was a pupil.
Accra is vibrant!
Travel was made easy by the staff at Kotokoa Airport
Doris is not much in evidence but you have treasures in Sylvester, Marion and Joseph.

| We have just got back from a two week stay at Villas 2 and 3 January 2007. I would like to thank all of the staff for looking after us really well on behalf of myself and the rest of our large party. The food especially was very good and so were our drivers, Sylvester and Joe! The accomodation itself was spacious, light, airy and clean. The surrounding environment was also lively and an intersting place to stay in Ghana. We will miss Akotaa Villas! Thanks so much! |

The bedrooms were spacious and well tidy, the dinning area and lounge were perfect and the kichen was very spacious with all the tools at one's disposal.

"Me & a few friends stayed at villa 3, we were picked from the airport efficiently, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful they catered for our every need. The premises were kept immaculate and we had everything there to our disposal and even if it wasn't there was always help around the corner 24 hrs a day!
I definantly recommend this villa as you will not be dissapointed, the pool area was great too and the grounds and villa were very spacious. I will definantly be using this villa again and will also be recommending it to family, friends and anybody else that I come across who is travelling to Ghana.
The whole stay was very enjoyable and the service overall was excellent.

I have to complement you on the operation you are able to run from a remote location.
Our stay at villa 2 was wonderful. All the staff members went to great lengths to make us feel welcome . It is a significant reason why our vacation in Ghana was so enjoyable.
I will be glad to make my comments in any context you wish, because you provide a terriffic service and I am willing to help get the word out.
Based on our experience, I will be surprised if you don't get some additional bookings.
Having said all that, I do have a couple of suggestions that may be of some assistance to you.
Congratulations on your ability to run such an effective operation from a distance.

We arrived from Ghana on Tuesday afternoon and we all had a wonderful time! The villa is really nice and comfortable and Nyako cooked us some really tasty dishes.
All the staff were really nice - including the watch men.

What can I say WOW absolutely loved the villas they are beautiful, the pictures on the web do it little justice, we all felt as though we were at home and didn’t want to leave. Hi Eddie,
Thank you for all your help in answering my questions and concerns about Akotaa Villa before traveling to Ghana. This was my 1st visit to Ghana and the Villa felt like home away from home.
The Villa was excellent. Our 2years old loved the space both indoors
and in the yard. I must say that Doris has a lot on her hands (managing all
the villas, in addition to cleaning and cooking) but was able to assist us whenever we needed her. Daniel is always around and the Villa is kept clean and beautiful.
We loved the villa and it was very comfortable for all of us. We had a
great stay and loved Ghana. Like they say in GA: "Ghana ye fel waa." It's a
beautiful country. When we Plan our next visit to Ghana we will give you a call in regards to our accommodation.

I stayed at Villa 3 in Feb 2005. This was my 1st visit to Ghana and the Villa felt like home away from home. Doris was extremely helpful and was always available. The Villa was everything I expected and more. I first found Akotaa Villa on the internet and contacted Eddie who was prompt and very informative in his responds to my concerns. When I arrive in Ghana, I was greeted by Sylvester at the airport who drove us to the Villa where we met Daniel and Doris. Like other Ghanaian, Doris was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on her face. My accommodations were excellent and I will recommend Akotaa Villa and will not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Ghana.

I stayed at the Villa for 13 days beginning end of January 2004 and feel compelled to place my thoughts here. Fistly my contact with the ownwer has always been promp and polite either by e mail or phone. From the moment I arrived at the airport I was looked after firstly by Sylvester, and on arrival at the Villa, Doris, and this continued for the duration of my stay.
By the end of my two weeks stay as far as I am concernned I had made two new friends. The Villa is everything it says on the site here and then some. The staff are very hard working and carry out their work with polite enthusiasm. I have travelled a number of times and stayed in some of the finest hotels yet I have never felt as comfortable as I did while at the Villa. My Fiancé and I travelled with Sylvester many times during our stay and were always extremely well looked after. The catering and houskeeping is in my opinion faultless. I enjoyed everything that was cooked, I also enjoyed the opportunity to experience Ghanaian dishes which by my choice was all I had while there. I know I will be returning to stay again, this Villa would always be my first choice when looking for accomodation in Accra. My anticipation of how wonderful my visit would be has been completely surpassed, I wish to thank the owner, Sylvester and Doris for everything as I have some great memories and would recomend this Villa to anyone.

I would like you to past on my thanks to Naana, Sly and Anmed for
making my
stay very enjoyable.
Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff, Naana was very
pleasant and
kept the fridge well stocked with Star.
Sly was always on hand if anything was required.
Anmed knew everywhere, even in Kumasi. I kept him out late a few times
and he
never complained once, I even went to meet his wife and son.
I am returning in 2004 and will let you know what dates I will require
the
villa, if it is available.
