| My wife, 3 year old son, and I had a great time staying in this condo in May. The closet full of beach gear came in handy. The condo was in great condition. Everything you can think of is provided, even discount club cards for grocery shopping at Ralphs and Albertson's! Patrick was great to work with. The only negatives were the much longer walk to get to Strand Beach (due to construction) and the fact that the condo pool was under renovation. A membership to a local health club was provided, but it was not the ideal setting for a 3 year old to play in the pool with lap swimmers. These are not big issues, unless you are planning to stay with young ones, then it might be a minor issue. Overall, a great place that we would stay at again and recommend to anyone. |

Andy,when you arrived last May the construction on the path was almost complete as well as the pool. I'm happy to say that the closest path to the beach is complete along with a nice shower area and restrooms. Our pool/jacuzzi refurbishment was completed last June. Next time you visit, you'll see the incredible upgrades that have been made to our community.

| Thank you, We had a fantastic time at Dana Point. The Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. The boogie boards were a first for us and the kids had a blast with them.The location was perfectly positioned between LA and San Diego, easy to get to theme parks, shopping malls,etc. We definitely hope to return !!!! |

Well located for beach and restaurants. Accommodation had everything we needed it was decorated to a very high standard. Children well catered for with things for them to do inside as well as toys for beach.
We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend Casa Mar whole heartedly. |

| We enjoyed our long weekend very much. The condo was clean and included every convenience, including wetsuits/boogie board/etc. which were a welcomed surprise. Most important was the the owner's very gracious and accommodating manner. A pleasure to work with! |

| We enjoyed a weeks stay in Dana Point at this condo over Easter week 2009. It is a lovely, centerally located place to stay in southern California. My husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great time. It is very well stocked, impecably decorated and in a delightful location. The owners were accessable and it was an easy process! Highly recommend! |

We stayed at this condo for a week during spring break, it is spacious and very nicely decorated, actually better than it looks in the pictures on the web. Kitchen is well equipped which helps a lot with young kids!! Owners handled our transactions efficiently and are very helpful.
Best part of the area is strands beach with a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding hills, we enjoyed watching sunsets and surfers. This beach is perfect for small kids and also for body boarding fun, water is bit cold though!
Condo location is about 30-40 min drive from various attractions like Disneyland, Legoland, Flower fields etc, great for day trips
Overall great place to hang out and relax !! |

Thank you for your quick credit of our deposit. I could not click on the link for comments for some reason, however, we had a great time in Dana Point. Your condo was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to all my friends. Everything was very clean and more comfortable than I would have ever imagined. It was a great home away from home! Location was fabulous - next to the beach and halfway between L.A. and San Diego - a great place to stay in southern California!

Our girls weekend in California was fun and relaxing and staying at your condo made everything perfect. Having the luxury of staying in the same complex as my daughter was great. We really enjoyed being able to BBQ and spend quality time with friends and family. The condo was very clean and making the arrangements was easy and stress free. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in California...which will be very soon!

Thank you for a wonderful week in sunny California, it was our first visit to Dana Point and indeed to California, we all had a fabulous time. The condo was spotlessly clean end very well equipped. a lovely place to come back and relax to after a days sightseeing, The children very much enjoyed the pool and we all came home relaxed if a little sunburnt!! we hope to return and would not hesitate to recomment you to family and friends.

| Thanks for a great vacation. It was the best family vacation we have had yet. We have 2 small children and sleeping in hotels is very challenging with the noise levels. We got 6 great nights of sleep which led to 7 great days of vacation. The condo is FANTASTIC - It is comparable to a 5 STAR hotel suite with regards to space, amenitites, and interior decor. The condo was absolutely immaculate. It was spotless and really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - 5 minutes off I-5 and less than an hour to Disney or San Diego. The beach and sunsets are awesome. Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach are fantastic. We will be definitely coming back to stay at this condo in the future. Thanks so much for a great vacation. |

| This was our first experience renting a condo and I can tell you it won't be the last. We had a fantastic time. The condo was lovely, even nicer than the pictures. The owners thought of everything to make their guests confortable, satelite tv, wireless internet, beautiful furnishings, beach towels, etc. They even welcomed us with a single rose in a bud vase! The condo was very conveniently located. Dana Point is a lovely town with a beautiful beach. The owners were very easy to work with. This was one of our best vacations ever!!! |

So glad we found your Casa Mar. It was so nice to come home after a busy day of activities. The beds are great! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and harbor.
