| We stayed in the property from Aug 4th thru 10th of 2009. It is a very beautiful complex and the condo was maintained extremely well. There were 5 of us, and we did great in the condo.Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. It was very convenient to everything, we spent time at both Universal and Disney. The pool area was really nice and very clean. Henry was great to work with he was very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. I would return if we go back to Orlando. |

| My husband and our two children (ages 13 and 7-1/2) just finished staying at the condo for nine nights during our spring break. We enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. They have plenty of towels/washcloths provided in each room. They also provide pool towels as well. Henry was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the condo. It was very convenient in reaching the freeways and all of the Disney/Universal or Sea World Attractions. The only thing you should be aware of is that you'll need to provide some of the basic essentials if you're staying there for as long as we did. You'll need dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid for dishes, paper towels, and extra toilet paper, and kleenex. They had small bars of soap in the bathrooms, but that was all. I'm hoping that the cleaning people left the products I bought for the condo for the next renter (I also bought laundry detergent for the washer). All in all, we were very happy with our stay. The concierge (Donna) at the Club House was very helpful in getting tickets/directions, etc. |

| We were a little concerned about renting a condo off the internet but decided that the price was worth the chance. The condo was clean, beautiful and we could not of picked something that was more centerally located.The condo is within 2-4 miles of all the major Orlando attractions, but still enough off the beaten path that it is very relaxing and quite. There is a brand new Publix within walking distance to stock everything you may need for the week. As stated everything was what the ad said if not better. We would stay there again if visiting the Orlando area. |

Our boss Robin Ashton was very, very pleased they attend a convention every couple of years and he has now sworn off of hotel rooms since staying in Morning Glory.

| Excellent place to stay. We have vacationed in Florida many times but never were as comfortable in a hotel as this condo. Enjoyable 5 minute drives to Universal / Sea World and right next door to a Grocery store so we could stock up easily. The pool heater stopped working a few days but when it was fixed it was perfect. We will not look for another place to stay in Florida. |

| We found the condo to be very well equiped. It was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while I attended a vacation. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very easy and the management people were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Making the initial reservations was also very easy. We WILL repeat this experience next time we travel. |

My family stay at Vista Cay Resorts was great. The location was the best, you can get to all the parks quick and easy. Our 3 bed room unit was very nice and clean. The Club House and Pool area was also nice. I plan on coming back next year with my family.
A great time was had by all. |

| My husband and I rented this condo from Henry in January, he was quick to help us out of a bad situation when we needed a place to stay at the last minute. This condo is beautifully decorated with all the necessities anyone would require. Vista Cay is a beautiful resort, great pool & hot tub & close to Disney. |

| We stayed in this unit in late January for a convention at the OCCC. With it's location, it is the ideal place to stay when attending a convention. I recommend anyone in town for a convention to stay here. Walking distance: it is a 15-20 minute walk from the OCCC, but I found it invigorating in the morning and relaxing coming back in the evening. |

| This is a very nice unit,, very nicely decorated, top shelf bedding and mattress, a joy to stay at the pool area is wonderful, and very close to convention center, I used it insetead of hotel for conference, would have been great to bring family, nice easy location to all parks. Owners very nice to deal with ..Enjoy !!!!!! |

We loved our stay in "Harbour Breeze." Our last minute trip to Orlando was great becasue of our "home
