| My Family and I were extremely pleased with the condo. Our five nights there went by way too fast. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hope to make this our vacation rental every year! |

Thank you for the rental of Island Townhouse A5. We enjoyed it being our home for the week. The condo is so bright and cheerful it makes you happy to be at the beach even on a rainy day! The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable - the children loved the two queen beds. The well furnished kitchen with large refrig made meal and snack preparation easy. We always enjoy the convenience to the beach and restaurants, pool and other ammenities of Island Townhouse. The St. Simons beach is beautiful especially in the early morning and evening. A5 is now a favorite for our family!

| My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo during May to attend a wedding. We arrived after dark, and when we had some problems figuring out the entry lockbox late in the evening, I called the owner and had an immediate call back. I was impressed and relieved. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. I enjoyed a bike ride and the close proximity to beach. The master bed was very comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again! |

| We stayed in your Condo for 2 nights on our way to Orlando Florida, It was wonderful, the close proximety to the beach, the wildlife in the marsh and the use of the bikes where all great assets to the area. | I just spend a lovely 3 days at your condo with my sister and some of my aunts and cousins. We're calling it "Girls Gone Mild," and have decided to make it a yearly tradition! It was a very convenient location, and held all of us ladies quite comfortably. Thank you! |

| We were very comfortable staying in your condo a few weeks ago and recommend its location and comfort to other visitors. Walking and bike riding along the marsh and to the beach was very enjoyable. We live in North Georgia mountains and your St. Simons condo offered a great island experience. |
