| Nice accomodations. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the gardeners with the air blowers and lawn mowers were very loud and started around 6 am every morning. If you like to sleep in late and enjoy peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. |

| These folks were GREAT! The Kapalua Ridge exceeded our expectations - absolutely wonderful. Great for small family and the pictures don't do the views justice! The bedroom is upstairs and has a large balcony with a commanding view of the ocean. We drank our coffee there every morning before heading out to explore.... |

| We have been to Maui four times in the past six years and this summer we made our first visit to Kapalua instead of the Wailea area. We were very pleasantly surprised in the difference in the two areas. Kapalua is truly a luxurious resort, great restaurants, golf courses, beaches and two of the finest hotels on Maui. Located on the North shore, it is cooled by the natural trade winds, there is no need for noisy air conditioners. Three great beaches were within easy walking distance, even with our two small kids. The closest beach is great for boogie boarding and the calmer beach at Kapalua Bay is just right for the kids and snorkeling. We will be returning to your Ridge condo next year. |

| We stayed at Ashley's Kapalua Ridge condo July 16-23, 1999. It was wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice. The panoramic view from the tow lanais is spectacular. Golf course, pineapple field and ocean! At 1400 sq. feet, the condo is very roomy and feels like home. Especially great is the divided bathroom upstairs with "his and her" sides. You'll love this condo. Great value! |

Hi Glen,
We made it home safe and sound. Miss snorkeling already! We had a nice
stay. You wanted to know which condo we liked best so here it is:
We liked both condos very much and they met all our expectations, but we
definitely prefered Kapalua. Cathy loved the upstairs bathroom at
Kapalua. She also enjoyed watching the golfers.Splitting it up like we
did worked well for us on this trip, because it cut down time in the
car. Some of the activities we did were easier to do in a more timely
fashion from Wailea, so that worked out well. Next time I think we would
probably just stay the whole time at Kapalua. We liked the area better
and some of the beaches were probably better protected for snorkeling.
We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else next time. And we do hope
there is a next time!
