| My family loved our time in your home. Their was plenty of room for 8 of us and we never agrued over sleeping arangements as their was plenty of room. My sister and I will definitely be planning a trip back. |

It's really enjoyment to stay a home away from the home , it's reasonable priced and big enough for two families. I highly recommended it and would like to consider it for my next trip .

With the money we saved by renting your townhome, instead of an overpriced resort hotel room, we were able to bring my Grandmother and my aunt alon with us to Florida. We also were able to experience more of Orlando, thand just DisneyWorld. The townhome is so convenient to everything! The privacy of being in a gated community made for a very nice, quiet stay. The townhouse is beautifull and very spacious! We can't wait to start planning our next visit! |

This is the place I would highly recommend to those who would like to spend some quality time with their family in a very comfortable setting. My sisters family from Canada decided to have a reunion in Orlando Florida and I found this place through the internet. Jay made everything possible for us to settle the reservations without hesitation. He is so helpful from the day we made the reservations until we left the townhouse. Best of all, it is very convenient to all the places around town. Imagine, getting to Disneyworld, shopping centers, eateries, etc. in minutes!
The townhouse is superb! Very clean! and the rate is very reasonable compared to all the hotels and townhouses in the area with all the great 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, Laundry room and amenities, what else would you ask for? Thank you Jay and Christine for making our stay very comfortable.
Definitely, we would be staying at your place next time we visit Florida.

My party enjoyed the use of Jay's condo from 7/22/08 until 8/1/08. We were participating in the National AAU Basketball Tournament at Disney's Wide World of Sports complex and this location was perfect. As mentioned before there are numerous restaurants,shopping outlets and strip malls nearby.The condo complex has a tennis court, basketball goal, swimming pool, workout room and clubhouse for your use. Any individual staying here has easy access to all of the local attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios etc.All in all our party found this property very convenient and will use it again in the future.
The owner is very easy to deal with and makes himself available to answer any and all questions regarding his property. |

| This has been the best place I stayed at on vacation. It was affordable & spacious enough for my family. The location is great. We were within 20 minutes of Disney World, Cypress Gardens (must see)and Gatorland. The Old Town area in Kissimmee is a nice place to stroll around at night. If someone hadn't told us about it we would have missed it because it is behind the rides on the south side of 192. Great location for stores & restaurants. The facility had everything you could possibly need & I do agree it is the best view of the club house. The customer service received by Jay was great. He let me know everything that was happening each step of the way, when my credit card would be charged...etc. I even received my deposit refund immediately afterward. Thanks Jay. |

Our week in Florida was great for many reasons, and Jay's town house was just the cherry on top! Within minutes of arriving, my friends and I shared a round of high fives in the patio area...we were speechless. Moments later, I made the comment that "I never thought I'd be staying somewhere, where I'd have to tell somebody they'd have to use the THIRD bathroom."
Not only was the place absolutely gorgeous, but the area of town is great, with plenty of restaurants, a Super Target, and several mini-golf courses nearby.
And finally, enough can't be said for Jay's customer service. He was very easy to talk to, always answered my questions in as much detail as possible, and very on-top of our transaction.
I'd not only recommend, but would HIGHLY SUGGEST, everyone stay at this place! I can't wait till my friends and I can get back to the Orlando area again. |

| We really enjoyed our stay. The housing was extremely spacious and clean. I loved having Target around the corner and particularly liked having a washer and dryer right in the place. I thought the cost was a great value and we were very centrally located. We would definitely stay there again! |

I want to thank Jay and his wife for the amazing customer service. They were very patient and helpfull with all our questions at first and very detailed oriented at last. The payment process and all the information about how to get to the property was very detailed and organized. The townhome was fantastic!!! Everything was neat and clean, all the appliances were working and they went above and beyond leaving the first necessities like sugar, salt, soap, 1st aid kit. We felt very welcome. Me and my family truely enjoyed our vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and the master suite is amazing. I felt at home. It is much better feeling after arriving from a day at the parks, to be able to make your own dinner and relax. Target and Wall Mart are close by and it is in a central location for the parks and shopping centers. Congratulations for your super guest oriented house. We loved it and hopefully will return to your place on our next Orlando vacation.

| This was a most wonderful vacation. The townhouse was amazing, especially after long days at the parks. However, we were unable to fully use the clubhouse due to the weekday hours. Nevertheless, all the amenities in the townhome were extremely helpful as were Jay and Christina. They made the stay and the weeks before it very comfortable. Thanks and we would definitely consider living here again. |

Christina & Jay’s place had everything; starting with accurate photos and description on their website, friendly considerate communications and a bonus for me was the ability to pay via PayPal made all my planning fast & easy.
We are a small family of three so 4 br is far more than we needed however we selected ay's disneyholidaytownhome because of their excellent amenities, both in the property and on the grounds. I loved the fact that we could park right in front of the unit which is a small thing making for a huge plus when returning from multiple hours for sun & fun not to mention all the walking and coaxing tired kid(s) into the house. Another delight was the option of having meals “at home” and we also took great advantage of the clubhouse and pool.
Oh, I should mention that the luxury of the townhouse, with cable TV, wireless connectivity (great for mapping our days activities), full size kitchen/appliances not to leave out the washer/dryer and multiple full bathrooms (and an awesome master bedroom all made for a most relaxing holiday.
As tourist it was good to be in a modern centrally located spot; we were within minutes of Disney & Universal and a comfortable travel distance to NASA (these are spots that our family went to)
Without a doubt, disneyholidaytownhome is at the top of my planning list whenever we return to Orlando/Kissimmee area.

| First I must give Jay and his wife a big thanks for there customer service. It is always a little scary doing things over the internet and not being able to no that you can get to the people on the other end but they were great I felt totally safe. Now about the villa's it was fantastic I give it a ***** (5 stars) rating. It was a home away from home. It had everything you needed even down to the cleaning supplies. Me and my family truely enjoyed our vacation. I honestly can say I have nothing but good things to say about it and encourage the reader of this email to visit and for the rate and the space you can't get this at a hotel room. | Great place! Clean, well furnished, equipped kitchen, spacious, child friendly, and quiet. We slept better here than our own home. Much better than cramming into a hotel room. A Super Target grocery store is conveniently nearby. An added bonus was free wireless Internet reception from the townhouse. We will stay here again. |
