| My partner and I spent a week in Jacques's appartment back in november '09 and had the best time! We loved the flat: it's located in a great area, it's quiet and very well fitted. The subway is just a short minute walk away and it's very enjoyable to stay in an area that feels authentic (and not packed with thousands of other tourists like you :). I highly recommand it, its a perfect way to enjoy a fabulous city! |

| I stayed in the apartment for 7 nights with my 2 kids and we loved it! Very clean and cozy and we loved the courtyard. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Being alone with my 2 small children I must say that I felt very safe in the neighborhood - even at night. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. |

After the warm welcome by Jacques, we liked the 9
nights of our stay in this large, clean and cosy
appartment. The East Village neighbourhood, that
we didn't know well before our trip, is alive and
interesting. Shops and cafés everywhere. We loved
our trip in NYC and the flat has a large part in it. |

This apartment is clean, and has a fantastic location. Jacques was fantastic to deal with especially with my early arrival.
The apartment is huge by NY Standards, and its fantastic being able to not just live out of one room. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone out there looking for an apartment not in crowded/overrated Times Square :) |

| My Partner & I stayed in this apartment in October 2008 for 1 week. We had a fantastic time, we really enjoyed our time in the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment, as it had a completely seperate living & dining area (very rare in New York). It was exactly what we were looking for prior to our Trip. Jacques was an extremely hospitable host, it was very thoughtful of him to include a what's what list of nearby restaurants, bars, shops etc, which was in the apartment on our arrival. The location was perfect, only a 10minute walk to Union Square, every part of New York was accessible from the apartment. I can not recommend this enough. Enjoy! |
