| Great communication, great apartment, great value, GREAT CITY. We found the location perfect with lots of things to do and see. Only a short distance from the subway made travelling around very easy. Will definitely be contacting the owners on our next visit, they made the whole experience very easy. Thank you. |

| This is a great apartment in a fantastic location, with a very friendly and helpful owner. My friend and I stayed there for a week. It was really nice to be an apartment rather than a hotel room and we felt very much at home. I highly recommend staying there. |

My friend and I stayed here. It's a great apartment -
clean, tidy, two double rooms, lounge area. And it's
a great location on the border of the East Village
and Lower East Side with great coffee shops and
restaurants nearby. Also very near the subway
station. Thanks so much Georgine for a wonderful
stay. I highly recommend this apartment. |

| We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 2 nights in December. The owner was so helpful and accommodating, he really made arriving into NYC so welcoming. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed. It's in a perfect location, very close to the subway and in a great area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay here again if we return to NYC and highly recommend this property. |
