3 of our 4 children did the 1/2 Tin Man Triathalon in Santa
Cruz today, we had a great stay! You can tell you really
enjoy your home. If we come next year, we will stay longer.

pleasant. We had a wonderful stay here! Thanks again, the
Kuch Family, San Marino, CA, Chicago. Grandma Takaki,
Chicago, Loved bird swatching off the deck and your outdoor
plants. We had the best weather and so enjoyed the beach,
Henry Cowell Redwoods, UCSC, Seymour Marine Center, Museum
of Art & History, Capitola, and, of course, the Boardwalk!

We find your request for including negative comments rather sad. When we have snafus with the house, we fix them, and why would new guests want to know what has been fixed? We create a positive environment for guests to have a good time. That is our job and most guests really appreciate it. If you had a problem was it addressed by us?

Great times with our whole family!!! Your house was awesome.
We spent all week enjoying all Santa Cruz has to offer. The
weather was absolutely perfect - couldn't ask for better. The
kids enjoyed the seals at the beach. What a wonderful way to

Just a jaunt down the coast to spend a wonderful last week of summer (beautiful weather!) with all of our family members and to enjoy the many treasures of the Santa Cruz/Monterey area. All made better by having your lovely house as a home base for it all! We found it quite accommodating and cozy – and amazingly equipped with all possible amenities…what a nice touch! Thanks again for making it available – and much appreciated for the fact that you accept four-legged friends as well.
Sept 19 weekend – Ryan’s B-day celebration
Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We had a group of close friends come down from all over the Bay Area – the house is wonderfully stocked & we wanted for nothing. Unfortunately, we had a cloudy, cool weekend, but nobody minded hanging out around the house relaxing! Especially me, since I’m 8 mos. pregnant. Hope to return someday w/children in tow.

Great house, great time! We ran out of clothes soap so we didn’t do all the laundry.

We really enjoyed your wonderful accommodations – the house more than met our needs, it had everything and more than we expected. Thanks for decorating for Christmas. It was especially nice because we were here during a major winter storm. We had a couple of days of sun, but a lot of rain & wind. So, it was very nice to have the books & toys & movies to keep the kids entertained. It was good to be so close to the beach. We had some nice walks to the beach, saw a couple of groups of dolphins just beyond the waves & a beautiful sunset. And then nice to just walk back to the house. We hope to come back again.

I just wanted to thank you very much for helping my brothers and I secure a place for our Summer Vacation. We told our parents over the weekend, as our Mom and Dad were wanting to get moving on trying to find a place of their own. It is our parents 40th Wedding Anniversary this April and they are just elated that for
their gift all three of their children and grandchildren will be together for a holiday, where we always went as kids. Thank you for helping make this happen.
I have enjoyed our talks and you should be very proud of your site, it is by far the best I found. Talk with you as the date nears.

We were very happy to be the first guests at your home. Here are some of our impressions and memories of the great vacation week we had here:
Beautiful home, comfortable, welcoming, accommodating, bright, sleeps plenty,
hot tub & jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, all night card games, birds singing day & night, CD player, movies, Giants games on TV, close walks to the beach, misty mornings, sunny afternoons, friendly neighbors, Fourth of July fireworks, saw house across the street get built, Crow's Nest dinner, Boardwalk rides, horseback riding, shopping at downtown Santa Cruz, day trips to Monterey, reading.....
July 11-18, the Hoepfners and Steretts, Corpus Christi, TX
Thanks for offering your wonderful home in Santa Cruz. This was a fantastic
location for our week of sailboat racing on Monterey Bay. Hope to see your city again soon.

July 26-Aug 1, the Giampaoli's, Minors', & Gross'
Overall, we had a great week here in Santa Cruz. We vacation here at least
twice a year. We've stayed at other homes, but this house was very nice. Nice beach to hang out at and easy access to the beach. My only gripe would be out of your control. The weather was too cold for my liking, so next year we'll remember to wait a month if we could. Capitola was a great time, as well as downtown Santa Cruz. This was a very comfortable home to stay in. It has a lot of great things to enjoy.
Aug 1-7, the Tiltans
We had a wonderful week in your beautiful & comfortable home. It was very well equipped, down to the colander and the bike helmets. We enjoyed kayaking, including spying a few otter families, a campfire at the beach, and bogey boarding....
A great home for our family get-together. What a lovely place and a wonderful location. A real find!
It was treat to find a home with enough space for our 10 member family group
from New York, Washington, DC, Lafayette, IN, Phoenix, AZ, and Davis &
Sacramento, CA. The house is perfectly situated near the beach & harbor. Thank
you for the nice furniture & equipment. It met all our needs. Very
thoughtfully outfitted. Thank you.
