| Beautiful house, wonderfully serviced. The beach is absolutely fantastic. New Smyrna Beach is a very nice place. Our family had a wonderful winter getaway and can't wait to get back there again. Thank you Dr. Edelson for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place. |

Never had a lovelier time, a more intimate
experience w/ ocean and beach. Tons of space,
vaulted ceilings that give you the feeling you're still
under the sky. The deck is surrounded by sand
dunes, sea grass. There is an unparalleled feeling of
privacy, ease of access to the beach, and utter
peace. Stay away! I want to live here. |

| Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. I was looking for a place that we could just escape the everyday hustle and bustle and we found the perfect spot! It was great vacation for our entire family. We had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids also loved the pool and it was usually just us using it. Looking forward to planning another vacation to Dr. Edelson home! |

I just have to say everything was perfect! We have been on vacations before, but this one was the best! The house was very clean and everything, and I mean everything was provided for us. We had packed all the normal essentials you would need, only to find out we didn't need them. Dr. Edelson's home had everything my regular home would have except with an exceptional view!
The beach was beautiful and only steps away! We boogie boarded all day than swam in the pool at night! We were up early shelling on the beach and watching the dolphins play right in front of the house. We even rode the bikes into town a couple of times.
If you are looking for a great, relaxing, fun vacation with no worries, this is the place to be!
We will definetly be back again.

| My six friends and I rented this fabulous home for our annual girls weekend and I can truly say that the home itself and the beach was truly a slice of heaven!!! Dr. Edelson, you are so incredibly blessed to own such an incredible property...and thank you for sharing!!! |

| i stayed here on my annual "girls weekend away" this year, 2008. The accomodations were great, the view beautiful and everything was as promised. The facility was easy to find, convenient to everything we could need and had more than enough amenities to please all of us. We would definitely return. Watching the dolphins play while having morning coffee is awesome............ |

I grew up in Central Florida and spent every summer at New Smyrna Beach in my grandparents beach house. Dr. Edeleson's beach house is the only place that I have found that truly reflects the real Florida. It is very spacious, with a great loft for kids, and a to-die-for large deck with a gas grill that literally sits on the beautiful white New Smyrna Beach sand.
We had already made a deposit to return this summer and unfortunately found out that we will not be able to do so, and our deposit was quickly returned in full with no questions asked. We have never worked with a nicer owner in all the years we have been vacationing at New Smyrna Beach. Take my advice, you will love every minute of your stay! |

Our family had a fantastic Christmas week in your vacation home. The
accommodations were superb and well stocked with everything we needed. When we make our way to New Smyrna Beach again, we'll certainly try to book with you.
We loved the deck; we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the
children playing in the ocean. We enjoyed Christmas dinner on the deck; sure beats Christmas dinner inside looking out at snow.... Thank you.... |

| This beach house was absolutely everything we wanted when we planned our beach vacation. With 6 adults and 3 children it was important for us to be directly on the beach and for us to have plenty of room and this magnificent home had it all. The adults could lounge in the sun on the deck while watching the children play in the sand. The local shops and restaurants were fantastic as well. If anyone is looking to stay on the beach this house is it. I know we will be back! |

A perfect week. The deck is literally ON the beach. I was able to be with my family the whole time. While some preferred to lay in the sun, others wanted to play in the waves or relax in the air-conditioning, we were still not apart.
With my brother's family, we were four adults and two teenagers. Everyone had plenty of room to do their own thing and we never felt cramped.
A high speed router, fax machine, and wide-screen TV were all state-of-the-art conveniences that added to our enjoyment. |

| We stayed at this house in March '06. It was our second stay in one of Dr Edelson's rentals. The house was fantastic, the location superb, and all amenities we could have needed were provided! There are only two problems: Now we can't decide which of Dr Edelson's beachfront homes is our favorite, and we received alot of jealous looks from people on the beach!! Those decks are fantastic. Thanks for a great vacation! |

Our family stayed at Dr. Edelson's beach house in New Smyrna last week. It was a wonderful home, with all the amentities you could ever need. The location on the beach was beautiful, and the pool was very nice and perfect for both of our 2 year old granddaughters. We look forward to staying again in "Paradise".

I, unfortunately had to cancel a booking because of unforseen
problems. I was treated so nicely. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Even though it was me doing the canceling. Dr Edelson kept me informed about the status of the re-rental regularly. He was always so kind in the e-mails he sent to me.
I DID GET A FULL REFUND!!!!!.
I would recommend working with him as well as his co-workers anytime. I hope to be able to rent from him in the future. His property sounds absolutley beautiful.

| We returned in May 2005 for our second week-long stay at Dr. Edelson's wonderful beachfront townhome. It is fabulous to wake up in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and step outside to a glorious sunrise! Dr. Edelson provided everything necessary for a carefree vacation....he made us feel like we were in our own home with plentiful towels, comfortable beds, a great kitchen and, best of all, right in front of the best beach in Florida! We will definitely return and are already planning our next visit. |

| We visited from the UK in April 2005. The house is absolutely wonderful, fabulous views, absolute privacy and the Atlantic Ocean lapping at the beach steps at high tide. My kids loved the surfing and we loved the excellent local restaurants and relaxing on the deck watching the ocean. Only problem is returing to normal life afterwards. Hope to come again soon! |

| We stayed at Dr Edelson's beach home the week after Thanksgiving and had a fabulous time. Beach biking, kayaking, jogging, browsing old town, fine dining -it was just wonderful. We will never stay in a high-rise condo again if a beautiful town-home like this is available (right on the beach). We had great dinners at Victors and The Garlic. Really good pizza (delivered) from Touch of Italy, and enjoyed the fresh steamed shrimp from the Publix Market (twice)for a crowd of 12. We also enjoyed fresh sandwhiches from the Mon Delese Bakery. Vacationing on the beach is the only way to go if you are going to the expense of traveling a long distance (as we did). Dr. Edelson was informative and accommodating, making our stay nearly perfect. We'll be back next year. |

| We usually spend a week in Marathon fishing, diving and enjoying the Fla Keys. It was with a bit of reluctance that we decided to venture up the coast this year.That reluctance was quickly dismissed upon our arrival. The accomidations are great. Gloria is the director of sales for a national hotel chain and expects the best in travel accomidations and it was delivered. Dr. Edelson is a fantastic host and ensures your wants are well taken care of. Hopefully we will be returning next year.On a scale of 1 to 10 this property is a 15. |

| We had a very pleasent stay. The house is nicely situated on the beach and a few mornings we have seen dolphins close to the shore. The beach was never croweded, which makes a different to the tourist areas. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft, swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. We never expect such a big swimming pool and most of the time nobody used it. So it was the best stay we ever had and believe us we are traveling a lot. We hope, that we can return someday. |

| Our week in your New Smyrna Beach rental was superb! The accommodations, lovely deck with ocean surf below and NO TRAFFIC on the beach, quiet pool and tennis courts, all excellent. It only took us 70 minutes to reach Sea World. Canaveral National Seashore is so close and we found many nice seashells and nearly empty beaches. Having stayed at other locations in New Smyrna Beach, this will definitely be our first choice when we return. |

Dr. Edelson,
Your rental on New Smyrna is truly "Paradise". What an incredible week we had - the weather was perfect every single day (low 80's - slight breeze - no humidity). We never wanted to leave. Your place accomodated our family quite nicely.
We ate at Victor's one night and extended your "hello" to him. The scallops with wild-berry sauce were amazing. We also had great Mexican at the Cantina and watched Dolphin's jumping out of the water at J.B.'s Fish Camp.
We took the kiddies to play mini-golf at that place in town. When we got there - the owner looked at my husband and recognized him from nearly 30 years ago (high school). As it turns out - they both grew up in White Plains NY and lived just a couple of streets away. They spent a couple of hours re-acquainting themselves.
There was a Dove in a nest that never left for the entire week over your front entryway light. We were hoping her egg(s) would hatch before we left but they didn't. We tried not to use that doorway so as not to disturb her.
Thanks for renting that beautiful place to us and we really would love to rent it again in the future - couldn't imagine a better vacation spot.

| We had a girls' weekend at this great beach house. The five of us had plenty of space and loved having 3 bathrooms! The outdoor deck is a highlight because it is huge and has gorgeous views of the surf. The pool and the beach are just steps away. We are definetely planning a return visit. |

| This was one of the most fantastic vacations we've ever taken! I cannot say enough about how beautiful the house and surrounding property is. Not only was it peaceful and relaxing, but there were plenty of things to keep the entire family busy. Swimming, tennis, fishing, surfing, hiking, biking, miniature golf, shopping, and great restaurants galore! And just a little over an hour's drive to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We'll be back again soon! |
