| What a perfect place! Sea Palm Villa was home in Sept 09 for my Dad's 90th birthday celebration and vacation. Eleven of us gathered from all parts of the US to spend a fabulous week at the beach. The open floorplan of the villa made it perfect for such a large family to all be together. The golf cart was a great beach shuttle vehicle for everyone. The house was perfectly appointed and everyone had plenty of sleeping and bathing room. The private pool was the center of the afternoon parties and early morning coffee time. Had you told me my dad would be doing the limbo on his 90th birthday around the pool I wouldn't have believed it! Sea Palm Villa made our memorable time together absolutly perfect. And our little dogs loved the long hallway where they could run catch their favorite toys in air conditioned comfort! Thank you all for making our first ever "all kids present" birthday celebration so wonderful. |

Great house! We really enjoyed having the pool and golf cart. And having the wireless internet was very nice! The washer and dryer were very handy and we loved the icemaker. The house was very roomy and very comfortable for two families (there was 10 of us). All the amenties of home!! Thanks a bunch!

| This is our second year to stay at the Sea Palms Villa & this year was just as perfect as last year. We love having the golf cart & use it for everything. The house is beautiful & perfect for our family. Having a private swimming pool is invaluable for my kids. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. See you next year. |

| Our stay at the Sea Palm Villa was wonderful! This year we brought our children and grand-children and the house was roomy enough for all of us. Rick was right, we loved the house, the pool but...really loved the ATV. This was our second visit and stay in one of Rick and Debbie's home and we will most definately be back! |

Our stay at the Sea Palms was EXCELLENT. The house was in immaculate condition and had all the comforts of home. The golf cart was used more than our van for our many trips to the beach.
We are already checking out more of Rick's houses for another stay at Crystal Beach. Thank you for sharing your house with us and our beloved schnauzer Roxy!!! |

| My entire family ( children, grandchildren, and our babies (dogs) stayed from 5/30/09 through 6/6/09 at Sea Palms Villa. We enjoyed it very much. The accomodations were outstanding. This was our second stay at one of Rick and Debbie's places and we will continue to come back. |

| I stayed at Sea Palms from May 16-23, 2009. The house was even lovelier than the photos online and I really enjoyed staying there. My dog Sam came with me which made the trip even better for me. My favorite part of the house was the pool! I enjoyed it so much I didn't even bother going to the beach. |

| I was blessed to spend the week in Rick & Debbie's beautiful home with half of my children & 3 of my grandchildren. The spacious home allowed us all the comforts of home & we were certainly not ready for the week to be over. The well equipped kitchen with the ice maker, wireless internet, cable, swimming pool, golf cart really added to the experience. We are already talking about returning next year. Thanks again, Rick & Debbie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was truly a home away from home. |

| Beautiful home! Very clean and well-maintained! The pool and golf cart were terrific along with the wireless internet, plenty of fluffy towels, stand alone icemaker, outside bathroom and shower, very roomy and all on one level. This is our fourth year to rent a home in Crystal Beach and this was the nicest house yet. We are already looking forward to returning. |

Rick,
The house was just great for our week in Destin. You take great care of your rental properties. It was clean, roomy and had all the conveniences of home.
The grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and the trips to the beach in the golf cart.
It was nice to be able to bring our dog with us.
We are trying to put some plans together for next year.
We'll be back.

| The house was perfect for our stay in Destin! It is very clean and has more room then expected. The pictures on the website do not do the house justice! The golf cart was great for traveling to and from the beach and to cruise the neighborhood. We had a great time! We'll be back..... |
