Neema, We enjoyed staying in your condo during our Thanksgiving holiday trip. We were very pleased with the close proximity to all of the parks and very much appreciated the spaciousness of having 3 bedrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Just wanted to let you know that our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was very spacious and close to all the spots we attended. I'm hoping we will be able to stay again for any future trips.
Our weekend was definitely easier and more comfortable than if we had to deal with a hotel.

As advertized the condo is in a great location for any trips to the many Disney attractions. As for the condo it was just what we needed, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed in it. The washer and dryer was a fantastic plus. Finally, my kids and I loved the pool and hot tub, we spent at least a little time there every day. We already have plans to return. Thank you Neema and Thak.

| We stayed at your condo the week of July 12th and thoroughly enjoyed it!! We ended up taking a day out of our vacation just to stay at the condo & enjoy the pool and the comfort of the condo to catch up on some rest!!! Having the balcony screened in was very nice with small children so when they wanted to go outside on the balcony, we didn't have to worry! We enjoyed being able to prepare food as that was a huge cost saver for us!! We will definitely book with you again when we return to Florida! We have told all of our friends & family about your condo!!! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay on our vacation! |

Excellent accomodation...we spent so much time at Disney that we had limited time to enjoy the superb facility and pool. On a subsequent trip, we will plan to spend 2-3 days at the complex only.

We enjoyed very much our stay in your beautiful condo at Grand Palms.Everything was exactly as it was discribed on your web site.I also very much appreciated the personal contact and service that you provided me while we were finalising the rental agreement and the fact that you personally called us at the condo to make sure that we had arrived safely and that everything at the condo was to our liking.
We were guests at your condo from mid Feb. until mid March and liked our stay so much that we have already booked the same condo for the same period for 2010.Our friends from the Montreal area were also guests at this condo from Jan.17th to Feb.14th,2009 and they also loved the place so much that they have also booked for the same month next year.
Thanks again Thak for everything and we are looking forward to returning to your lovely condo at Grand Palms for another month next year.This is our new second home and we love it.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. The apartment was spacious.
Some Suggestions:
Upgrade the towels and master bath shower head (some towels were not clean and were left on master bed).
Put enough bath tissues ( was not enough for 6 days stay).
Otherwise, would describe as comfortable, a great value and location.
Sure will consider for next trip. |

Thank you for your positive comments. The 2 towels left on the masterbed are clean and are ment to be decorative SWAN. However they may have been slightly damp and thus the neck shape may have clopsed. We have added new towels in cerculation. The soap/bathroom tissues are provided to guest as a complementary startup kit. This is a standard practice for these type of rentals.

The condo was VERY nice. We had a wonderful time there. We're a family of 5 members and we were very comfortable in there.Good size bedrooms, the full kitchen was very convinient. The location was close to everything (5 miles from disney) and 1 mile to the supermarket.

| EXCELLENT CONDO .We stayed here March 3-10.It is very close to everything you want to visit.We walk in any were shocked This condo was VERY clean plenty of room for just me and my wife.The pool and hot tub really felt great to relax in after walking around Disney World all day.We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. | In July we will have stayed in the condos' for the third time. Each visit I have had the same condo and it's great. I feel like I'm at home. It's very nice, close to everything and extremely reasonable. I'm sure we'll keep coming back! |
