| I can't say enough about our stay at Calypso Breeze. The condo was beautiful and it felt like home. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. This will be our family vacation destination for many years to come. The Hartleys were a pleasure to deal with and will be hearing from me again soon! |

| As with every other property I have stayed in with Hartley and Sons, this condo had everything I needed from all the cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys on the patio. The only thing I had to bring was my bathing suit and food! |

The delightful condo was exactly as advertised. The fourth floor view from the deck is spectacular and from it each morning during our month stay Anne enjoyed her morning coffee, and planned the day. The rising moon each night drew us back to the deck for a pleasant review of the day. Just about perfect.
( But we couldn't find the vacuum cleaner or the iron ) |

| Just returned from a weekend trip at the Luxury Penthouse. It was a great place to stay. Can't say enough wonderful things about the view, it is worth a million!!! Truly ocean front. We watched the sunrise every morning! The penthouse is filled with everything you would need included plenty of towels, blankets, etc. We will difinitely be back!! |

| This was our first time visiting St. Augustine Beach and we love it. We just returned home last night and have already made our request with the Hartley's for 2006. We found this unit to have plenty of space for the six of us and were very pleased with it's location to the pool and beach. This distance to downtown St. Augustine was a very comfortable drive and only took a few minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores, etc. I would definitely recommend renting through the Hartley's and Calypso Breeze to all my friends and relatives. We really enjoyed watching the ducks at 5:00 in the morning swim in the pool and in the evening play in the courtyard with the children. This website is great and very user friendly. Anything we could want to know was at our fingertips. The Hartley's were always very eager to also answer any questions and supply assistance as needed. We WILL be back! |

| Fantastic place with primetime view of the ocean. The end unit on the top floor is by far the best you could ask for with noone above you and only one neighbor on the side. Pool and hot tub are ideal and great local restaurants to eat at. |

| This was the fourth year we have come to Anastasia Island from Michigan. These were the best accomodations. The view was incredible, let alone the clean and roomy condo. We felt so comfortable. We cooked most meals there and had so much fun with our 11 year olds (twins). We had the best of both worlds---pool and beach & my husband was able to fish from the beach as we enjoyed the rest of the fun; sunbathing, shell searching, and just walking ... We want to come back. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Calypso Breeze! Three nights was not enough. The place was clean and nicely decorated and patio was so HUGE that it should really be called a deck. Great view too. |

| What a wonderful condo! It was so tastefully decorated, but also comfortable. The view was incredible. One suggestion - maybe an alarm clock in the master bedroom for those early morning deep sea fishing trips. My children told me that they want to stay in the same condo next year. So, you got an A+ from the whole family!! |

| Great Beachfront location w/terrific view from spacious balcony. Condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Rental was made extremely convenient and hassle free. I will definitely be contacting the Hartley's the next time I'm looking for a beach rental and would reccomend them to anyone looking in the future. |

| We found the townhouse condo to be a very pleasant, clean, well stocked and marvelously and cleverly decorated unit. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
