We were absolutely smitten with this place, felt at home during our week stay. The service could not have been better, we had everything we needed before we knew we needed it. And I have to say this is a PET FRIENDLY place. No huge pet fees, no long list of pet rules to sign. Our boisterous beardie enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The rooms were spotless, well decorated and convenient. The view from the deck was awesome and I have actually stayed oceanfront and have had to walk further to get to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this resort; schedule permitting we will be returning every fall.

On the Friday morning of the Labor Day weekend, the wife and I decided on a spur of the moment to make the 10 hour drive to the beach. I wasn't very optimistic to find something decent with that late of notice. I quickly came across La Dolce Vita when I searched for pet friendly lodging and I called and spoke to Angela for a few minutes about the hotel and location.
We arrived close to midnite and Angela was extremely accomidating. The location is fantastic. You're across the street, but you can still see the ocean from the awesome deck and there's public access directly across the street. The beach was wide and fantastic. The room was impressive... granite counters, flat screen tv. Such an amazing value for the price. We spent an evening on the deck having drinks and visiting with our neighbors on the deck.
We liked it so much we stayed an extra day! Cherry Grove Beach was fantastic and whenever we come back to MB, it will most certainly be at La Dolce Vita! |

we were about to lose hope planning a last
minute beach trip. Angela was incredibly helpful
and saved us so much money. We, like most
animal lovers these days, took our dog (Lucky)
and had a ball! Our room was so nice, clean,

possibly need that can't be conveniently found

We found her place after being rejected from what was advertised on the internet as a pet friendly hotel, and when we arrived we were told they don't allow pets. We, along with our puppy, Bailey, spent the week here & it was perfect. Angela is so sweet & accommodating, and the place was great. | I recently brought my parents on vacation and stayed here. I was able to bring my 1 1\2 year old Boxer. I'm so glad we found this place. It was in a perfect spot for us, right across from the beach and walking distance to the pier. Hospitality was great and Angela was a great hostess. We had a good time and was able to relax as well. | For starters, La Dolce Vita was a great place for our short weekend away. Angela was great and very personable. She made us feel like this was home away from home, especially since we had our boxer, Lexi, with us. We loved the small hotel feel and the all of the guests were so nice. The convenience of the location was also great. | This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway over the 4th of July weekend. Great view of the fireworks show! Angela was very hospitable. Allowed us to stay as long as we wanted on the day we were leaving since no one was checking in behind us (so we got an extra day of beach time!) It was definitely a home away from home! Upon arrival, we were greeted graciously by Angela after long hours of driving from NY. Our room was cozy, well-kept and very much pet-friendly. We were instantly at easy. The location is convenient enough to local hotspots yet gives you a sense of retreat after a long day of adventures. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of sea breeze is priceless. This vacation tops as one of the best I ever had.
Angela provided the comfort of home and kept us connected thru free wireless internet (our lifeline to reality).
We are looking forward to future visits! Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys life's simplicity. |

| Well, I found La Dolce Vita Villas by searching online. What helped me decide was all the positive feedbacks, but I was still going in blindly. It was the perfect place to go. Angela, was always helpful and does anything to make your stay relaxing and you definitely get that "at home" feeling IMMEDIATELY. The villa was clean, nice size, and has everything you need for a great stay. Oh and the ocean is a 2 minute walk across the street. I plan on going back in the fall. Thanks Angela! |

Rooms are very clean, and odor free. Only smoking I saw was done outside.
Decor is just like the web site - a pleasant find. Full size frig, was great also.
Owner very gracious always available.
Need more towels, another pillow or blanket, even advice and a phone book for auto repairs. They were prompt to assist.
The lower room near the pool was ample room for the 5 of us.
Whatever you need it's within walking distance.
Angela you do know the value of customer service.

The rooms were very clean and I enjoyed having a tile floor instead of carpet. The beach is just across the street and the front deck upstairs is a good place to relax or just people watch. A very pleasant experience indeed. |

What a great place to stay! My boyfriend and I found this place last minute and it turned out to be perfect! It is right across the street from the beach and right next to the sound. There is a great little area to walk the dogs right outside the villa. Our hostess, Angela was very friendly and very helpful - always smiling.
The room was clean and modern, the pool was cool and refreshing, and the upstairs patio provided a great place to sit and bake in the sun.

| My family and I stayed at La Dolce Vita this past weekend, and we loved it! It was very clean and Angela was a great hostess, always smiling when we saw her, and always checking to see if we needed anything. We stayed in villa #2, which was downstairs, and was just fine for 2 adults, three kids, and our two dogs. It was nice to stay right across the street from the beach, especially when it rained on Saturday. The walls aren't paper thin, so noise wasn't a problem at all, either. I never even heard anyone moving around upstairs, but I know there were guests up there. My only suggestion would be a doormat to wipe some of the sand off before going into the room. There's a shower just outside the pool (at the back of the stairs) which is a great help, but we still ended up tracking a good bit of sand into the room. (Thanks for the broom! It was a big help!) All in all, a really great place to stay. |

La Dolce Vita Villas is a very nice place to stay. The location is great and Angela was the best. She was always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.
I got to bring my two dogs with me and they had a blast on the beach. We were able to take morning walks before 9am and evening walks after 5pm. It was great.
The only things I was missing in the condo was pot holders and a toaster. I could live without the toaster because the toast could be made on the stove or in the oven but the pot holders are a must if you plan on cooking anything in the oven!
Thanks again for everything. Hooch, Snuggles and I will be back. |

Angela was very nice and always made sure we had what we needed, even let me borrow her personal shampoo. We would definitely stay here again. |

| We recently spent a few days here and while it was very clean, nice and newly decorated and the owner was WONDERFUL! my only real complaint was lack of storage space in the upper rooms. Only one towel rod and it was small. With bath towels and beach towels to hang out it was a challenge. We had then hanging on all the doors. Also with Angela having a no smoking in room policy you would think one would apply it.NOT! The guess before us smoked in the room and we found one under the dresser and ashes in the kitchen draw. We went out and got air fresheners and that helped. Overall, we would come back b/c having a nice place to take along our furry family member is great!! |

My husband and I spent the the 4th of July week there with my 100 lbs Alaskan Malamute Teddy. Teddy is getting on in years so it is great that Angela made sure we had a first floor condo. It is right across the street from the ocean, beach and Cherry Hill fishing pier. Teddy even got to walk on the beach from
5:00 pm to 9:00 am. The day would be too hot for his paws. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed being able to cook our own dinners. We will be back to fish out in the sea. The seas were too rough during to our first visit. |

I really enjoyed my stay at La Dolce! Angela is great and she was always checking to see if we needed anything! We were able to bring our dog and see the fireworks from the balcony because it is located right over from the pier! We will stay here again! I also will recommend this place to others looking to stay in this area! The fact that it was across from the beach was also a plus!

| This is an immaculate property. Owners are very detailed. PERFECT LOCATION. Just across the street to the ocean and the CHERRY GROVE PIER. Ocean views on one side, with channel views on the other. Rooms are beautiful and clean, clean, clean! We don't know who enjoyed the stay the most - my husband and I, or our two pugs. We will definitely stay again. Remember this is a small complex (again perfect in every way), so remember to bring your own toiletries. |

Our week at La Dolce Vita Villas was awesome! The villa is exactly as advertised. It is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. The beach is a few steps from the villa which made our morning jog so enjoyable. We loved how close we were to the beach, shopping, and hot spots. We would not stay anywhere else. We loved it and so did our fur baby, Max. Had stayed at other locations in Myrtle Beach, but La Dolce Vita Villas was beautiful! We already made plans to stay again next month. We would recommend the villa to friends and family.

| My boyfriend and I, along with my dog, recently stayed here for a short weekend at the beach. Traveling with your pet normally means having to settle for a hotel that may not be up to par. Well, we now have a place to turn to that is a quiet, clean place to stay. Everything was new and fresh! Neither of us are smokers, so it was very nice to stay at a pet friendly hotel that did not leave your luggage smelling of stale smoke! | My husband and I stayed here for the very first time with our pet dog, the weekend of May 3rd, 2008 for a couple of nights. We highly recommend this place, especially for those that have dogs. It is very pet friendly and they don't charge extra for your pet, which is very rare. We really enjoyed the convenient beach access right across the street.
