| We stayed at A Stone's Throw over Halloween weekend. We just wanted a nice relaxing and fun weekend in Bend to get in some mountain biking, hiking and good food. We got all of that, and staying at this bungalow was the perfect place for us. It's in a great location, close to town, all the activities we wanted and many good places to eat, several within walking/biking distance, and within biking distance to the trails. The bungalow was clean, cozy, well laid out and we loved the decor. The binder of information for activities and restaurants in the area was just one of the thoughtful touches we found in the bungalow. We didn't have any problems and would stay here again in a heartbeat. |

| Many thanks for providing such a clean, cozy home for our first visit to Bend. The hot tub was awesome with snow cover all around! Your cottage is so tastefully decorated for a relaxed atmosphere, and had all the amenities a guest could ask for. We can't wait for our next chance to stay at A Stone's Throw Bungalow! |

| Your cottage exceeded our expectations. It was lovely and warm and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the private yard, the hot tub under the stars, the cozy living room with the moon framed in the skylight and the easy access to all. Four stars, all thumbs up! |

We had a wonderful time in the cabin and Bend. There is so much to see just outside Bend, but we didn't have enough time to see it all. The city is a fun place to explore with great shops and a very friendly mood.

This charming house made our family trip to Bend an exceptional one. It is bright, cheerful and very comfortable (especially the beds!) We invited family and friends over for dinners prepared in the well equipped kitchen and appreciated the relaxation of visiting in our own space rather than a noisy restaurant. The location is wonderful. My sister and I walked each morning into town for coffee and the newspaper. We took a different route each day to admire the variety of houses and landscapes. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The owners have organized an excellent book with maps, trail descriptions and suggestions for activities and shopping.
The house is a real gem and a terrific value! |
