Search no more! Gary's condo has it all! My family stayed here in April 2009 for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. we have rented in many areas, and #402 tops our list of favorites.
A/C, beautiful decor,quality furnishings, custom real glass solarium, recently remodeled with a kitchen to "die" for and evgery amenity provided for our use.
The ocean views were spectacular from the living room and master suite.
The unit was exceptionally clean with nice appointments throughout.The owner was a delight to work with providing maps, area information and island activities that we followed.
We highly recommend #402-it will not disappoint you! |

This being our second stay at your beautiful condo, we can truly say that you did a wonderful job on remodeling. From the very first time we opened the door the majestic views combined with the first class decor made our stay better than any 5-Star Hotel! Every detail was carefully planned to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your home in Kauai. We are most certainly looking forward to staying there again next year!!

This was our first visit to the Island of Kauai and it truly is the Garden Island. The lush green foliage, fauna and canopy trees in Princeville are spectacular. We have visited Maui several times, as well as, Oahu and Kauai is by far the most beautiful and now our favorite just behind lovely Bora Bora.
Kauai is smaller than Maui, but with the wide-open valleys and lengthy distance between the major towns give you a feeling of a much larger Island. Kauai’s microclimate keeps you on your toes, as one area could be rainy while just a few miles away could be sunny.
We stayed at the Pu’u Po’a condominium #402. It is an oceanfront condominium with all the amenities including a Plasma TV, home theatre system, gourmet kitchen, and DSL. We arrived 5/4/08 and stayed through 5/10/08. The owner Gary has just upgraded the condominium to include air conditioning, which is a necessity for my husband and worked well during our stay. The large lanai has a Weber gas grill, which we enjoyed immensely by grilling fresh ahi steaks from the nearby market. The kitchen is well equipped; in addition, you have the beautiful oceanfront view while cooking. Gary called during our stay to ensure all was well, although we never spoke this was a nice personal touch. The condominium is next to the Princeville Resort, take the path to their beach for a cocktail at their pool side bar or a walk on the beach. Visit at low tide for a real treat. I would definitely stay here again, as well as refer family and friends.

We just returned from spending a month in this exceptional condo. It was everything that we expected and more. In the past we have stayed in other units at Pu'u Po's but nothing has even come close to this beautiful unit. If you choose to stay in Kauai at the North Shore, this is the place! We travel a great deal and found Gary's help and concern for our comfort to be above what one could possibly hope for.
His attention to the smallest detail is evident throughout. We enjoyed the wonderful kitchen so much that going out for dinner wasn't necessary. Sitting on the beautiful lanai listening to the waves was the best table one could ask for. When we return to Kauai we will only consider staying at Gary's beautiful Pu'u Po'a home. |

| Just got back from a week's stay, August 1-8, 2007. Our family of 4 was thrilled with the condo and when we go back to Kauai it will definitely be at this condo. The condo has everything you could ask for and is very comfortable. The views are fantastic. We were a little concerned because of the fact that there was no air conditioning and I have to say it was no problem, we were very comfortable. My husband who keeps our house on deep freeze was even comfortable. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. We also love the north shore. This is our second trip to Kauai and I have fallen in love with the North Shore. Last but not least, Gary is a dream to work with. Very prompt with answering questions and provides lots of information about the condo and the island. It was a perfect experience. |

Just home after 9 days in Paradise thanks to Gary's Unit #402 in Pu'u Po'a. Can't think of enough positive superlatives to describe the accommodations, the decor, the amenities, the view, etc, etc. All wonderful. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt pampered and so lucky to have discovered just the right place. Thank you, Gary. We'll be back--and isn't that the highest compliment of all!

| My husband and I have had the pleasure of using this condo three times. It far exceeds any expectations. Every detail has been thought of. So close to the princeville resort, yet private. The last time we brought our children, who fit right in. We have since referred two family/friend members who have LOVED their stay as well. Beautiful place! |

| We now know why Pu'u Po'a #402 has all positive ratings. Our family stayed September 12-21. We arrived at night and the condo was just beautiful. Everyone was thrilled. We sat out on the lanai for most of the night gazing at the stars. I have never seen so many stars. The next morning we were even more excited by the tremendous views, the ocean out front and the mountains out the back. The kitchen and bathroom make-overs were beautiful. We cooked most of our meals. The owners have thought of everything, from a well stocked kitchen, to a bbq grill on the lanai, to q-tips in the bathroom. I was a little nervous about the fact that most places in Kauai do not have A/C. I was condidering looking elsewhere. I was assured by Gary, the owner, that that was not a concern. He was correct. With ceiling fans in every room ( including the bathrooms ) and the sliding doors and windows open it was just perfect. Gary was a delight to work with. He sent travel brochures before our trip to help with our plans. He called to check-up on us during our stay, an added touch that was appreciated. Of course, we did not want to leave. It was truly paradise. Enjoy your stay! |

| Pu’u Po’a #402 was the perfect accommodations for our 12-day vacation. On the inside it had everything we needed. Quality cookware and appliances for dining in, plenty of towels, a washer/dryer handy for cleaning up our beach towels, beautifully tiled bathrooms, one with a 2-headed shower, internet access used to send emails with pictures of our vacation (rubbing it in to the folks back home), and lets not forget the blender, ideal for those pina-coladas. Moving outside the two private lanais with ocean views was unbeatable. Hideaways beach and Queens’s bath were the two locations we spent most of our days. Both are a short walk from the condo. We look forward to future stays. |

| We stayed at 402 in June with our two children. We had the best time. The condo is everything that you see and more. The kitchen is exquisite and completely stocked. We felt right at home. The view was breathtaking. We can't wait to go back next year. |

WOW!!!!!
My wife and I enjoyed the third week of January at Gary's condo in Princeville and all I can say is we both wished we could have stayed there forever!
A week at Gary's condo is simply not enough time to enjoy this island paradise, and his top-floor unit has to be experienced to be believed!!!
Simply stated, it was a pleasure renting from him....pictures do not do his property justice....and we will be back next year. If you have any questions please feel free to email me....

| My wife and I stayed in Gary's condo for part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time there. The condo itself is beautiful inside with an awesome kitchen and a wonderful view. It is also convenient to many activities on the North side of the island. We enjoyed many things about Princeville and nearby Hanalei. We highly recommend the 17 mile sea kayak trip along the Na Pali coast. Kauai was a lot of fun and Gary's condo was the nicest we had ever stayed in. We would definitely go back again. |

| This condo is magnificent. We tend to rent condos or houses whenever we vacation and this condo far and away was nicer, better equipped and more pleasant to stay in than any other. This kitchen has everything you could ask for. The owner is extremely attentive. This really was paradise. |

What a stunning place on the most beautiful island!!! It simply does not get any better. This condo has everything that you may possibly need in order to make your vacation a very memorable and fun experience. The views that the condo offers from the lanais are the best on the island. And it is on top of the designer touches and elements throughout the unit, which, by the way, has a kitchen to die for. Of course, for those who like to cook. This condo is a true jewel.
I can not wait to return over and over again.

| WOW WOW WOW this is a fabulous condo right on the ocean. The layout of the rooms, the luxurious decor and the private lanais were wonderful. We really enjoyed the gourmet equipped kitchen with granite counters and cherry cabinets. My husband said he never had so much fun cooking and cleaning up! The walk in glass brick shower and marble counters in the bath are beautiful. The view of the mountains out the second bedroom window is especially nice in the mornings. The master bedroom gets the benefit of falling to sleep by the waves and looking out on the lanai. The whole place was decorated with flair and style which made for a restful and peaceful retreat for us after busy days of sightseeing. The extra large tv was great for reviewing our digital photos every night. And we really appreciated the owner's communications with us from the time we made the reservation to the phone call while we were there making sure everything was perfect for us. He sent info sheets before we arrived with restaurant suggestions. We used his recommendations both the night we arrived and for the first morning breakfast which helped ease us into the vacation mode with wonderful food and perfect restaurant choices. We will rent this condo again! |

I have had the good fortune of staying at this condo twice, each time being an incredible experience. The accommodations are beautiful, and the view spectacular! Kauai is the most beautiful and romantic island.I will return again to this property as it definitely provides everything you could possibly want -- luxury, privacy, a view, stereo,two lanais and a grill!
