Thank you so much for making this a vacation we will remember for the rest of our lives! Our whole family doesn't want to go home, they would like to stay on here! You have clearly thought of everything a family with kids would ever need (including a hairdryer!).
Everyone had great fun at the becah - great for shell collecting!
The fourth of July festivities are great fun on this street, lots of fireworks!

Your beach house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay here comfortable! Great location, near everything. All 4 grandchildren had an absolute blast (my monkey-boys) on your private beach with pathway, rode their bikes along the street, played on deck and yard - great fun. Trips to shops, went to Hyaniis stores, around "Baxters" for fish - Pirate ship was lots of fun for "boys".
Great way to start Summer Vacation in New England!

We found your home to be extemely clean and comfortable and we look forward to returning again and again.

Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful week and so enjoyed your warm & inviting beach house. Everything was perfect and was by far the best vacation we've had. Trips to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard; dining at the Roadhouse, breakfast at Persey's; lunch at Frayni's in P'Town - the best! Loved the fireplace which we used every morning and evenings. Thank you so much for letting us rest our heads in your home. It was our first vacation since having our first child (19 months). and we didn't know how we - or she was going to do away from home. We had a wonderfull time and our daughter felt "right at home" here. We brought my parents along, and the house, beach, and surroundings were perfect and met all our needs. My mother and I even walked out to the Kennedy Compound and saw some of the family including Ted! (he was going fishing!). Thanks for a great week!

Thank you for allowing us to rent this wonderful home. Although the weather was more in line with October than August, we still had a great time. The kids loved the beach. Great pizza at Palios and even better ice cream at Katies. We enjoyed whale watching, mini golf, etc. on our non-beach days. Dinner for my wife and I at the Roadhouse was excellent. We've had a great holiday here on the Cape and your house has been a great base. It felt like home as soon as we got here. Our highlights:
- Whale watching from Provincetown - never to be forgotten
- Up the Creek Again - great atmosphere & food, and only across the road from the house
- The Pavillion - good Indian food, which us Brits love
- Mini-golf, nice way to spend an hour
Didn't take the Duck Boat tour - saving it for Boston. We hope to come back some day. Many thanks!

Had a great time on Cape Cod. Your home is terrific. My wife and I came to Cape Cod 25 years ago on our honeymoon and this is our first time back. It was a somewhat different trip with our four teenagers this tiem. We enjoyed the beaces, the weather, the sights and everything else. Saw the Red Sox play the White Sox at Fenway with the boys, ate a lot of lobster, swam, got sun tanned (burnt), and had a great time.

We loved your home, private beach and the Town of Hyannis. The restaurants we enjoyed included Spankys, ASA Grill and Up the Creek Again for Mudslides. We loved walking on the beach for long walks, especially to the Kennedy Compound. We also love all the history in the area and we visited the Kennedy Memorial and Museum. A beautiful spot to view the Hyannis Harbor and watch the sunset is the Hyannis Golf Club. It was absolutely gorgeous. Wishing everyone a great stay!!! We can't wait to return!! Thank you again!!

You had everything we could have imagined (toys, books, games, movies, etc.) to make our vacation experience enjoyable for our children and our selves. We recommend Colluci Bros. Diner, Up the Creek Again, and the new ASA Grill on Main St. The Maitre'D was phenomenal. Everyone here has been exceptionally friendly and we could not have asked for more. Wow! What a great week! Your home is lovely & the neighborhood is so peaceful & quiet. The weather was perfect - just the "token" rainy day Sunday - but then absolutely gorgeous... even up to 92 degrees on Friday!
My sister drove up to join me for a few days. We're both "Jersey Girls" and I never though I'd hear her say anything was better than the Jersey Shore - but after a visit to your beautiful unspoiled natural beaches, she advised me to "Call the Deans and tell them to cancel all upcoming rentals" because she's "not leaving"!
We had a fantastic week - everything is so closeby - beaches - shopping - sightseeing - Nantucker ferry. The week's stay here was a thoughtful gift from my terrific kids for a milestone birthday. Great choice!
Thank you, Dean Family, for making this comfortable home available for our memorable vacation. I really must go now and drag my sister "kicking and screaming" out of here!

Cecil, in a word - PERFECT! From arriving to a spotless tidy house to having the private beach to ourselves. No kids, loud music, traffic, noise - just the sound of the rolling waves. Did nothing but sleep, eat, read and go to the beach. Since Jack was raised nearby, both of us have been all over the Cape and we think Chatham and Hyannis offer the most. Had a great dinner at the Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich with friends who have a 200 year old house in Sandwich. You know how to run a "class act". Had everything you could want. Thanks for being on the "other side" through the eyes of a guest - greatly appreciated.

So many similarities with our own sea-side holiday house back home in Northern Ireland – pitch-pine floors and cream painted walls! What a great week we had. My family, Mother-in-law & Son-in-law had lots of fun fishing, golfing, whale watching (8 humpbacks), shopping, and of course sunbathing. The private beach was wonderful and just a short walk. Your house is very cozy and comfortable. Spanky’s & Fresh Ketch are good places to eat. We appreciate all the appliances and grill. The end of our 2 weeks, already!?! We've had a great time. The beaches are wonderful (you're right Cecil), those closeby for early morning swimming or late afternoon reading, and those further afield like Race Point Beach in Provincetown. The house is lovely: spacious inside, clean, comfortably furnished and a cool oasis after sunbathing on the deck. We loved the qualify of the food in the local supermarket. How will I survive without the American Blueberries? The ones back home in the UK just don't compare - and life without Ben & Jerry's on Main Street just doesn't bear thinking about.
Our best meal out: Bistro on the Common at the end of Commercial Street in Provincetown. We had a wonderful lunch there.

This summer home has a fabulous private deck off the back of the house for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Great adirondack chairs out front for watching the kids ride their bikes in the very quiet neighborhood. The house is gloriously clean, the furniture roomy and comfortable (including the beds)and the landlord attentive to the little "extras" like 30 or so videos for little ones, a box of toys (again for little ones), and a "help yourself" mini-library in the kitchen with great beach reads and lots of informational packets for things to do while on the Cape. The house is sunny and bright and convenient to most restaurants. We'll definately be renting again!

| We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the beach. It has all the conveniences, plus nice furnishings. The deck, and porch are very nice, too. Would definetely stay there again. |
