Thank you for letting me know " The checks in the mail"! We had a wonderful time on spring break and your place fit our needs perfectly. We have had friends ask us to go to Cancun next year on Spring Break, however if our plans change we would definitely like to stay with you again. We will let you know if we decide to go back to Madeira Beach next spring. Take care and it was great "doing business" with you!

We just returned from spending a week at your home in Madiera Beach. The
entire family had a wonderful time. The pictures and descriptions available
on the internet do not do your home justice. That is a beautiful place and
in a great location. I can understand why you and your wife would enjoy
such a home.

We just wanted to tell you that we had a WONDERFUL time at the beach and enjoyed staying at your condo very much. It's in a perfect location and the view was wonderful. It's was so nice to be anble to go on vacation and not have to worry about towels (except beach), dishes, sheets, pillows and pots and pans. My parents stayed with us and totally enjoyed the beach and accommodations too.
If we plan another trip next year, we will definitely be interested in your place again. Thanks again to you and your wife for sharing your home on the beach.

Hello Rocco:
We just arrived back in Brampton about an hour ago after a smooth uneventful ride home from one of the nicest places we've stayed in. You and your wife have a wonderful place there, I can see why you and your family enjoy it so much. The fact that it is directly on the beach and the large, airy, nicely appointed rooms made for a very enjoyable stay. We never did get out to fish as the ocean was pretty rough for the most part. Next trip down we will fish, but we had a blast body surfing in the large waves. Your "condo" as everyone down there calls em, was just finished being cleaned when we finally got into it around four pm. It seems the cleaning staff worked from the bottom up in the building an saved the best for last. Our problem was that we didn't put the sunblock in our overnight bag and we all got caught out in the sun a little longer than expected on Saturday. Also it was unanimous that the sofa, loveseat and chair in the livingroom were wonderfully comfortable. Another great thing in your "condo" was the convenience of having the washer and dryer right in the "condo".
We loved being right on the beach and we watched wonderful sunsets most every night.
We would love to come back next year!
