We enjoyed your villa from the moment we opened the front door! The villa is exactly as it is shown on the web site. The villa was clean, comfortable and had all the extras a family could want while on vacation. We loved the pool, especially the lights at night. The games room and the big screen tv were also a big hit. The villa is close to shops, the golf course and close enough to the major attractions that you don't have to spend much time driving. We had a very relaxing time in the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation in a luxury villa. We have gone to Florida many times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Carol from the management company was very helpful and available if we needed her for anything. We look forward to returning. |

Micael & Penny, Just to say we really enjoyed our stay in your fantastic villa. The games room and the pool got plenty of use, i must also comment on the tv channels that were on hand which allowed us to watch the Premier League footbsall if we were in the villa the children also enjoyed watching the kids channels.
All of the bedrooms were very spacious, i must also add everyone in our party commented on how comfy the beds were. If we ever return to Florida we would not hesitate to get in touch to book your villa as we really did enjoy our time in Florida which was made even more special by the facilities we had at our disposal in your villa.

WOW... What a beautiful Villa. My In laws, kids, wife and myself enjoyed our stay. Early access to your villa was greatly appreciated. We arrived approximately 2pm and Carol came to meet us at 4pm. She was excellent with instructions. The villa ADT alarm system worked like a dream. The kids enjoyed the table games, Disney movies and playstation. The broadband wifi was a great plus. The pool was awesome especially at night. The kids got a kick out of the pools color lights. We saw the shuttle launch from the villa pools lanai. The family is already asking when are we coming back to the villa. Once again, thank you so much and hope to do business with you again in the near future.

| We had a fabulous time in your villa. The best villa we've had by far and that was our sixth visit to orlando. We would definitely stay there again, should we ever return. Everything was perfect, just as described on website. Highlands Reserve is one of, if not the best locations to stay and being on the golf course, all the grounds are constantly maintained, and everywhere is immaculate, unlike many other rental developoments. Couldn't wish for a better villa - it was excellent! |

This was our fourth stay in Highlands Reserve. I can say without question that it is the finest house we have stayed in. The house has everything that our family of six required and all in perfect working order. Everything is provided, even down to tennis balls and rackets! This is realy a home from home and everyghing is finished to a very high standard. Carole & John from the management company also provide a very personal service and take time to talk to you and offer plenty of local wisdom.
It's no wonder this property has such a busy booking schedule and that in itself speaks volumes! |

We wrote a short message of thanks on your log book in the master's bedroom. We had a great time! Your villa was PERFECT for us. It was the right size for our group and everybody had their own space. We were very happy with the villa. Carol was very helpful too. It is nice to know that we're able to contact someone for any questions.
We used the BBQ grill a couple of times and it was great!
We have no complaints whatsoever. Your villa was our home away from home. It was nice to come home every night from the heat and chaos of the parks to your pleasantly cool villa to give us comfort through the night. We will definitely recommend your villa to our friends and family who plan to go to Orlando. Can they contact you directly? We're already thinking of going back so we'll definitely be in touch!

Before commenting on the villa I must praise the help and willingness to meet our changing circumstances by Michael and Penny who went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
We were a group of ten adults and one infant, all experienced Florida visitors (with the exception of the infant!)and this villa scores very highly in most categories. Location, size, configuration, amenities, equipment and cleanliness were all excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.
To conclude, a first rate villa owned by a couple who care and want you to enjoy your holiday.

We have stayed in six or seven other vacation homes in your location (along hwy27) and yours is by far the best example of a luxury vacation villa. A lot of homes have the space and the prime location, but most of the time they are outfitted as "Rentals". The inside just doesn’t always live up to the outside. This was not the case with your home and being very experienced Orlando Villa renters even we were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail.
Your house although still very new appears to be continuously updated. Every piece of equipment or furniture was of the best quality and state of the art. We enjoyed the wireless Internet as we had brought a laptop, and my wife has not stopped talking about the quick and efficient washer and dryer. The included long distance telephone service was also a bonus. Our children also loved the pool and we played a lot of the games both electronic and board that you have at the house. The floor plan and layout, as well as the bedroom set-up is perfect for a comfortable and fun stay. It was very easy to feel relaxed and rested and we miss the home already. Thanks for your prompt and complete service, we hope to be happy return customers soon.

We would like to Thank you for the use of your superb villa,which was the best one by far in which we have stayed on our many trips to Florida. We really felt at home from our first day, due to the comfort and space.The pool was lovely especially at night with the coloured lights.The games room and huge t.v were a great bonus and throughly enjoyed by all the family.
The location was excellent and the management company were both friendly and helpful.As a keen golfer I was really impressed with the golf on the resort and compared to Disney it is excellent value for money and a great course too!!
We hope to return in the future and would love to stay at your beautiful home again.

The villa had been well equipped with all the entertainment that we needed, especially when tropical storm Faye raised her head, we all made use of the pool table,the table tennis was a must and air hockey. Off course the kids had to be kept quiet with the playstation 2. Thanks for letting us have the use your villa - it's a wonderful house. For the first time in all our visits to Florida (and this is number five) it's been the only time that all of the family wanted to stay longer. We really enjoyed the facilities - especially the broadband for the laptops. I know how hard it must be to maintain a rental property overseas, but there was little I could fault about the villa.
If I were to retire to Florida, this is where I would choose to stay.

What an awesome house!
Fabulous layout and kitted out to the best standard, which made our holiday amazing.
Travelling with older parents and small child is never easy but this property ensured everyone felt special, comfortable and very safe.
The cleanliness was fabulous and MIchael and Penny ensured we had the best time. Their team in Florida were great and the interaction made me feel you were looking after us!

Like many of your previous guests we have rented other villas over the years (all on H27) and this was by far the best. We have already checked your website for later in the year but unfortunately it is already booked.

Your Villa is a credit to you both and after spending 3 weeks all we have is good things to say about it, the location and the layout.
We have travelled many times to Florida and other places in the States and would rate your Villa as one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying at. The attention to detail is second to none.
I have already passed on your internet site to a colleague at work who maybe in touch soon after hearing my raves about it.
We had relatives visit us from Seattle who were passing on their way to a cruise who were also very impressed with the property and Highland Reserve.

A first class villa with everything you could possibly want.
Booked primerily because of the Premiership Football on TV (a man needs his fix even on holiday) and the HUGE tv in the lounge makes it come to life. I know what you're thinking, travel to Florida and all he can talk about is the TV. Sad or what.
Trust me, we did loads of other things aswell. The location was great with easy access from the 192 and I4. It was the first time we have stayed this far out on the 27 but it didn't proove a problem.
Wi-Fi access for our laptop was very popular with my daughter who could keep in contact with her friends back home on MSN.
Pool was heated to a perfect temp. This is the first villa we have been able to use the pool at this time of the year.
The management team were very efficient and friendly.
In conclusion I would recomend this villa to everyone and, as Fred Pontin used to say, make sure you book early as it's very popular. |

We have stayed in lots of different villas but i can honestly say this is the best villa by far that we have ever stayed in.... Nothing was wrong it was all perfect!! Carole and John your management company are really friendly and nothing seems to much trouble.....
We 100% recommend your villa as it has everything we could possibly need.
The kids have really enjoyed the pool, and for the first time ever in all the villas we have ever stayed in the pool has been REALLY WARM!! Also the covered area out side and the large table were used every night for dinner. The master suite was amazing like something you'd get if you won the lottery... the bed and the tv are so big!!!!!!
The children really enjoyed he games room and my boys particularly enjoyed the HUGE tv in the lounge with football channel!!!! as well as hundreds of other channels!!! and also you have lots of dvds which were great. Thanks so much also for letting us book out a little later it will make a big difference not having to sit in the airport all day,

We stayed in Michael's house for a week 3/8 to 10/8 and I would like to thank him and his wife for providing an excellent home for our stay. If anyone is thinking of booking this house, 2 bits of advice: 1. Do not hesitate, because the weeks book up quickly as you can see. 2. Don't take much with you... let me explain, everything you could want is in the house, and if you are missing anything it is a 2 minute drive to the local Publix supermarket. It would be difficult to find a better-equipped holiday home for the money. It is also in one of the best "rental housing developments" in the Orlando area. You feel very safe and "at home". We LOVED your home. It was perfect! The wireless access worked well, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We all thought we could have stayed a month and still not gotten to take advantage of all your home had to offer between the board games, video games, books, movies, music and the pool! (the pool towels were such a thoughtful item to have on hand) The new TVs were awesome and we made use of the BBQ as well. The game tables in the garage will make a nice addition to an already fantastic vacation home. Your personal contact, as well as that of your management company, makes your home a standout!We actually make this trip to Orlando every year or so, and will probably be planning another trip shortly as well. This is the 4th year we have been able to take an extended vacation in Florida and this villa has it all, space, location, great pool and Lanai. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Michael and Penny were most helpful. The house is lovely and very well furnished. We loved all the space especially in the master suite and large pool area. GREAT VILLA!
