It was our first visit here and it was great. We canceled last year because of a hurricane was headed this way. My husband was thrilled when tropical storm Claudette hit. The weather was great the rest of the time. The condo was great with a great view. We went swimming every day except one. My husband and son went deep sea fishing and loved it.

Our girls first trip to the beach (7&8 yrs old). The beach was wonderful. We saw dolphins almost every morning (7am-ish) in the ocean just off the beach. The girls loved the sea shells, the bird. My wife and I loved the sun. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

We stayed 7/6/09 - 7/10/09. I was disapointed to leave on Friday but we had to go. The Condo was great. Very clean and well maintained. Linda was great to change our dates for us last minute. I would definatley recommend this condo to everyone.
Within walking distance from Walmart, Alvins, and more.. Did I mention Pineapple Willy's is right next door with great food, live entertainment and excellent Margaritas.
We happened to go to Florida when the storms were coming through. So our trip wasnt quite as planned, but still had some beautiful weather in the afternoons. We got lots of seaweed in our clothing from our swim in the ocean, but it was a great memory.
I give this condo 5 stars. Great location, spacious condo and at a great price. |

Thanks for the use of the condo. It was clean with a great view and great location. Lots to do in Panama City Beach. They called for thunderstorms scattered all week but we got lucky. It stopped raining right before we got here and then we seen a 15-20 min. rain shower Tues. Otherwise it has been sunny. We could stay longer but need to go back. Thanks again for everything.

This is our second time here. We will be back again next year. Didn't see any dolphins. 2 of the girls in this group were trainers for a day at Gulf World. They had a blast. | We stayed at this condo 07/18/07 for 3 nights. The view from the balcony was great, and we spent many hours on it listening to and watching the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony our last morning there! The condo was very nice and was as it was described to us. The facility was very nice, and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. Did a deeper cleaning and replaced a cookie sheet and frying pan. Re cleaned the oven. Had rugs and carpet professionally cleaned.
Saw dolphins on 3 occassions. Had 2 days of 80's and then low 70's, but sunny most days. The last day rained all day, but was in upper 70's. We have listen and read the requests for a later check out and will now be able to offer a 10am check out.

| My husband and I just returned from Panama City. The condo looked just exactly like the pictures on the web. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting there evenings and mornings just watching the water. This was our first trip alone to Panama City in 26 years (since our first son was born). sea shells. A big sting ray followed my daughter. and we seen seven or eight dolphins playing and jumping out of the water at sunset friday. We had a wonderful time this past week. Tempertures were in the upper 80's and the gulf was the calmest I ever saw until Thursday when the waves picked up. This was a vacation for us so we didn't do much updating this time. We did scrub the area rugs though. We plan on updating the bathroom in April.

Yesterday, afternoon the dolphins were having a ball. They were jumping completely out of the water, playing in the wakes that a jet ski was making.

She kept us up-to-date after Hurricane Dennis and we appreciate that. (My response regarding hurricanes: I try to find out all I can from back home in Illinois. I get regular emails from noaa. I try and warn incoming guests if I feel they need to hold of coming. I will call guest staying at our condo and warn them to watch the weather forcasts.

We had a great time here on the beach. It certainly was beach weather, about 90 degrees and sunny every day. We saw lots of manta rays swimming in schools and leaping out of the water in some sort of feeding frenzy. We spent one day at Shell island, a beautiful place with not a spot of shade. Our first time in Panama City. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the comfortable, homey feeling in the condo. It was a little chilly but Sunny the first couple of days. The kids had a blast at the beach - so did we.
Negative: The hotwater ran out quickly for showers and the flying debris from construction work and roped off areas sometimes made it difficult for us to get to the beach. It also was hazardous with the kids.
Response to negative: Each condo has it's own water heater. As in a lot of homes, you need to space out showers until the water heats up. All construction is done at the Sunbird. I believe they were still repairing a wall on each tower from previous hurricanes. The only construction now are the new complexes going up throughout PCB.

We did some updating this past week. We put in a new dishwasher, bought new patio furniture, replaced 2 pillows and sheets. We also replaced the sofabed mattress and had the carpet/rugs and upholstery cleaned.

We have spent 2 great months here & have had a very enjoyable time. The condo is very comfortable & has a great view. Also enjoy the sun coming in & keeping the condo nice & warm in the winter months. Also love the tile on the floors & the ceiling fans. TV in the bedroom is nice also. Just got back from spending a week at our condo. You couldn't ask for better weather in October. Hi's were in the 80's and the gulf water was very calm.
We painted our kitchen cabinets this trip and cleaned inside the cabinets and relined them. Our balcony floor has been recoated with a nonskid surface. Can't wait to go back.

I had a great time coming w/my mamaw, mom & brother. We watched the dolphins in the mornings & we went the shipwreck amusement park one day and the other days we swam. We saw 4 jellyfish get washed up with the waves. We have had a fun time staying in this condo and would like to come back next year!

This is the first time staying in the Sunbird! We were here for softball! The view is awesome! Watching T-storms off balcony is a great thing! It's a "homey" place to stay! The strip is awesome! I have seen many dolphins in the early morning! Parasailing is the best thing to do! We enjoyed our stay here and we'll be back SPRING BREAK 05!!! Thank you!!! The beds were comfy!

We have stayed at the Sunbird several times. It has been a while though since we have been here. The first time we stayed here our son (name left out) was 18 months old & I was pregnant with (name left out). They both came with us this year. (Son) is 19 & (daughter) is 18. We had a great time.

7/14 - We came down for a dance competition. Our girls did great. We had lots of fun. It was our first family vacation with our 10mo.old. He loved the beach. The condo was great. The view was beautiful. Thanks!
7/7-14 - We stayed with them on the pullout couch bed because we are broke college students. The bed was pretty comfortable! (for a couch). The patio is great and view is wonderful. We had a great time here at the "Bird"!! Thanks

We've stayed at the Sunbird many times before. First time in this unit. We really enjoyed our stay as usual. Very comfortable & family oriented. We found lots of shells and ocean life. We found sand dollars and a star fish! We also saw lots of dolphins out near Shell Island. We will continue to visit here & stay at the Sunbird.

| This unit was absolutely fabulous. It was clean with updates galore. The view was breathtaking and the beach was bustling with activity. We enjoyed walks on the pristine white beach, as well as the nearby golfing, fine restaurants, and festive atmosphere next door at Pineapple Willie's. I'll definitely be back! |

A beautiful place on the white sands of PCB. Watch the sun rise and set from the privacy of your own balcony. Frolic on the beautiful beach, go kite boarding, wind surfing, snorkeling at nearby Shell island, or just sip exotic drinks at Pineapple Willie's. And be sure to check out the the world's best fresh oysters from nearby Appalachicola at Hammer Head Fred's for Happy Hour. We'll be back!
