Yes we had a nice and relaxing stay in your apartment and yes I would stay there again hope to come back early next year so will be in touch
As I do not drive I found the property ideally situated for the buses and road train, and had a nice relaxing break

I loved the apartment, all you need for a weeks holiday. Think the area was a bit quiet for taking the children but would definitely go back just me and my apartment. The aparment is lovely especially with the balcony and sun terrace. Definitely better than I hoped for. Thanks for a lovely stay and sorry I didnt complete this sooner havent checked my emails in a while.

| Thank you for a very nice week (12/13)in your apartment which fullfilled 100% the description. We had very good weather and enjoyed the balcony especially between 3.30pm - 6.30pm where the sun hit the balcony. The area was more up- and downhill than we expected and if you do not like to get your pulse up when you go home from the beach - rent a car :-). The apartment is of a much higher standard than those you book through travel agencies. |

The appartment was complete. Especially the airconditioning was ideal. Shops where nearby. There was good transportation to the beach. The pool was clean and not to crowdy. It was a nice place to be. The terrace on the roof was very nice, especially in the evening. You could mention this more on your website. Thanks to David for his hospitality of using his appartment.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Gran Alicant. The immediate area is full of holiday makers and ex pats, which is quite normal for an urbanización. Santa Pola on the other hand is still quite Spanish and a very enjoyable place to spend an evening. The beach here is also very pleasant with a gradual decline into the sea. Alicante is not too far by bus or car and again is very lovely for an evening out or an afternoon of shopping, but perhaps a little too mad for relaxing on the beach.
All in all a good mix, which we enjoyed tremendously.
We were also pleased to receive our deposit back very promptly upon our return.

Accommodation was fantastic, no problems whatsoever. The area was stunning with fantastic views and extremely friendly people - many speaking English. English food or local food was no problem as shops were a minute’s walk from villa. Most people I know would probably love this area. Weather was great.
If you require quiet bars and restaurants there are many to choose from. Beach is a 5 minute drive but about a 25 minute walk although walk is pleasant with lots of shops, bars and restuarants to stop at on the way down. You have to go to Alicante town then Benidorm (8 Euros by pleasant high class bus, no stops in between) to get to the best souvenir shops.
Also in the villa there is a great information pack about a 100 pages long, so detailed it will tell you anything you need to know. Bus times, taxis, etc. As far as to tell you different taxi drivers and what language they speak. I was so impressed by this I tell you. (Even down to telling you how to work the washing machine and microwave.)

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay in the cozy little apartment in Altomar II in march 2008...had very nice weather..for almost the whole week...the roof-terrace was eminent..

We had a fabulous time staying at your apartment - we found the buses were very good and we could access other areas on the Costa Blanca. The weather was warm for the time of year as well.
The apartment was lovely and everything was on hand. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to rent in Gran Alacant and Dave was very helpful we had no problems what so ever.

Everything was as described, pool close and clean, villa was perfect, in good location, you need a car for the beach, the Rep was very helpful, arranged taxi, for airport etc,
This was the best villa we have stayed in on mainland Spain.

Just a short note of thanks for the wonderful week we had in Gran Alacant. The apartment was tremendous and tastefully furnished.
We have never stayed at AtomarII before it was always down the bottom, we prefer the area the apartment is in.
We are thinking of going out for six months up to a year and wondered if you would consider a long term let.
I don't expect a reply at this time of the year but hope to hear from you soon.
Once again thank you very much was making our stay suberb.

Stayed in Apartment this year (Jul/Aug 06. From enquires to end of stay no problems whatsever. Information provided was excellent. The apartment was very clean on arrival and was very well equipped. The air-con was a god send and the TV with all british channels was a hit-especially with my teenager daughter. Never tried the walk to the beach, but visited it several times Excellent beach especially for small children. All shops/restaurants in walking distance. we were also treated to spanish entertainment by local theatre/dance groups.
Have no compliants or negative comments to make. A thoughly relaxing/enjoyable holiday.
My only gripe-wanted to stay longer!!! |

Just to say we had a lovely time in Spain. The weather was great for November with only one clowdy day and no rain! Went in the sea on Nov 2nd - first for me!
The apartment was very clean and well furnished. We were very impressed by the information surplied by you - best ever.
The new restaurant La Palmera is very good indeed.
We loved Santa Pola in particular and will definately be coming back.
