My Family had a great 10 days . My Grandkids ages 14,11,9and 6 did not want to leave they just love the pool and game room couldn't get them out. The weather was Hot and when get got to Dinsey the just want to go back to swim and play in the game room. You open your home to us.

| We want to thank Carlos and Joy for opening up their home to us. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of room. With 5 females the double sinks were great. Getting to the parks were quick and easy. The girls enjoyed the pool as well as the themed bedrooms! Thanks again for making this a memorable vacation!! |

| Our family (eleven members) spent a week at the animal themed vacation home. We had a great time and we never felt crowded. We paid for heating the pool and the kids were able to swim every day when we came home from the parks. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. Also there are many supermarkets in close proximity for any necessary food shopping. We will definitely be coming back again. |

We stayed in the beautiful home for a week in October 2007. It was perfect for us. My family and another family stayed in the house. (Total of six people). Both adult couples had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kids had a blast taking turns sleeping in the other 2 bedroom. The pool was a nice feature. We loved being able to eat at house and being close to everything. IUt was also nice to have the washer and dryer. I returned home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
The house was everything Carlos promised it was amazing and help us make lots of great family memories. Thanks Carlos! |

Very nice villa. This was our first time renting a villa and I was very skeptical at first to book this but was very very impressed by the cleanliness of the home.
We stayed there for 8 days and it was perfect ! There is a grocery store right outside the community too.
A lot of restaurants nearby. Will definately rent again.

| Our family and another family stayed in this house in May of this year. We loved having the pool out back. The house was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The daughter of our friends passed away this weekend. This vacation will be the last one that they took with their daughter and I know they will always remember it. We just got home from our vacation to Disneyland and wanted to thank you for your wonderful home. My husband and I, my son and his wife, my daughter, and our four grandchildren spent six days in your home and it was perfect. The home has all the room we needed and there was one bedroom to spare. The kids loved the swimming pool and did not want to leave. The home is so convenient. Walmart around the corner. Minutes from Disneyland and very little traffic.

We stayed at your beautiful Animal Kingdom home in January. Everything was perfect. Even though I had seen your website, I still was aprehensive about what to expect when we got there. We were happy beyond our greatest expectations.
We were delighted with the layout, cleanliness, location and amenities that the house had to offer. I have positively recommended your home to everyone I talk to that is considering a trip to the Orlando area.
We couldn't believe all the extra touces you provided. I can't imagine why anyone with a family would choose a hotel over your beautiful home. The pool was such a added bonus for all of us. Having it heated was so great and it was really fun to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks display in the evenings from there.
The themed bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our children. They really loved their special rooms. We also brought my mother with us (a huge Disney fan) and she was as enamored by it all as the kids were!
Once again, thank you so much. We look forward to staying there next time we come to the Orlando area.

My family in i just returned on March 14th, 2007 from our 8 day vacation stay to disney. This home was absolutely perfect for our needs and very beautifully themed. It had everything you could possibly want for while you are there. I myself was worried that it would not be as wonderful as everyone bragged it up to be and thought i was in for a let down on arrival. Boy was i wrong, it was more than i imagined. The management company, Liberty Homes, was also excellent from start to finish, there for any question or problem. This house was also perfect for our budget as it was about the same if not less than a local hotel without the advantage of a private pool, bath, garage, washer and dryer, and kitchen. It also saved money not having to eat out all the time. We got a few groceries down at walmart that was right around the corner and it was perfect. I will highly recommend this house and will definately come back next year and stay again.

I just had to tell you again thank you so much for sharing your home with us! It is beautiful and the theming is awesome!
We have stayed in a vacation home before and it couldn't come close to comparing to yours! Not to mention the value!
For anyone considering staying in Carlos & Joy's home.... you would be a fool to go anywhere else! It is by the far the best place we have stayed and a terrific value!
Very close proximity to disney. So close in fact that while sitting out by the pool in the evening, you can actually see some of the fireworks! There is a super walmart 3 minutes from the house. Plenty of places to order food from if you would rather not cook. A post office! How convenient! Lovely, quiet neighborhood!
From the first time I emailed Carlos I knew this was where I wanted to stay! He has answered every email and phone call I have sent/made almost immediately! Very personal service! There is no way you will feel like you are just another renter... You can tell they truly have their hearts put into their homes! This is not just a business for them! They really care about their guests!
The neatest thing about our stay was that we actually got to meet, as they were coming in as we were leaving! Hope you are enjoying your vacation! Give mickey a hug for us!
You simply cannot go wrong staying here! We will be back! I have let everyone we know what a great place you have and have told them if traveling to Florida, they simply must stay at one of your homes! They won't regret it!

| This house is wonderful!!! My softball team and I stayed at the house in September 2005 and it was exactly what we needed. We were able to go play ball and then come HOME to comfort instead of the hustle and bustle of a hotel. We even made dinner for the coaches!!! Thank! Thanks! The house was awsome! We had a great time! The house is wonderful! The decor in the house is so cute and my daughter loved it! Now all she says in "go in da pool" We had a really great time. Everything is so close to Carlos and Joys house....made everything that much easier.
Oh the clock in the kitchen was the best my daughter would run in and start dancing everytime it went off.

Hello Everyone. I wanted to leave another comment on Carlos and Joy home so I used my wife's email address.
I recently went down a couple of days ago and the home was wonderful. Carlos and Joy have done some wonderful upgrades on the home which is why they are the best. They added new furniture and decor along with a garage door opener.

The house is outstanding and I just stayed in November of last year and I have it rented again this November for Thanksgivings. I think this speaks for itself. I can stay anywhere I want but I choose to stay here because I want the best and most for my money. I visit the parks and the Orlando area about 3-5 times a years. I know the area and have stayed everywhere. Including the park property. They are all a step behind Carlos home for comfort and location. I will continue to stay at here as long as Carlos will have me.
I want to keep this short. So in closing the house is wonderful and I will promise you that you will be leaving a great comment like the rest of us. Everyone can't be wrong.

First off, they were QUICK getting back to me. After speaking with him briefly, I knew that he was a trust worthy individual that I would feel comfortable dealing with. Friendly, informative, and answered each of my questions thoughly.
Once I arrived, though it was late/dark I was able to find the house easily which is located about 30mins from the airport. So to walk into this beautifully furnished and comfortable home was just what I needed. Investigating found that the house was BETTER then I had thought.
Master bedroom was great, the shower had me though as I love huge showers. The bed was a very comfortable too.
My son loved the Buzz Lightyear room, rotating between the beds. Plus he "found" the games in the closet so we ended up playing the "themed"(they have a bunch of board games all themed Disney) Monolopy. We all had fun with that. My daughter stayed in the Winnie the Pooh room, and loved that theme and the larger bed.
I also had a couple of friends(my girlfriend and her SO) come out for a couple days. They loved it, and couldnt believe all the work that Carlos and family put into the clever theming.
Now for Favorite things!! Keep in mind I am kind of spoiled and tend to always stay in really nice resort rooms. So a regular hotel is roughing it for me.
LOVED: The pool, had it heated and it was great for relaxing at the end of the day. The kids had a wonderful time several days playing in the water, doing flips and going to the bottom to retreve the disks. I also liked that there were alarms on all the pool doors so neither of them could sneak out there when I wasn't looking.
Kitchen, I love to cook and this one was huge with an eat-in breakfast table and ample storage for items bought. Not only that but I do believe this is the most dishes/cups/glasses I have ever had anywhere I stayed. Loved not HAVING to was up the dishes last thing at night just to make sure there were morning dishes.
Wireless internet!!! I so loved that that I am now going to get my own here at home. AWESOME!
LOCATION!!! Quiet area that is only 15mins from Disney and 20mins from Seaworld.
If I could sum up my experience of staying at this home, I would have to say EXCELLENT. NEVER in all my resort stays have I had such a wonderful experience, and the kids adored the house(themes and pool). Hands down best experience I have had on a vacation in a long time(since my Bahama cruise on RCCL). Thumbs way up. Carlos and family, THANK YOU so much for sharing your beautiful home with me. |

Wow. Thanks for a great experience. Your home was all that we expected. We were two families staying and we never felt 'cramped' for space. carlos answered all our questions promptly and made sure everything was perfect. Just wanted to say "thankyou" for the time we spent in your beautiful and comfortable home. What a great job you have done of the decorating! We made good use of the pool, and enjoyed the quietness of the community. We tried very hard to leave it in a fairly clean condition when we left - hope your cleaners agreed. The kids enjoyed their bedrooms, we loved having the ensuites off the main bedrooms, and we all loved the alarm clocks!
If the future holds another trip to Orlando, we will be sure to try and book your home once again.

Since my first contact with Carlos, I can only say positive things about him, the house and the way things were handled in a very personal and professional manner by both Carlos and the management company. The house was clean, comfortable and very close to the major attractions in the Orlando area as well as to any type of shopping that you needed/wanted to do.
Everyone in our vacation group enjoyed the whole experience we had staying at Carlos and Joy's vacation home. I would recommend this home to anyone who was thinking about renting a house while staying in the area. Not only reasonably priced, but Carlos' personal attention only added to the value of the vacation. Thanks Carlos and Joy, we look forward to dealing with you again. |

It's been raining outside for a few days, but it's been a sunny delight within here. Your Disney decor efforts are charming and welcoming, and your home's amenities have made us most comfortable - CD, DVD player, pool and super locations.
My advise to anyone coming in March is that weather is unpredictable, can be cool, so heat that pool up!
The on-site management staff was courteous and available without being intrusive. It was nice to know they were available.
All in all, superb - well make plans to return.

Carlos and Joy have a very lovely house that we really enjoyed. The house is simply "comfortable." It has all the modern comforts of most homes, and is convenient to not only the major tourist attractions in the Orlando area, but is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other necessary stores and services. We were there for a two week stay, and we had an enjoyable time. Carlos was very persistent in following up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the property. We also found Kevin and Sandy of the management firm to be very professional in there methods of operation. The house is safe and a good place to stay to take advantage of the super entertain options in the Orlando area.

MY FAMILY FELT SO COMFORTABLE, THE KIDS HAD A BLAST WITH ALL OF THE THEME ROOMS, AND CARLOS EVEN HAD SOME TOYS AND BOOKS THERE THAT HE ENCOURAGED ME TO LET THEM PLAY WITH. THE KIDS HAD A BLAST! THE HOME IS EXTREMLY CLEAN AND ALL THE DECORATION, DETAILS ARE SO CUTE, AND BLEND IN PERFECT WITH THIS THEME HOME. IT IS CLEAR THAT CARLOS HAS SPARED NO EXPENSE WITH DECORATIONS. WE ACTUALLY TOOK 3 OF OUR VACATION DAYS TO JUST LOUNG AROUND THE HOUSE (ALL DAY) AND THAT WAS JUST FINE WITH ME. THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM. WE NEVER FELT CRAMPED. (LIKE IN A HOTEL ROOM). IT IS CLEAN, VERY ROOMY, PERFECTLY DECORATED FOR A DISNEY VACATION (GETS YOU INTO THE WHOLE DISNEY MOOD) MY LITTLE ONES REALLY THOUGHT WE WERE STAYING AT MICKEY MOUSES HOUSE. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. After a long day at the parks it was so nice to come back and relax in the house and talk about our day and plan for the next day. We had a wonderful time and perfect weather the only thing there wasn’t enough time to do was swim, not enough hour in the day. Disney is the best place to bring the whole family for vacation even the adults can never get enough. We are already looking forward to our next trip and we would love to stay here again. There is no way to choose a favorite part of Disney. I love the Animal kingdom and the safari. The kids favorite was mission space they rode it 5 times, but it is not for a weak stomach. At MGM you have to do the Tower Of Terror. All in all it was a great vacation we could not have been happier, unless we had another week to go. Thanks again for being a great host we would never stay anywhere else.

| I stay in Carlos's home during thanksgiving this year(2004). I am a frequent visitor to Disney Orlando Area. I normally go down two or three times a year. This home is located with great access to all theme parks and grocery store and other outlet. You can basically go all interstate to the theme park since the home is located right off Hwy 27. It took me approx 20 minutes in Orlando traffic to get to all parks including Universal which is about 8 exits up I4. The house will make your kids happy and your wife feel like she is on vacation also. The pool was great. The neighbor are very friendly and no problems. The entire home is decorated in Disney theme. The garage is an added bonus since your car is cool when you get in it. Carlos was the best. He called to check on us and Kevin his new manager did a wonderful job of talking to us to see if there was anything we needed. I mean anything. If you want to talk in person feel free to call me. This is truely a 5 star home and I have stayed in dozens of homes. No better than this one. The Price is great Super Fantastic Wonderful what more can I say. Call me anytime I can fill you in on Orlando secrets and how to get around and where to shop and anything you want to know about theme parks. On that disney is fixing to go up on their tickets by 5 bucks still a great deal. Thanks Again Carlos. Finally Note I have already made arrangements to stay there again next year.
