| We stayed at Villa Foster Thanksgiving week Nov, 2008 - it is one of the most enjoyable vacations we have had in Cape Coral, FL. The home is conveniently located, nice amenities, & spacious. We have never seen our kids use the pool on vacation as much as they did at Villa Foster. We also made a daily trip somewhere in the boat and especially enjoyed coming back and enjoying dinner outside by the pool. Thanks for a memorable vacation! See you next year! |

We have stayed in Bayside and Villa Foster multiple times and enjoyed it immensely. So much so that for our 50th anniversary in 2005 we chose a week with our entire family using Villa Foster as the focal point and Bayside as home to part of the group. It was wonderful.
The lanai was spacious enough to seat all 17, children, grandchildren and us. The beauty of being by the pool, by the canal, the breezes, the sunsets--the delightful time spent together will be rememberd by each. Wow!
We met at Villa Foster for dinners -with the cooking and cleaning rotated between members. The whole process, cooking and cleaning was fun -working with the grills, inside and out, oven, cooktop, a full rack of spices, a window to pass dishes in & out of the kitchen to the lanai with many willing helpers. Grandpa and Grandma got lots of time with the 'kids'. Everyone was in and out of the pool, boat rides, sightseeing, beaches, all ages together -what an awesome way to go.

| We stayed at Bayside for a week in January, 2006. The house is beautiful and very well kept. Lots of extras included which we didnt expect, spices, fishing gear, cooler, pool floats.The location for boating is excellent. Just a 5 minute canal ride to the river. Some rental houses are so far in that it takes 45 minutes to get to the main channel. The Fosters are very nice accomodating people. I would definitely stay here agin |

| I've stayed at Villa Foster a couple of times and always greatly enjoy my stay. With family, the central kitchen that views the pool and canal make it very easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. I also wish my Missouri home could have that wonderful wall of sliding glass doors - such a perfect way to make sure each moment feels like vacation. Of course, in MO, there's not a pool, lanai and canal out back! Again, many thanks, had a great time. |

| We have been lucky to have spent time in March the past three years at Villa Foster. We consider it our little piece of Paradise. Never anything to worry about because the maintenance is regular and ongoing, closeness to shopping and other services, cuts down on time away from the property, and the boat only enhances the vacation with the addition of fishing and general sightseeing. We love this place in the sun. |

| This was the best vacation that we have ever had! Villa Foster was amazingly clean and comfortable! There were three bedrooms and a nice sized fully furnished kitchen and living area for our enjoyment. As we looked outside, the view was amazing! There was a beautiful pool and a canal where the boat was docked. There was a huge screened in patio area with tables and lounge chairs and a BBQ. I would highly recommend this vacation spot to everyone. You have to go - you will not ever regret it! It was the most relaxing vacation that we have ever had!!!! |

| Thank you, Fosters, for providing us with the delightful, clean, well-provisioned, Villa Foster. We liked everything about it - the location, the boat, the pool, the porch, the great room, the kitchen (especially the spices), and the fun time we had as a family. Even the teens thought it was the best! Our stay was memorable and we'll be back. |
