| The house was great! It was nice to come "home" after a long day at the parks and put the little ones to sleep in their own room. We didn't have to worry about waking them up while we made preparations for the next day. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palma.
Renting a home really fit into our needs. We had four small children who we couldn't get out of the pool. It was a great vacation. |

| We had a wonderful time at Casa Palma. it accommodated eight people including two children very comfortably. The pool by the lake was a joy to come back to. The kitchen and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Disney is a few minutes away. The drive to Univeral is about 20 mins - longer than I liked but the house is well worth the drive. For a large group, it is hard to beat the value and charm of this place. Thank you Wayne. |

This summer's Florida vacation was incredible and an enormous amount of
the credit needs to go to Wayne and CasaPalma. The house was absolutely
wonderful! It was beautifully maintained, clean, spacious, and
affordable. It allowed the family and I to enjoy 7 parks in 7 days. The
ability to spend 10 to 11 hours each day experiencing the various parks
with the family, then being able to come back to CasaPalma to relax in
the pool, have a home-cooked meal, and have 7 of us find more than enough quiet space was PRICELESS! We're looking forward to renting the house from Wayne in the future for ALL of our family's Orlando vacations.

| Casa Palma is absolutely beautiful, large rooms so open and airy. It was great to be able to sit outside in the lanai every night, with the lights glowing on the lake, and not have to worry about mosquitos. My family did not want to leave. Thanks Wayne, hope to visit again soon. |

| The house was fabulous. It was very spacious, yet room to get together for conversation or meals. Comfortable beds, furniture. Pool was great! Everything we needed for the stay. Close proximity to Disney, and shopping. Throughly enjoyed. We will stay again in the future, and recommend to friends. Wayne was great to deal with. Thanks so much! |

| Absolutely fantastic house, I have stayed at Disney 6 times, ranging from Grand Floridian to budget motels, and this house was my best stay and best value. Owner takes care to make sure everything is perfect, and you won't need anything when you get to the house. I give it a 10 on a scale of 1-10 |

| My family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palma. It was very convenient, and a wonderful respite at the end of the day. There was plenty of room, and we were very comfortable. We loved that there was a crock pot there, we were able to come back to a cooked meal after being at the parks all day! It was wonderful. |

The property was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room and the facility was very clean.
It was great to be able to come home from a long hot day at Disney and relax in your own private pool --- and there was no fighting between the children on what to watch on tv, everyone had their own!

What a beautiful home. We had all the amenities of home and many more. The house is clean and bright and extremely comforatable. The bathrooms are exquisite. The location is very convenient to all the Orlando attractions and many restaurants and shopping. It is so nice to come back to the house after a long day at Disney, be able to swin in a private pool and relax. So much better than staying at a hotel and coming back to a bed and TV and relying on room service for drinks and food. We had 5 people stay at the house and we could have had 5 more and it still would have been spacious.
