| We stayed in October 2009 and loved the placed. The screened in porch was so wonderful with a breeze all the time. It also felt like a safe place to stay and we could walk up the walk ways. The only thing that we would say that would be negative was when we walked to the pool we had to walk through the spikey grass. It was pleseant after walking on the beach and cleaning your feet off at the pool and then walking with wet feet back to the house wit grassy feet. If there was a quick walkway with stepping stone would be a great addition to the place. |

| We LOVED this unit....so neat and so convient to everything we wanted to do...short walk to beach, great pool..beautiful neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. we have been twice and plan to go back this Spring. |

| We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Started every morning with a cup of coffee on the patio over looking the pool and ocean. Put on some sun screen and took the chairs and boogie board to the beach. Walked back to the condo had some lunch and then made our way to the pool. Soaked up some more sun while deciding on wheather we want grill out our steaks and stay in or get dressed up and go eat some fresh seafood. Only to come back to the cleanest, coziest, most comfortable(the king sized bed), costal condo. We will back next year to visit the place that if we won the lottery would buy and keep for ourselves. |

| We visited 102 Port O Call in May. The condo was wonderful the beach was empty (and Gorgeous) and Charleston. . . .well there's just no describing Charleston. I call it America's best kept secret. It was only 15 min. from condo. We ate in 5 star restaurants EVERY night, there's so much to do. We can't wait to come back next year. Ultimately hope to retire here. Ginger was great. Very accommodating. |

| My family of 5 stayed here for 1 week and loved it. The condo was very clean and larger than we had thought. Since this is a first floor unit, we could exit and enter through the screened in porch when using the pool and beach which worked well for us. It's a great place to relax and would definitely go back. |

| We had a great stay at the Isle of Palms. We really liked the Condo. It was very spacious. The King size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was big. The kitchen was very well equipped and the porch was great. The view from the condo was very nice. Loved the beach and ended the day at the pool. I would stay here again, longer next time. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Port O Call. The condo was convenient to the parking area, extremely clean and comfortable, well equipped and quite luxurious. The view of the pool and ocean was amazing, and the condo is very bright and spacious. The beach was excellent; you can walk for miles each way and there's lots of sand and shells.
We would definitely stay there again. |

| This place was great! It was a very nice, quiet relaxing vacation. The floor-plan of the condo created so much room that you forget that it's just a 1 bedroom. The screen porch was much bigger than I thought from the pictures and it has easy access to the pool and beach. We will be returning in the future. |

| We were very pleased with the condo, as well as the rental process. We had always rented directly from Wild Dunes and were very pleased with this experience. We would definitely stay in this unit again - clean, nicely furnished, close to the pool, first floor, and close to the beach. |

| Our family was only there for 2 nites, but we were very satisfied. Impeccably clean. Easy access to the pool and beach. We did not use any of the Grand Pavilion amenities. The beach was great, no problems with the erosion. We will definitely go back. |

| Agree with all other comments for the place. Very nicely furnished and it was extremely clean. Even for being a 1 bedroom condo, it didn't feel cramped. Pictures don't do this place justice. It is nicer than the pictures. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. |

| We stayed three weeks during Christmas time and loved this condo very much. Very well equipped and clean. Beautiful view over the ocean with watching the sun rise from your bed. Unfortunately the severe beach erosion makes direct beach access impossible. But everything else is perfect. |

While we have been to Charleston several times, this was our first stay on
the Isle of Palms. Our enjoyable experience at this property has definitely persuaded us to return to the island in the future. The property was very nicely decorated and had the coziness of home. When returning on our next visit we will surely use Carolina Coastal Properties. |

| D102 Port O Call is a beautiful condo in a great location. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and includes everything you might need for your stay (laundry detergent, paper towels, dish detergent, etc.) We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent at this property or another Carolina Coastal property. We found the customer service at Carolina Coastal to be top notch and Ginger was especially helpful. It's a great location, great price and great people to work with. Melissa |

| We had a wonderful May week in D 102 Port O Call. We loved sitting on the screened porch with the cool breezes and watching the waves crash into the beach. The pool was fun, not too crowded. The central grill was a great addition for grilling fish. Listening to the surf lulled us all to sleep at night. The condo kitchen was well equipped and we girls loved having PLENTY of towels! |

| We went down for a girls' weekend April 12 - 13/07. Had a lovely time!! Charleston was beautiful, but it was so nice to get out of the city to this beautiful condo. We found everything we needed and it was immaculate!! Loved the beach and would definitely stay there again! |

| Nicely decorated - clean and comfortable. Liked screened in porch and view of pool and lesser view of ocean. If we came back we would stay there again. Mother nature has made it difficult to get to the ocean. Not sure how that can be fixed. |

This condo is beautiful.It is in the perfect location. You are by the pool and can see the ocean out the windows. We had a great time. Our only complaint is not with the condo but with the rental company,Carolina Coastal Properties. We sent our deposit in just like we were suppose to and was told we would get the check back in 2 weeks. We left the condo just like we found it, very clean and had no complaints from the rental company. However its been 2 MONTHS and after twice of contacting them we still have not gotten our check returned.There was no complaints by them how we left the condo,and we were told "I have just forgotten to mail it, I will drop it in the mail". Thats been several weeks ago so today I had to stop payment on my check costing me $32.
I would love to stay at the condo again but will never use the same rental company. |

Unfortunate this rentor felt it necessary to give a negative rating.
The facts ... Departed 10/25/05 and VOIDED deposit check was mailed on 11/08/05 via US Mail. (Her check was never cashed). All within the terms of the rental agreement. Claims the mail was never received. We have no control of the mail but it definitely left here on 11/8/05 and was not "forgotten to be mailed". We assured her it was voided but understand that she wanted to put a stop pay on it.

| Thank you for providing such a neutral, comfortable, UNCLUTTERED, immaculate, beautiful condo for me to rent. I LOVED it. It is so refreshing to enter a beach rental and not be faced with lots of knicknacks and scores of pictures of people I don't even know. (I wasn't constantly reminded it wasn't my home-at last a rental owner who "gets it"!) You have done a beautiful job with this property and I'll definitely rent it again. Best Regards, Marilyn |
