| it was a last minute grab, but oh what a grab it was! :) my wife and i loved the spacious, island feel to the place. very convenient as within walking distance to almost everything you need i.e. meals, beach, shopping. owners, steve and lyn, made the process so easy and extremely trustworthy people. i highly recommend to any and all people planning a trip to maui! |

| We had a wonderful time, the location was perfect the condo was just like the pictures, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We went to the grocery store but I have to say we were regulars at Moose McGillicutty's they have some great specials and the food is very good it's just across the driveway. It can be a little loud in the evening since Denny's is open 24 hrs on the bedroom side but just turn on the air conditioner and you block it out. We did go buy a fan I have long hair and so it was a little warm when your getting ready! The beach across the street is great not to crowded and we made use of the beach gear provided. We will stay here again when we come back we didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great vacation. |

| What a wonderful place this was to come home to, after a long day on the road to Hana! It's located perfectly, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. The facilities are well kept, the condo is nicely appointed, and Steve and Lyn have thought of everything their guests might need. If I plan another trip to Maui some day, they will be the first accomodations I will call. |

A beautiful condo, well appointed in an ideal location in Kihei. The complex has an incredible swimming pool, a pool that you can actually do laps in. Located right across the street from the beach where you can enjoy the day and then take in the breathtaking sunsets. Steve and Lyn went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was excellent. | This was our first visit to Hawaii and the Kihei Kai Nani condo #107 was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. Very well kept up, clean, and every little amenity that a vacationer might need has been thought of by the Biskis family. The staff at the complex was also very friendly and helpful. The night guard at the entrance even offered to walk us over to show us the condo location, as we arrived rather late. The location is perfect, across the street from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We hated to leave and will definitely return to this condo, if we find our way to Maui again someday. |

From the moment we inquired from the ad we saw
on Craigslist Maui, we felt very comfortable with
the Biskis's.
Their eagerness to help with our vacation was very
much appreciated. Any time we had a question in
an email, we got a response from Steve right away.
The unit was extremely clean and in no time felt like
home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen because
we both like to cook and it was only made better by
the fabulous view.
Near the end of our vacation we finally discovered
the outstanding sunsets, right across the street !
We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone
who has high standards like us.

| We really enjoyed our stay in Maui and would recommend the Kihei Kai Nani to anyone. The condo was conveniently located right across the street from the beach with a nice view from the kitchen. You can even hear the waves at night from your room. It was really convenient for us to take a walk or jog on the beach whenever we wanted to. There were plenty of outdoor grills provided in the complex for you to grill some fresh fish or burgers. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance so you don't have to drive too much. If you have a sweet tooth, there is a great ice cream store next door with many local favors, and a cinnamon roll place that bakes fresh rolls every morning. I hope we can come back to visit soon. Thanks again to Steve and Lyn for their hospitality! |

| We have stayed at KKN three times, each a different unit. Of the three units, Steve and Lyn's was exceptional. It was clean and inviting and well stocked. It was like home away from home. It was nice also that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Sitting on the lanai was quiet and beautiful. We really had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. |

We have spent 11 nights in the condo, and enjoyed our stay very much. Steve and Lyn are indeed great hosts, the place is exceptionally clean and well stocked. A pleasant surprise was all kinds of beach gear available for our use. Steve probably has a built-in computer, since our emails with questions (e.g. where we could find water activities for the child) were answered within minutes, and in great detail. Steve really goes out of his way to help - and this is what sets this experience apart from other places we've stayed in.
First-floor location with lanai from which you see the ocean creates that vacation feeling we were so looking for. Our two year-old daughter enjoyed the place thoroughly; her favorite was the lanai / lawn which she loved to run around. She has visibly grown and learned a lot of new words in less than two weeks on Maui! Double rainbow spanning the full semicircle in the ocean was a real magic show which we all stared at in awe. One relatively minor concern was noise at night in the bedroom from the parking lot nearby. Our daughter is really sensitive to noise, and it woke her up sometimes. But overall, this didn't spoil our vacation at all, this was definitely an A+ stay.

| This unit is very comfortable, with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The uncluttered furnishings and tile give the unit an uncluttered, clean feeling- just perfect for a low maintenance vacation. The location, a close walking distance to one of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaeoloe 2, as well as just steps away from great restaurants and shops, make this a terrific place to stay. Everything was perfect. What you see in the pictures was exactly what you get. Suite was clean and ceramic tile made it easy to keep up with the sand. Kihei Kai Nani condo's are quiet and well run. Location across the street from the beach was perfect.

| We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kai Nani. Late September / early October seemed like the perfect time. The easy access to the health food store down the street and the farmer's market at the far end of Kihei made it easy to buy delicious local fruit and vegetables, and we purchased fresh fish from the market at the permanent swap meet up the road, which we grilled with the bbq at the Kai Nani. Of the many places we snorkeled, our favorite was the beach near the Maui Prince hotel - the current there was somewhat strong, so not great for beginners, but we saw about 15-20 turtles, great fish and wonderful coral. If you like snorkeling, the drive to Honolua Bay is worth it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook almost all our own food. |

First of all this place was perfect. From the Comfortable air conditioned bedroom to the attractive bathroom and fully functional kitchen, it was all top notch. Stayed in unit 107 Feb 29-Mar 14 this year and had the perfect vacation. The condo exceeded the expectations we had from the website. Very well equipped and so nice and clean inside. Steve was always just a phone call away and quick to respond with a new blender, and even installed wireless internet during our stay which was a nice bonus.
It can get a bit noisy at night/early morning with some of the shops next door, but I wouldn't trade the location for any other in Maui. Just a short drive away from everything we wanted to do (well besides Hana which I would highly recommend).
Moose's and Fred's is right next door and had specials and happy hour every night. Beach across the street is awesome and snorkeling good even just right there... sunsets incredible from this beach and even from the living room of the condo. Will definitely be back! |

| Loved the condo, stayed for 10 days during Spring Break with our 3 kids, it was so nice being on the ground floor and so close to the beach. The condo was exactly what I expected and more. The washer & dryer was such a bonus. We went home with clean clothes. The cupboards & fridge were stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our view of the beach and sunsets from the lanai. We grilled on the gas grill almost every night. The best part was the proximity to the beach. All we had to do was cross the street every morning to get to it. The Kamaole II is ideal for small children. This is a great 1 bedroom condo - right across from the beach and centrally located in Kihei. Lots of stores and restaurants right beside it or within walking distance. For those who like to ride there is a Harley rental shop right next door! Very clean and comfortable, and Steve and Lyn are super friendly and helpful. We had an awesome time - 2 weeks of perfect weather - no rain at all. Thanks for everything guys and we'll see y'all next year!

The condo had everything you could want, washing machine and dryer came in handy since I didn't pack a lot of clothes. I definitely would recommend their condo to friends and family. | My fiancee Bessie was the maid of honor at a wedding held at the Four Seasons. This condo provided us with the PERFECT cost effective alternative. We were able to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities of the hotel for a fifth of the price and the nicest five minute (3 mile) drive you could imagine. | Thank you for the well appointed condo! We were on Maui for 2 weeks (during the very rainy spring break 2006) and of the 3 places we stayed in various towns, yours was our favorite AND the best value! The tile work throughout, the granite kitchen counters, and the beautiful shower really made the place stand out as special. No outdated vacation rental decor here! It was nice to have that second TV in the bedroom. The view, the beach, and the pool were wonderful, especially when the sun came out during our last 4 days; we really made the most of it! Definitely a place we will stay at again if we return to Maui, and we highly recommend it to others. Mahalo! |

| Very clean condo with a great kitchen for cooking. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer right in the condo. Nice easy walk to the beach and very close to easy shopping and beaches. Good parking as well, easy load and unloading of the car. Very responsive nice owner who really went over and above to make us happy. Thank you. |

What a cozy condo in a perfect location! It was so handy to walk out the patio door and take approximately 98 steps to the beach. As a family with young children,this was a huge bonus.
Your upgrades were refreshing. Tile throughout is so nice when you are dealing with a sandy environment. Thank you for keeping the condo so clean!
All the extras that were provided were appreciated. Thank you so much.
The fact that you and your wife are so close by is handy. You are gracious hosts and we look forward to seeing you again.

| Terrific condo.. it added to the healthy quality of the experience, not just because of the location, which was right across from the set of 3 gorgeous beaches and close to stores where I bought many macademia nuts, but also since it offered a guide to Maui day hikes and other good books, was on the ground floor and easy to scoot in and out of, and luckily had a tile floor for all the sand we dragged in! Oh and it had a snorkel and 3 boogie boards.. nice ones! |

Where do I start? The minute we walked we were greeted by Hawaiian music and a nice fruit basket. From the beautiful bedding to the gorgeous tile and wonderful location. No detail was spared! We spent a very comfortable week in paradise and I came back an engaged woman. :-)

after reading all the other comments i find it impossible for me to add anything as all the positive adjectives have been used.
so i'll just say that my communications with the biskis family (steve & lyn) have showed them to be very special. therefore it didn't surprise me to find that the condo to be extra special place, and well deserving of all the kind comments of the other guests guests.
of course we will be returning...over and over again till you get sick of us.

This condo had it all. Great location.
My teenage boys loved the area. The
beach is just steps out the door. We
would drive to all the other beaches
and then decide that ours was the best.
Has all the ameneties. The Biskis
family lived down the street and are
very hands on owners willing to help in
any way possible. |

| Our spent a week in the Condo in late August 2005. The condo was extremely clean and functional for the 5 of us. I would highly recommend the location and ammenities to anyone. The beach across the street is really one of the best on the island for swimming. Great views of Molikini and very close to where several dive operators meet for dive boat trips. | Just returned from a wonderful week at the condo. Very clean with a great view! The beach across the street is crystal clear and great place for catching the sunsets. Be sure to try Cafe O'Lei in the shopping center next door - the seafood, sushi and service is excellent. The location of this condo cannot be beat. Everything is within walking distance. If you like to snorkel, the BEST place is Ahihi Bay - we did them all and this won hands down. |

Clean, well equipped, well located. Walk to Kamaole I, II, III, Keawakapu,
snorkelling, many restaurants, etc.
Beach mats, boogie boards, mini cooler, etc. available in the unit! Was nice to come back from an excursion, refresh and walk across the street for some more beach time. I travel alot and I found this unit to be an *excellent value*. Thanks yet again. |

The inside of the condo was beautiful and kept very
clean and was clearly taken well care of. My wife
was able to take her shoes off and go barefoot in
the entire condo without issues (this is a big
compliment).
The Biskis's were a joy to deal with. Next time we
are on Maui, I know where we am going to stay. I
have already mentioned it to others who I know are
going to Hawaii in the future.

| This was an incredible place. From your patio you can see the ocean. You can run across the street and play in the ocean, watch great sunsets and know you are right next to your condo. We loved our stay. The condo is decorated fabulously and the owners are great. |

| This is a great location to see a part of the island that many visitors miss. The unit is tastefully decorated and located just steps from a great beach. Don't miss out on the Lappert's ice cream next door - we found Lappert's on a Kauai trip - it's the best!!! |

| Awesome! The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and very roomy (I LOVE the bedspread!) The full kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the complimentary pineapple and papaya as we ate it with our breakfast on the lanai every morning with a beautiful view! The location was perfect too from driving to points of interest and sightseeing to walking across the street to one of the best beaches on Maui. Other shopping and eateries all within walking distance as well. We feel very lucky to have found your place and will come back and will also share our find with our friends and family. Mahalo Steve and Lyn (and your daughter as we know she helps with the cleaning!) for the great accomodations and hospitality. |

| The condo was beautifully remodeled and located just accross the street from one of the best beaches in Maui. Steve and Lyn were great hosts. The condo is in south Maui and very close to the best snokeling on the island - just ask the locals how to get to the Aquarium and Fishbowl over the lava flow. |

We had a wonderful time, the condo is just perfect for us. Everything is so NEW and CLEAN, we walked in the door and felt perfectly at home.
You can hear and see the ocean from across the street, wonderful complex, we met several new friends and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful trip to Maui! The condo was a perfect location for getting around to the good beaches, shops and sights. It was clean, newly remodeled, and fully loaded in the kitchen--which we enjoyed making fresh fruit smoothies and dinning-in on several nights of our stay. We would recommend the condo to anyone interested, and we will be heading back that way as soon as we get another chance too!!!

Perfect location steps from the beach. Clean and
modern with all the amenities one could need. Can't
wait to return so make sure you save a week or two
for us!!! Tons of extra beach towels, plates, dishes,
glasses etc. Boogie boards were fun!! Variety of
