| My family stayed at 33 Ocean Pt Oct/09 and are very happy we choose this home. Over the years we have rented several other Wild Dunes and Ocean Pt homes and this is by far the cleanest property, allowing us to feel right at home in beautiful surroundings. The service provided was beyond our expectations; we even received a personal follow up email to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We certainly did! |

May 10th - May 17th, 2009. Excellent stay! Very clean and well kept. The master bedroom had a great view as well as the balcony off of the master. The other three bedrooms were very nice also. We celebrated our son's first birthday there with family and had a great time. The pool is only a few steps from the back door. The screened in lower porch was really relaxing and quiet. The living area, kitchen and dining areas were very nice and situated really well for entertaining. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to come back in the near future. The walk to the ocean is about 10 minutes but very easy and safe. Ginger from the rental company was wonderful to work with and very accomodating. Don't miss this piece of paradise.

| 33 Ocean Point was the best vacation/family reunion we've had. Perfect for everyone to enjoy time together and also find privacy in the gorgeous rooms. Pictures don't come close to showing how spectacular this home is. While all the rooms are incredible, the master is breath taking. |

| My children and grandchildren gave me the vacation of a life time by accompanying me to Isle of Palms. We stayed in this awesome house and felt like we were rich and famous for a week. The pictures on the website don't begin to do it justice, especially the master bedroom. I highly recommend this house if you want to have a vacation with the ocean, pool, fabulous views and comfortable accommodations. |

| 33 Ocean Point was perfect for us. Our family, including three grandchildren under 5yrs, enjoyed the pool (just outside the back door) and the beach, although access to the beach is 15 minutes due to golf course. The house is fresh and nice and very well equipped. Housekeeping service is outstanding. We will surely contact ioprentals in the future to stay in Charleston! |

I suspect the "15 minutes to the beach" comment was grandparents with grandkids. Check out the map, the beach access path is between the 17th green & 18th tee box. Just a few minutes away.

There are 8 of us who have been coming to Wild Dunes for 26 years to playtennis and relax. This is our 2nd year
staying at 33 Ocean Poinr and love it.
There is not much new I can add that others haven't already said except hope we will be able to stay there many
more years to come. |

| We were thrilled with both the house and the location. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves and the pool. The house was extremely comfortable and nice to be in. We would definitely rent the house again - we had a wonderful vacation. |

| We recently rented 33 Ocean Point for our Annual Ladies Weekend. It was a wonderful home and location....perfect for a larger group (very large and open great room with various seating groups). The views are spectacular and the home is furnished with plenty of dishware, utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). We have contacted Ginger for the past 2 years to reserve our homes and she has been fantastic each time. Looking forward to next year! |

| We recently had the pleasure of staying at 33 Ocean Point over the New Year's weekend. Our three nights were all the more special thanks to the house being in such great condition. The location is very private with great views of the water and golf course. The furniture is updated and in great shape, and the entire house is clean as a whistle. The check-in process was very simple, and we could not have had a more pleasurable experience. Thank you! |

| The house was just beautiful and the location was perfect. We have stayed at IOP numerous times and never had a house so well cared for, from the furniture to the kitchen items. The view from the master bedroom was worth the price of the stay. Ginger went out of her way to make our stay perfect and we would definately rent this house and use this company again. They are built on customer service. Thanks for a wonderful week. |

| This house is absolutely fabulous! The decor is beautiful and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed! The screened in porch off the living room was the perfect place to end each evening. I would definitely stay here again! |

Very satisfied with the house, location, and ease of
renting. It truly is a beautiful house and the view
from the master bedroom is breathtaking. It is the
closest to the Ocean Pointe pool which is
exceptionally maintained. All household items
needed for a week stay were available. All
bedrooms are beautifully decorated and bathrooms
are spotless. Couldn't have been nicer. |

| Wow! Words aren't adequate enough to describe this lovely home. The master bedroom upstairs overlooking the pool and ocean was phenomenal. The house is furnished nicer than any place we have ever rented before. Very tasteful decor. We were so pleased with our dealings with Ginger Samuelson that we will be contacting her for all our visits in the future! |
