Memorial Day Weekend 2006
Our "tribe" had a wonderful time! We enjoyed your beautiful home& the beautiful weather We took our family to the Inn at Duck Creek Tavern- had fantastic food, comfortable ambiance&super friendly staff!Also bribed one young ""adult children" to babysit our grandkids by getting them "PJ's" fast food-delish!Memorial Weekend is a great"Non crowded"time to visit your beautiful town and GREATBEACHES! Hrricane/Tropical Storm Ophelia Bearing down on the Cape....
Friday arrival with truckloads of Catering supplies...Doing our sisters Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for 40.We hit the Jackpot with the "Blue Heron"!! (: .The perfect place for our Event
Pouring rain & wind, outside we boiled up 60 Lobsters,25#Mussels,50 ears of corn in the Garage.!!The Great room was transformed into a Bistro complete with Lobster Bibs and crackers.The small tables worked Wonders,a great time was had by all!! Everyone loved" The Blue Heron"

What a great house!The piece and quiet was just what we needed.The Town(P.town?) had endless fun and the Whale watching was a great experience.We recommend it to all. We enjoyed our friends Wedding held at the house ,it was lovely. Maria and I had our Wedding at the Couthouse under the tree. We got married to celebrate our 20th. Anniversary.We wish we could stay longer but we must go home to Fort Lauterdale but we will be back. Copied from the Guestbook in the house.

We came in on Saturday to find a beautiful home waiting for us.We spend the week enjoying our friends and family from all over. we had friends from Washington and Boston and family from Oregon,more friends from Florida and most importantly we had our chosen family with us too.

The 4th. year at Sunnyside The Blue Heron. We had fantastic weather. All of the rain that sciped up the East Coast seemed to just scip by the Cape. Went over sand,bike rides,trips to P.town for shoping. As usual we ate a lot and shared a lot of laughs.
