Really enjoyed the time here in Princeville. Especially appreciated the beach equipment and snorkel gear. Snorkeled at Anini (cut short by rainy morning and low visibility), Tunnels (amazing but a bit tricky to enter and exit) and Lydgate (nice shallow, good facilities). Your condo is well equipped and beautiful. The plethora of TV's allowed those of us who wanted to get up at 3am and watch World Cup soccer to do so without disturbing the rest of the family. Once we figured out the weather pattern (rain am, gorgeous pm) it was easier to plan our day. We loved being able to bring our kids here on our first Hawaii trip, but also want to return sans kids in the future. So much of this beautiful island yet to explore.

What a great condo. I love to cook so the kitchen was my favorite place. Almost everything we needed. Came here to meet our first grandchild who turned 2 mos old on 6/8. Our daughter who lives in Kilauea was our personal tour guide. Played a lot at the beaches and caught come great waves with the boogie boards you have provided. Did not do a lot of the tourist stuff but very much enjoyed the island with our family. What a beautiful place. We will be here again and hope your condo will be available. Thanks

This is a unique experience for us, unforgettable 2 1/2 weeks here. We got married on 5/9 in Princeville Hotel, while spending most of the time in the condo. Thanks so much for sharing your home with all of us. We shared the joy with most of our guests by having a BBQ party the day before the wedding. Everyone, including every kid had so much fun. After the wedding we spent the honeymoon in this beautiful home. Felt relaxed and blessed. We had so many beautiful dinners at "home" with sunset views. I and my hubby were so happy to enjoy the cozy time together.

This condo is decorated beautifully, love it all! My husband fed the birds twice a day. We walked down to Anini beach once, drove all over to see everything, fed the fish at beach in front of the Princeville Hotel, enjoyed Grand Canyon of the Pacific, we even attended a local free luau and wedding on Black Pot Beach in Hanalei. This kitchen is so nice to use! Thanks so much for "everything" you've done to make it so nice. The tile is great, your art also.

Thank you so much for the use of your comfortable condo. We slept beautifully every night and wakened to the sounds of birds each morning. We enjoyed the two pairs of lovebirds on the lanais who visited regularly. The highlights of our visit here include swimming at Tunnels beach, snorkeling at Hideaways beach, luau at the Princeville Hotel (fabulous) and the helicopter ride. We flew with Inter island Helicopters and they were terrific! We also loved cooking fish on the grill from the fish market in Hanalei. You’re right the Waldorf salad at Hanalei Gourmet and deli was delicious. Although we had a fair amount of rain each day we made it to one beach or another every day except one. We were grateful to return here after each adventure to hot showers, laundry facilities and a great kitchen to relax in. We especially appreciated the use of your beach towels and snorkeling gear. Wow! Words can’t express how wonderful your condo is. It’s beautiful! I felt giddy when I saw the big tub and walk-in shower. Your place was really well equipped – everything we needed was here. When we return to Kauai again there’s no other place I’d rather stay. Had a great time on Kauai. We went to the Canyon, went to Poipu beach, Kealia Bay, Tunnels Beach Anini Beach and also hiked down to the trail at the end of the road to the beach below. We stayed in for dinners most nights as the ambiance here was so nice. I do highly recommend having a drink in the Princeville Hotel lounge “the Living room.” The views are amazing! We had a fantastic time herein Kauai (our last time here was on our honeymoon 6 years ago!) Your place was perfectly equipped for our family. We dined in – cooking fish from the Hanalei Dolphin – excellent fish! WE used your bogie board at Anini beach (mainly as a kick board). Our sons watched a Disney movie every night. We arrived here in Kauai on Jan 15 after spending nearly a week on Waikiki on Oahu. It’s like a different world here! So peaceful and relaxing. After spending way too much money at Waikiki, we saved money here by eating all our meals at this beautiful, well-supplied condo. We used the grill and tiki torches a few nights – it was great!
On Friday we went back down to Lihue area and kayaked with friends near Niumalu Beach Park. It was a guided tour thru Aloha Canoe and Kayak Company, very nicely done; our guide was great and seemed very knowledgeable. Sat was spent swimming, sun bathing and snorkeling at Tunnels Beach. Awesome! (We appreciated your comments and directions about parking at Tunnels). Then more swimming and snorkeling on the beach after our strenuous hike. Mon and it’s time to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are already wondering when we can come again!

We are enjoying staying in your beautiful condo. It is so nice and clean and conveniently located. The first few days were very rainy. We did a lot of shopping indoors. We decided to extend our trip a few more days to enjoy the sun (that finally came out) The Smiths Luau is a must see! Great food, drinks and entertainment! Snorkeling on Poipu beach was awesome. We saw turtles, whales and lots of amazing fish. We hiked Waimea Canyon with our friends and our 6 ½ year old daughter (3.2 miles) breathtaking view. Jogging by the golf course has been an unbelievable treat for me (every day I see 2 albatross by the same tree). Kayaked the Waimea river, it was unbelievable – then we hiked to hidden falls. Our 3 ½ year old and 6 ½ year old loved it. So many great places to eat in Princeville. Seafood buffet on Friday, Bali Hai, etc. including our great meals we prepared here in your great kitchen. We couldn’t ask for more! The carriage ride at Gaylords and lunch on our last day was relaxing. We are looking forward to the day that we can come back to this wonderful island and condo! This was our 2nd trip to Kauai and it is still so beautiful here. We were able to continue to rent your condo; we extended our stay by 5 nights. t was so much fun to show our son, daughter in law and grandkids sights and places we saw before and going to some new places for us. Your book of suggestions was great it helped a lot as far as beaches. It rained when we first got here, but only had one day, so we went shopping. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. It was so peaceful and spacious after the Hawaiian Hilton in Honolulu! Accommodations were perfect! Beautiful kitchen for snacks and breakfast, and great to have the washer and dryer. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and towels! No trouble finding the path to the beach and loved the trail. Gorgeous rainbow in the morning. Great weather and wonderful stay. For future recommendations, Kauai Seatours raft ride was outstanding. The small boat enabled us to explore caves on the coast. Island tours Kauai, by kayak was a great trip including leisurely kayak ride (one way) swing on the Indiana Jones rope swing and easy hikes to swim in a waterfall and under. The whole week was filled with highlights! But it was always wonderful to come back to the condo for a great nights sleep! Mahalo

Your recommendations were very helpful. We discovered the most awesome snorkeling beach in Poipu along Lawai Rd. We overheard one woman say she had snorkeled all over the world and that place was the best. Our son’s wedding was beautiful. He was married at Hanalei Bay Resort and the reception was held at the Princeville Hotel. We had a terrific time on Kauai. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The week passed so quickly. We snorkeled Tunnels Beach – great fish. We hiked to Hanakapiai Falls, exhausting but well worth it. Luckily we had hiking boots which I highly recommend! We also took the helicopter tour with Inter island Helicopters out of Port Allen. We loved your condo - not one thing we would change. Our guests loed it as well. It was very comfortable (we all commented on how comfortable the beds were) and all amenities were great. We have a vacation home in Keystone, CO and am also eager to hear comments from our guests. We also advertise through VRBO as well but have only been doing so since October.
I'll definitely recommend your condo - I spent lots of time looking in the Princeville area, and your Web site and everything you promised was as we expected. We truly did enjoy it. All of your comments wer e helpful as well, except we didn't much enjoy the Beach Ream (I think) Restaurant. I'd probably take that off your list!
Otherwise we did just about everything imaginable - horseback riding, golfing (three courses) helicopter cruising, spa, beaches, surfing (didn't do any snorkeling). We just had a wonderful time. All of our friends were jealous that they didn't go with us!

Our second trip to Kauai, we decided the Princeville area was our destination of choice. And what a wonderful place! Your home is gorgeous and very comfortable = better than expected and much better than we’ve seen. Of course, being fellow Texans, we really would not have expected less! We took advantage of all the amenities your condo offered except the pool, as we spent our few sunny days surfing, basking, picnicking and enjoying the gorgeous scenery. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved the location and appreciated all the thoughtful amenities. We had a wonderful time and return home regretfully, as we could easily use at least another week here. Mother nature was kind to us, the sun shined upon us more than rain, the heat and cool breeze and warm water forced us to slow our own rhythms and relax. Hawaiian style. We traveled from one point of the island to the end, sailed the Napali Coast, scuba and snorkeled, 4 wheeled some, surfed, took in as many shave ices as we could, shopped till we dropped, ate, photographed, heli ride at sunset jumped the Kipu falls, laughed and smiled the days away. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home and then some. We really appreciated all your helpful suggestions, we’d have been lost without them, and all the things available to us in your beautiful condo. The washer and dryer were so great to have, and we enjoyed some of the lovely cd’s you provided We took the Capt Sundowner boat tour, which was fabulous, and visited several beautiful beaches. The only thing we couldn’t find was the trail down to the beach but we really didn’t have much time to look. We were so busy we never got to use the Jacuzzi, but we loved the huge shower! We’re hoping to return her many times in the future. It seems like it almost has to be the most beautiful place on earth! Your condo is beautiful. We had a great stay here in Kauai. The unit was wonderful and very convenient to the areas we visited. I especially enjoyed the snorkeling at Tunnels beach. We appreciated the washer and dryer. Our daughter and her boyfriend were in 7th heaven with the luxury of the condo after living in college apartments. It was a great 5 days here in Kauai and 3 days on Oahu. Did a Heli-USA tour, would have enjoyed it more with a copter that had larger windows. We did the 8 mile hike up to the falls from Ke'e beach. It was great for the young adults and my husband but difficult for me, I did however finish it The falls were beautiful, definitely should have had better shoes and more water. Lots of experiences, lots of fun! A trip to remember for a lifetime. Thanks so much for making your condo available to us.
