| We have been visitors of Seagrove for the past 15 years and this is by far the nicest condo. Renovations are aewsome. Would recommend this unit to anyone vacationing on the Isle. Can't wait until next season. Ginger and Steve - you did a great job. Thanks for all your attention to detail. |

| Stayed the week of 2/08/09. Fantastic!!! In the morning, I was able to do some work via the WiFi broadband connection while on the Lanai drinking coffee and watching dolphins swim by, and the afternoons were spent enjoying the very private beach and club amenities. We would recommend this property in a heartbeat. |

| We just returned from our stay at 10A Seagrove and loved it! We arrived at night so we were unaware of the amazing view that awaited us the next morning. When I walked out of the bedroom into the hall all I saw was sunshine, blue water, sand dunes and waving palms. I was looking at the most incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was very clean and had a great kitchen which suited our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the location. We plan to return again next year. |

| We just returned from our trip to Wild Dunes for a long weekend. We loved it! The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect! The bed was so comfortable. We have never stayed in Wild Dunes but would definitely return. We arrived in the night so we were unaware of just how close we were to the ocean until the next morning. The view was AWESOME!!! Walking out of the bedroom into the hall the first thing I saw was beautiful sparkling blue water, sand dunes and swaying palms. Enjoyed watching the sun come up from the deck. Thanks! |

| We love this condo--it's so clean and is really a very lovely home. This is our third year staying in it and our 9 year at Wild Dunes. We have never found a nicer unit!! The location is great between the closeness of the beach and the pool. We continue to enjoy it greatly! |

WE JUST RETURNED HOME FROM OUR VISIT TO WILD DUNES. WE HAD A GREAT TRIP AND REALLY ENJOYED OUR CONDO AND THE WILD DUNES RESORT. NOTHING CAN REPLACE THE FUN AND RELAXATION OF HAVING A BEACHFRONT CONDO. THE CONDO WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND THE VIEW FROM THE PORCH WAS BREATHTAKING. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANKS GINGER!

| Having initially rented another property away from the beach, but because the owners needed to switch plans, we ultimately landed at 10A Seagrove and what a wonderful surprise it was. There is no substitute for being right on the beach with beautiful sunrises and changing tides all within view of the comfortable couch. The condo featured every conceivable amentity including ample space, comfort, audio, video and wifi, not to mention all the privacy and quiet we could wish for. Thanks to Ginger at Carolina Coastal Properties, our trip was relaxing and seamless and we will look forward to many repeat visits! |

| This was our first stay in Seagrove and we were very pleased. The condo is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is directly next to the condo and the beach is directly in front. The view of the ocean from the deck was fantastic! We would definitely love to stay there again. |

| Perfect for a spring getaway! We cannot express how much we enjoyed the condo. Everything was top of the line and CLEAN! Mornings and evenings on the oceanview porch were a favorite. We will be back to Wild Dunes. Loved it! |

| This is a wonderful front beach condo! We never even got to the beach because the wind was so bad, but we could still enjoy the sound and the view. Everything is new and fresh. The owners take great pains to make everything easy for you. We'll be back. |

| This unit was exactly what I was looking for during my stay at the Isle of Palms. The unit was in very clean condition, the kitchen and bathroom had very modern fixtures and appliances and the view of the beach was amazing. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who is staying at the Isle of Palms. |
