We had a fantastic stay at 4 Lake Village. We both love to spend time with the apron on, so we enjoyed the newer Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and easily drivable (5 minutes tops) to all of the other entertainment I.O.P. has to offer. Great bang for the buck.

This was our 2nd stay at Wild Dunes and we thoroughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend at 4 Lake Village. The house is so charming, comfortable and well kept. The location to amenities is great, street is quiet and so easy to get into Charleston. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Ginger for excellent service.

We loved this home! The price was great and it was very close to the boardwalk pools and beach. Layout was great for all 5 of us.

We have stayed at Wild Dunes many times, though this is the first time we rented a house. It was wonderful. Bright and very roomy for us and our 12 year old son. Tucked away from noise and business, yet still walking distance to beach and Grand Pavilion. We would stay here again and definitely deal with Carolina Coastal Properties again!

Very clean and comfortable house. We walked to beach as well as golf! Our visit was to attend a Charleston wedding. This was close enough to everything. We did have some downtime to enjoy this house and took advantage of all the great amenities. Nice quiet street as well.

Our daughters wedding was on Isle of Plams. The house worked out great for the 6 of us sharing it. At one point we had over 40 people in it for a pre wedding party, and it help up. Ginger and Steve from Coastal Carolina were very responsive to our needs. I agree that the front door needs to be replaced, and could use some new and more towels.

We were there for a wedding on Sullivan's Island and this house was convenient to all the festivities and the Shem Creek restaurants as well as the beach. This was a nice change from the hubbub of Charleston. This home is very spacious, full of light and very nicely appointed. We wanted to take the kitchen home with us. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

A great place to call home for a week. We were visiting for a family wedding and in comparing all the houses that our family rented we had the most spacious and updated kitchen. This house is in a great location. A short walk to the beach, golf and swimming.

We were attending a wedding in Charleston, and found this location to suit our needs for more sight seeing within a 100 mile radius. We ate a few meals in house and the kitchen and housewares supplied were great. What really surprised me was the quietness of the location, no freeway noise or commuter traffic. The residence was as nice as the pictures showed. Great beds and with three bedrooms and three tvs, everyone had their private space. This was a much better deal than staying in a motel with one-tenth the space and comfort! |

4 Lake Village is a perfect location for family oriented visitors. The gated community made us all feel at ease. Loved that we could just jump over to Morgan Creek to have the most fabulous dinners. Front door does definetley need to be replaced. We highly recommend this property. Thank You. Cassi NY

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was open, spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen. The kids loved the enclosed patio area. We also appreciated all the prompt responses from Ms. Samuelson. I felt like she was there 24/7 to help us have a great stay.

Tons of room. 3rd bedroom not photographed is just as big. Enclosed porch off the living room is great area for kids to play. Very clean, very comfortable. Buy your groceries coming in, and you won't have a reason to leave the resort area. The front door needs replaced.

Beautiful house - nicely decorated, gorgeous hardwoods. Conveniently located near the front of the community but also near Pavilion area. Very roomy. Nice little courtyard area for leaving our bikes, etc. Highly recommend. Great service with Carolina Coastal Properties too - maintenance had accidentally worked on house we were supposed to stay in so had to relocate here due to fumes - they handled issue quickly and to our satisfaction.
